We purchased a house that had some plumbing items to take care of. Jake from Linek was on-time (which is already a 10/10) was so helpful, and gave thorough explanations. His work was timely and neat. He did a great job cleaning up after. He gave me heads up on items we should be paying attention to once we move in. Bonus was that he was just an all-around nice guy.

Finding good, reliable plumbers can sometimes feel like an impossible task. With Linek Plumbing, youll never need to go anywhere else for your plumbing needs!We began a months-long kitchen remodel that had a LOT of plumbing unknowns. I worked closely with Seth, the person who visits all jobsites and does estimates (among other things). He demonstrated a great deal of scheduling flexibility and worked hard to help us keep our original (tight) timeline. He answered questions promptly and kept me in the loop. We established a good working relationship that I very much appreciate.Every plumber who worked on our project was efficient, respectful, and friendly. We had zero plumbing issues and Im very happy with all the work thats been done.We have another big project coming up and I will be calling Linek!

We noticed problems with our kitchen sink draining several months ago and thought that maybe the previous owners repeatedly poured grease and other debris down the drains. After drain cleaner and multiple times snaking it, we noticed that the left side of our double sink would never drain completely. This would cause a smell that was quite unpleasant, and whenever we ran the disposal water would shoot up that side into the sink. We called a plumber who came by and reconfigured the pipes under our sink. Unfortunately, that ended up leaking. We called a different plumber and they fixed the leak, but they said that we needed their master plumber to assess the whole situation as the arm probably needed to be lowered. The third plumber came out and said that we needed our full stack replaced because it wasnt up to code and quoted an exorbitant amount of money. Thankfully, I talked to my future mother-in-law, and she recommended Linek. Linek came out and assessed the situation, and thankfully it was a much better outlook than I had anticipated. They added an auxiliary vent and fixed our loop vent in our island. They also lowered the arm as it was at the same height as our garbage disposal output (I now know that is a bad thing). I can now see that no water is sitting in our pipes, and everything is draining wonderfully! They were also able to tell us that the plumbing stack was in fact, up to code. Thank you, Linek Plumbing for doing the right thing and helping us gain some sanity back with our sink!

I needed an emergency plumber and Jake from Linek Plumbing was able to make it out even though it was a holiday weekend.He was incredibly knowledgeable, helped explain the plumbing in my new house, completely solved our issues, and fixed some miscellaneous problems on his way out.We will be using Linek Plumbing again and recommending them to anyone in the area.

My water main decides to break on a Sunday morning. Multiple calls to multiple plumbers. Earliest anyone can come out is three days. I come across Linek and call them. Kayla immediately answers. Her guy is finishing up another job but can be there today. About an hour later Ken pulls up and gets to work! A couple of hours later the water main is fixed and we have water again! Linek is my new go to when I need plumbing!

I have many plumbers over the years try to repair our kitchen sink. It has caused flooding in our kitchen several times since our remodeling. This happened again--we reached out to Linek for the first time. The plumber was very nice and patient ---found multiple problems. I know this created a strain on the companies scheduling--but he took the time to repair all of the problems. I believe they have ended this nightmare for us--as our kitchen finally seems to work properly. The price was fair--the service was prompt--the amount of caring was off the charts wonderful. The technician Nick did an excellent job. Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didnt go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

CALL LINEK PLUMBING WITH TOTAL CONFIDENCE!!! 5-STAR PLUMBER!!!Explained issue to Steve. Steve had Seth call me and knowing they are booked out, they still managed to squeeze me in the next day. David the Drain Tech arrived early...cabled the drain and sent a camera down it to determine the issue was a build-up of the non-flushable wipes. David cleaned those out and suggested an annual maintenance program which I will happily employ. Couldnt be happier with Linek Plumbing!!!

They showed up when no one else would, but obviously they dont like to work in the ghetto.Also the plumber that came out did me a solid. I thought i had 400 on me and the bill was 320. I actually only had 280 on me and the plumber took it with no fuss, although i had 40 grand in gold stashed in my house. Kinda hard to turn gold into cash instantly.

1000% recommend this company. While doing a kitchen remodel, they had to do quite a bit of work for us (rip out existing plumbing, replace with new plumbing, replace cast iron stack with new pvc stack, move our gas line to a different part of the kitchen, etc). They were ALWAYS on time...ALWAYS which made being at home and letting them in and getting to work on time very easy. They were very communicative. Their process was smooth and easy. Very professional. They truly are a standard of the profession.Inevitably need to do plumbing work in the future and they will be the first ones well call. Weve used them for everything plumbing related. If they cant do it, they have people they will recommend that will be able to. So good.No nonsense. Straight forward. They are efficient. They took the headache away every time there was a plumbing headache.
