There was an unexpected problem that occurred and they handled it very professionally and had a plan within minutes to solve the problem. They confidently explained how they would proceed, and that’s exactly what they did. Took a couple tries to figure out which stack needed to be used to get the problem cleared (it’s an old building with weird plumbing) but he never got frustrated or gave up! As an added bonus he gave me good, honest advise about how to best address any issues moving forward without trying to sell me a service/work I didnt need. Could not be happier with my decision to call him at 8 PM on a Thursday night!

On 3/30/2022 it was raining cats and dogs all day. I went downstairs to see water coming up from my sewer drain in my finished/carpeted laundry room. In a panic, before things got worse, I started making calls to find a sewer service. Everyone was booked or way too expensive. I called Superior Sewer and they had Andrew, their sewer tech at my home within 45 minutes or so. Andrew greeted me with a huge smile and assured me he would have the back up taken care quickly. With my basement being finished, access points arent the easiest but that didnt stop him. I showed him a few points of access and he had a game plan. Within 10 minutes my sewer drain was draining and clog free. I was so impressed I called the dispatch office and immediately added them to my phone contacts should I or anyone I know have a sewer emergency. He had the issue rectified so quickly I was able to run a carpet cleaner and get things sanitized before any real damage even occurred.I will 100% use Superior Sewer Company again when the need arises.Thank you for top notch service!
