I actually had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. My service guy was Steve and he did an excellent job of unclogging my kitchen sink. He even fixed the low water pressure from my kitchen faucet. He was professional and answered all of my questions about things going on with my plumbing system. He was very helpful. To me they are fair and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. Great job Steve and thank you again.

I have several rental homes in the city often sewer back up when heavy rain. I often call Drain Madics because the price reasonable. One of despatcher is not very nice , rude, mean , terrible and not allow you talk to the owner when I made a complain; except Debbie she is very nice, understand , and helping you when problem incurred. I went to FB messages and I believe he asked Debbie reach out to me . The owner is very nice, understand and professional men. The guy came out charged me additional $50 to clean clean the roof pipe instead of floor drain. After he left sewer still back up when tenant do laundry. Call office she said if he come out again I have to pay again , Website said warranty 30 days the company should honor that but she did not follow the company policy. She need to be training and taught well to become excellent customer service. I did not want say her name. Overall, Drain Medics is great company, good price but few bad workers hope not destroy good company that Owner work very hard to build up reputation for his company. Any company has good and bad workers.. Hope my review to help many customers out there if you have issue reach out the owner message him online , FB, website he will reach out or ask for Debbie .After all , sewer drain fine when Arron sent out take him few min to clear the drain . He cable the drain outside in the front yard that should clean at first instead of roof pipe.. He is very good and knowledgeable guy. One worm would not spoil the pot of soup . If the worm remove the pot of soup still serve to many others hungry .

This is our second positive experience with Drain Medics! We called early on a Friday and they had no openings until Saturday AM, but they were able to fit us in the same day due to a cancellation. Our technician was kind and professional. He was able to get our clogged sewer line clear in no time and all for only $75!! (Another company came out and quoted us $305 for the same work). They didnt try to sell us unnecessary services or products and have a 30 warranty for the work performed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!.

Blockage of a kitchen sink.Came out same day we called. Had to be cabled from roof. One Tech breaking in a new tech. Both friendly and professional. Handled the clog quickly with good results. Up front with charges, no surprises. Happy with service.

Called on a Saturday afternoon...around 1:00. Jason was finished and gone by 3:00 and had an open sewer line! On a weekend! Open in 2 hours of call! Only cost $75! Unheard of. Requested several business cards to ensure we have their number for the next time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!.

I cant even begin to say how thankful my family is for these guys!! Thanksgiving day our sewer backs but, from our cleaning lady flushing Clorox wipes the day before. It was a really crappy situation. They came so fast and were more than fair on price.. Thank you SOOO Much!!!

Drain medics just left my house and I couldnt be more happy with there service! He unclogged my washer drain and didnt charge me an arm and leg. I am a long time user of roto rooter but there prices have become ridiculous my maintenance guy at work referred me to drain medics and i gave them a call. So glad we did. We had a backup on Easter Day and called Drain Medics. Chris showed up in about an hour. He looked everything over outside (the back up was from the clean out in the backyard to the main). He explained what he was going to do, we signed his paperwork, and he quickly went to work. It took about 45 mins total and 105’ of drain snake, but he had us up and running like we’d never had a problem. He showed us the root wad that had gotten into our clay pipe, which was about 5’ away from the main. Super friendly guy and trustworthy! We highly recommend Drain Medics, and specifically Chris! Total cost was $75!

I will always use them! They were an hour earlier than what they said it would be. They were fast and efficient. Cheaper than the rest but not with quality. Alcee did a wonderful job. Theyll be my first call if I ever have a drain issue!
