Ive used Brian many times on different properties. The latest was today. I have also used others when Brian is booked out for longer than I can wait. But I always prefer Brian and now is son is working with him so service times are good. He is the most honest business person Ive encountered. Always fair prices and he guarantees his work. He will make sure the job is well done before leaving any job site.

They called before coming as they said they would, gave me the time they would arrive, were on time and did a great job at getting our sewer unclogged. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. They gave me good advice on how to prevent a back up from happening in the future. I was completely satisfied with their demeanor and professionalism. The cost was very reasonable. I will always call them if I need sewer service in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing sewer service.

Brian originally did the lateral inspection on my house. My realtor said that he was prepared with all of the tools he needed (camera, sewer line cleaner, etc), and she had dealt with companies in the past who didnt have everything with them.Today he was out to clean my sewer line that was backing up. He had a cancellation so amazingly fit me in before noon. My assumption was that it was tree roots (which he found some of), but pushed on closer to the house and found a huge hairball (postpartum hair loss for 2 kids is obviously no joke).He was fast and obviously effective as I had the dishwasher and overdue laundry running the second he left.

Brian is a great guy and highly knowledgeable. He performed a preventative sewer lateral cabling and let me know that Im probably fine for the next 24 months without another cabling for my unique situation. I had lots of questions, and he took the time to answer all of them in detail. I will continue to hire Brian for future sewer needs.

I have used Taylor Sewer 3 times, they do great camera work and videos for sewer inspection, and followed up one inspection with a cleaning to get it running like new again.
