I reached out to The Water Heater Guys and spoke to Dean about my water heater leaking. He came out and after examining the issue offered us options to correct the problem. We decided to go with a new heater as ours was way past its prime. He recommended several brands and we chose the one we felt would best suit our needs. He completed the job in a few hours, explained the operations and features of our new heater and cleaned up thoroughly and hauled away the old one. The quote was extremely reasonable and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dean and The Water Heater Guys. He is at the top of our list for any future needs. Finding a knowledgeable and trustworthy contractor is not easy and we are thankful we found Dean.

Dean is one of the good people! My water heater stopped producing hot water and rather than him saying, let’s replace the whole water heater .We figured it out. He exuded professionalism, had great customer service, and was able to install the water heater with no problem. I contacted Dean earlier with an issue I was experiencing with my hot water heater. Due to it being the weekend there was an extra fee. And due to my work schedule I would not be able to be home the next day. Not only did Dean listen to my issues and diagnose the issue over the phone, he told me how to fix it myself, being that it was a pretty simple fix. I was beyond grateful because nowadays some companies just want your money. Dean is very personable, professional, cares about his customers, and just a great at what he does. I needed to do a complete overhaul of our bathroom due to a rotten floor and damaged walls. Since I was gutting the bathroom, I wanted to make it work for our family better.
