Experience and service was excellent. I contacted J R Plumbing first thing in the morning to replace a water heater and they were able to fit me in the same day. They showed up as scheduled and had the entire job completed by end of day so I had hot water that night. John and Paul were very professional, friendly and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone

Prompt, Polite, and Affordable.. JR Plumbing solved my issue fast and provided service the morning after I called. I will go with small business from here on out instead of the larger, bit names like Roto-Rooter, who couldnt provide what I needed. JR Plumbing is great!! Highly recommend.

JR’s Plumbing came out for a bathtub faucet. While here looked at our shower in other bathroom. It’s an old faucet. They took time to find the part needed.Christmas Eve the kitchen faucet quit working and they were out in an hour. No extra holiday charge. These guys are helpful and extremely professional.

Jimmy came to our house multiple times to help us solve the issue of water coming into our basement. He was professional, easy to talk to and kind. I can often feel intimidated by home/plumbing issues and Jimmy answered all of my questions and helped me understand exactly what was going on. When I called, Eric answered quickly each time. It was easy to make appointments and I didn’t have to wait a long for one, and that makes all the difference in the world when you can’t use your dishwasher or washing machine. We hope to not need their services soon. But if we have any issues, I will be calling JR Plumbing.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about JR Plumbing. We have never had trouble getting an appointment; they are prompt; and they go above and beyond to make sure the problem is taken care of. We have had a myriad of issues over the years (ranging from sewer lateral repair to toilet replacements to leaky faucets), and they have been excellent to work with. We will continue to be loyal customers, and I cannot recommend them enough to everyone else.

I had a shower head installed several months ago. I asked the plumber to adjust it a certain way. Little did I know, this adjustment made the shower very uncomfortable. I did not call because it was my choice to make this adjustment. My daughter showered here yesterday, and was extremely unhappy with the shower head operation. I called J R plumbing to see if they knew a way I could fix the problem. The gentleman who answered the call said that they would send someone out. I expected a long delay. However, he sent a truck the same afternoon! Scott and his partner were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They fixed the problem, and at no charge! I highly recommend J R plumbing.

We had a leak in our toilet to the basement. We have 1 bathroom so this was more critical than other situations. Joe came out diagnosed the problem as being an issue with the cast iron pipe. He removed the toilet, cut out the cast iron pipe, and replaced it with PVC. He placed the toilet back, sealed, and cleaned up all the mess. Very professional! Would recommend to anyone.

VERY IMPRESSED! I called first thing in the morning and even though they didnt answer the phone, they called me within the hour. I was told they would have someone out by the next day at lunch but they had some time freed up and even offered to come out early if I was available. The communication was fantastic. They kept me updated with semi-regular text messages. The plumber and his apprentice were extremely respectful and you could tell he was knowledgeable. It seemed like he really enjoyed his job and helping customers. The billing process was simple and transparent, and their rates are very reasonable - Id say about average. I would definitely recommend JR Plumbing. If you have a need, give them a call.

The snow days set us back a few days but the communication from JR Plumbing was excellent. When they were able to come over, the problems were fixed quickly and without inconvenience. They charged us a fair price and did what they said they would do. I was very pleased with them and will use them in the future for my own needs and will also recommend them to others.
