Excellent job!! He even found where after paying to have a brand new furnace and AC installed there was something not completed properly and repaired it!! Im truly grateful because the system was very expensive and I called back twice because I new something was wrong and the system was loud!! After being told that everything was fine - I just accepted it. But, apparently I was right because the system is running better and so quiet I thought it wasnt working. I thank God that this tech came out and gave me the service I originally paid for!!! I truly appreciate the service and care he provided!! Excellent Service.

I called Classic Aire for air duct cleaning. The service I received from them was excellent. The technicians from Classic Aire arrived promptlyand did an amazing job cleaning our return, air vents, and main trunk lines, then sprayed a sanitizing solution afterwards.The crew (Dakota and Marcellus) were very thorough! They explained everything they were doing in detail and even showed before pictures of the actual vents prior to cleaning. I felt far better waking up to a dust free home with clean air! No headaches, no sneezing just clear easy breathing!

He’s was nice and polite but the other person (Zach) that was here didn’t clean up All of the screws on the floor and I have 4 little doge that could have gotten in to them and choked. They do good work just the clean up was the only problem I saw. I’m still picking them up after 2 days

First he inspected my old unit to determine what size I needed and what type of unit would be best for my type of home. We sat down and went through all the options and discussed Finance options as well as possible rebates.Sean is very, very knowledgeable about the products that his company offers. Jon F was very knowledgeable and quickly identified our cooling issue as a Freon leak in our condenser. He explained our options and gave us recommendations without being too pushy to make a sale. In the end, we decided to replace our entire system due to the age as well as future changes in coolant regulations. Sean K came out the same day to walk us through the different systems and options we could install. Once we decided on a system, the crew was out the very next morning to get it all installed. Total install time for two new condensers and furnaces was just around 8 hours. They did very clean work and were all super friendly. All in all, we are very happy and once again have a nice cool home.

Jon Took care of my air conditioning check up with aplomb. He was very efficient. He pointed out my batteries in the thermostat where At half power. He asked me if I wanted him to change the batteries, and if he did, he would change my batteries with the batteries that we had in the house, so he was not going to charge me for batteries. When he look downstairs, he found an extremely dirty filter, which he changed. Outside he washed my air conditioning unit, and until he was satisfied, it was cleaned. Then I found out from his biography, which classic air sent me that he was a cook, So I asked him what he liked to cook. Anything at all he boldly stated mentioning Spaghetti, pork and barbecue. So I’m Paying for Barbecue beef ribs when he comes back For the furnace! You could tell I recommend Jon Highly.

Ive had Dan out to my house before Im pretty sure. But the thing I liked about him was... I thought I had smelled gas by my water heater an I ask him to check it an he found it right away. An the other was he took off all the grates around my outside unit an cleaned them all the way not just through the grates. He was inpecable about his tools putting them away properly. He was very informative about alota questions I had like why gas has a smell. He was kind to my animals an took a min to greet them. Id give him a high mark in good customer satisfaction. Contacted office today and was told that it will take months to get the new thermostat. So it was a Friday night and my fancy air conditioner wasn’t communicating with my thermostat and thus the AC wouldn’t work. Called Classic and they informed me of overtime charges and all that. But the key here is…they had 1) someone on call and 2) someone answering the phone. That 2nd point is key. From other ads on the radio, I called other places and got voicemails. Do you know what doesn’t get checked on a Friday night? Voicemails. So Chris R came out at a reasonable time and got the issue resolved. No extra charges. It didn’t require parts. So the fee to come out after hours was my only charge and the AC was working. Look the issue isn’t as much about getting it working. Any competent company can. It’s that they had the ability to do so at a reasonable cost (yes you will pay extra. It makes sense) on a Friday night. And our tech Chris R was great.
