Cordia was excellent to work with- and this was a very big job. A large portion of our basement needed new sewer pipes and lines necessitating breaking the basement floor and digging. The workmen on the site were incredible- specifically Chrishean. He was the journeyman who dealt with all the dirty work and was on site every day. He was so polite and respectful and incredible hard working. They left the job site immaculate every day, showed up on time, told us everything they were doing and did it in a timely manner - sticking to their time line.This is a 100 year old basement with 100 year old pipes. We thought it might have to get all done, but Steve and his crew scoped it all and really fought to keep the job to a minimum. They did not try to oversell or uncharge which I respect .Very happy with the work and the people and would recommend highly.peg omalley

Cordia Plumbing did everything great! Whereas other companies couldnt get me on their calendar for at least a week, Cordia got me on for three days from the call. To my surprise, they call me just an hour or two later and where able to work me in the same day. Their prices were the best I was quoted and they didnt try to upsell me for unnecessary services. I would highly recommend Cordia to any friend or family.

Ed and Tim are the best, masters of camera service for your lines, extremely thorough and they dont give up. Theyll also be honest about the time and the rates as they are going, esp. if the service is starting to take awhile. Ed will stay till the end to get at the bottom of a potential problem and offer great solutions! Dont remember the name of the older gentleman who addressed our very old gas lines, master plumber, he was fantastic, too! These guys are superb models of old school work ethic! Not like some of the young folks coming through, now. Where we hesitate is that the charges are not transparent.. thats frustrating and disheartening that a lot of trades seem to operate this way. So just nail all the billing and rates down ahead of time! And highly recommended if you have camera needs!!

Cordia was on time. Did the work quickly and efficiently. The guys who showed up were professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them. Calling a plumber for is rarely a happy moment. They made the process easy.

We have used Cordia plumbing several times. We do not even ask for a bid because we feel like their prices are very fair. They have replaced toilets, shut offs, and other miscellaneous items for us. Unless something changes we will continue to use them.

Our basement was flooding due to a burst water pipe and filter during a snowstorm. Eight other plumbing companies in St. Louis didnt answer, or said they were too busy to help. Cordia was recommended by a neighbor. Instead of going home for the day, Chris drove through the storm to get here.He showed up in an hour, and had it fixed in half an hour. Old-school, experienced, with a bit of a George Carlin vibe, he has good communication skills, is very knowledgeable, and I trust his work to last. Id recommend him for any plumbing repair- especially emergencies.

The plumbers that they sent were highly efficient. They completed the work in less than the quoted time. There were a few small issues with communication as the plumber that was supposed to complete my project was out on the day that my project was scheduled. The management did not let me know till I called them that morning (maybe it was a last minute emergency). However, after I explained that I already ripped out my vanity and only have one bathroom, they sent a plumber that afternoon.Would recommend for service calls. Highly efficient especially if you have a good description of what needs to be done.

A pipe burst in our basement because of frigid temperatures and some questionable work by the folks (not Cordia) that installed our irrigation system. The same questionable work left us with no way to stop the water from pouring out of the burst pipe than to shut off the water to the entire house.Chris from Cordia was at our house in a matter of minutes in the middle of a snowstorm and not so great road conditions. He had a new valve installed quickly and with no fuss. Total pro. You could tell he’d done this a million times because he’s very amiable and conversed with me the entire time he was nonchalantly doing the work just like a good dentist or doctor does during an exam.We’re so grateful for the near-immediate responsiveness of Cordia during our emergency.

We had a gas leak at the end of January 2022. To my surprise, our home warranty instructed to call a plumber.The folks at Cordia came out right away, replaced & reconfigured our gas lines and had us up and running same day!!Everyone was extremely personable and professional!

Weve been using Cordia for years. Theyve always done a great! job, dont mess around, and their pricing is fair to the consumer for their quality and time put in. I see reports on reviews about how sometimes they take a long time to get to a job; this company is busy because they do quality work. Ive never been treated rudely by anyone at the company. Im a loyal customer and they respond to emergencies appropriately. I recommend using them regularly and highly, highly recommend them.

Cordia plumbing helped me immensely! My water stopped working in my entire house and most plumbers I called said they couldn’t come for weeks (meaning no running water for nearly a month!) but when I contacted Cordia they sent Steve over the next business day and he was incredibly helpful and was able to troubleshoot the situation and get my water back! He was professional and also very helpful and polite when answering my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Big shout out to Cordia plumbing, the Cordia family lives and works in Richmond Heights. Most important: When we had a waste line break, their team took us from homeless to happy home dwellers in under a week.Cordia sent a large crew, everyone knew what they were doing and did a top notch job. Steve Cordia was in the house when he needed to be there to make sure everything was done well, mentoring his crew as appropriate. The gentleman digging the big hole is celebrating his 28th year with Cordia.The only dirt tracked into the house came from my shoes. After Cordia dug, removed and replaced, they swept and mopped.Stars dont do these guys justice. I am going with a five smile review::-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Cordia has done the best work of any plumbing company we have found. They just replaced all the (80+ year old) drains and pipes in the basement of our 6-unit condo building, and did a great job. A smart and courteous crew altogether!

I used Cordia for a very clogged main stack problem and was not only pleased but thrilled with the service I received. The guys were friendly and courteous, cleaned up after themselves and worked fast! We did have to have them back out the next day because the problem returned, but they were able to get out before noon and rectify the problem with no additional cost to us. This is all at the total cost of 130 dollars. Unbelievable! I would definitely recommend Cordia to anyone needing reliable and affordable plumbing services!
