This company is really good! They scheduled our job very quickly, kept in touch via text, showed up at the scheduled time, replaced a kitchen faucet with a with a new one. Rick and his team were amazing! We had several plumbing issues going on—whistling pipes, water pressure issues, outside spigot issues etc. When I called someone was able to help me diagnose the problems over the phone and give me a vague price range. I was able to get an appointment quickly. When Rick and his team arrived on site they gave me the cost upfront and completed the majority of the work so efficiently all that day. Later they came back and fixed some pipes behind a wall in our shower that was not getting hot water and upgraded the shower hardware, and this was another great experience. Their prices were affordable and their work was high quality. The team was kind and professional. Will absolutely be recommending them to others and using them for future needs!

I have no improvement suggestions to make, because there is no reason to change what is already right.I had Plumbing Masters return to fix leaks in my bathtub faucet and outdoor hose faucet. Again, they were right on time and got both jobs done quickly. Because the bathtub faucet had been leaking inside the wall, they ran the tub and shower for more than 15 minutes after repairing the faucet and we could find no leaks. Everything looks good, and I am happy with it.

Id highly recommend using Plumbing Masters for any job...big or small. I happened upon Plumbing Masters as I was looking for a local company (Mehlville/Lemay area) to complete some work as we prepared to sell our house. We needed a few small things done, but also needed vent work in our basement bathroom, which involved opening up some walls and jackhammering through the basement floor. Brian and Cody came the day after I called and were able to finish all of the jobs in just three days. Brian did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done, which was not easy in this case, and continued to update us as they worked through the projects. Another plus...they did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day!! Will definitely use again!

I gave the work on my master bath’s faucets a 5 but the communication with the receptionist in the office was a 1. This morning I called to confirm on the specific time that the technician would be out and the receptionist in the office said well you called yesterday and canceled. And I said well I didn’t and she actually argued with me and kept insisting throughout the phone call that I had texted her first and then in a follow up call from her that I canceled. She kept insisting that throughout this whole phone conversation. After much back-and-forth she discovered that the person who called actually has the same name as me. She finally relented and apologized for the mixup. Throughout the phone call I really felt that she was accusing me of lying. As for the work that was done I couldn’t be happier with Rick’s work. He’s personable, understanding and I would definitely call to have him work for me again.

Called today at 12:04pm asking for an estimate to repair an outdoor faucet that had busted over the winter. Was told they would have someone out that day by 4:00pm to look at the faucet and provide a bid. Service van showed up in my driveway around 12:30pm. Technicians took a look at the issue and said they had what they needed to fix the issue if I wanted. They were done with the work and on their way by 1:10pm. Both technicians were polite and kind. Great experience.

This company (Plumbing Masters) did an excellent job with that, and I had them put a new water heater in as well. Totally professional technicians (Rick, his son and Joe) and even cleaned up and hauled away ALL the old plumbing and water heater parts. I WILL use them again and highly recommend this company. The Ragsdale and Elking family are top notch!!

Yesterday I got excellent service!! It was a leak from the upstairs restroom into the basement, kitchen sink leak and bad flapper in the basement toilet. The first company I called wont come out until after two days and I was asked to pay a $75 fee just for them to come out and see what is going on. When I called Plumbing Masters, Brian came to our home the very same afternoon, he was professional, he answered all my questions and explained things very politely. He fixed everything within an hour, price was reasonable and didnt charge for the kitchen sink. He was supper nice! I would definitely recommend this company to others.
