What a breath of fresh air! I had another company (which I wont name) come to our home and quote the most unbelievable price ever, so I had to decline. I called approximately 8 more plumbers (all who were booked until Monday or later). Finally called Pierson and a very pleasant lady answered and was able to get us help today (Saturday after Thanksgiving). The plumber Tristan came to our home during the timeframe that was provided at the time of the request. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before he did things and was upfront about pricing for the service. Our kitchen sink was clogged and what seemed like an easy fix, took a few hours to complete. This family-owned business is AWESOME! Pricing is fair and affordable. Like many of the other reviews have stated, this company will be my new go-to for plumbing needds. Charles, you have raised/trained an AMAZING son/employee and I hope you know that he is representing the family in the most positive way. Keep up the HONEST and Great work!

Needed a new faucet installed. Looked for someone not too far from me. Found Pierson Plumbing. Contacted them through their website stating my need. Heard back promptly with a date they could come. Lucas showed up at the date and time. He was professional, polite, and skilled. I got to know him a bit while he was working and I have to say, he gives me great hope for the future. I’ve been looking for contractors I can rely on for personal use and to refer to clients. I used Pierson Plumbing for the first time and had a positive experience. First off, they requested photos of what I wanted repaired. This was a huge time saver and prevented spending a $69-$99 service fee that most of the other plumbing companies charge for a service call. I was able to get on the schedule within a week. JR was on time, completed the task and the fee charged was reasonable. Pierson Plumbing is saved in my contact list and is now my go to plumber for all my plumbing needs.

Hired Pierson Plumbing a couple of months ago to install a kitchen faucet, and I was so pleased with their service that I just recently brought them back to fix a drain pipe in my bathroom.They are great. The kitchen faucet is perfect and the drain pipe is fixed. I would first off like to say that when you are dealing with a plumbing issue the stress can be extreme and for some reason I think Google read my mind and sent me to Pierson because it knew I needed a break. Customer service on a SUNDAY evening was 10+ outstanding. The plumber arrived on time, professional and made sure to help us with our issue. He had to come back on Tuesday to help drain the leak and when I tell you that Tristan was at my house for 10 hours and worked so hard to fix our plumbing issue I am not lying. Tristans customer service was excellent. Incredibly professional and made sure all of my questions were answered. Pricing was so affordable that felt as though I was ripping them off. The way this company does business is rare. The integrity, and professionalism just does not seem to exist anymore and I am so thankful that I randomly clicked on their number to fix our problem. I saved myself thousands of dollars by calling Pierson and I will never have to search for another company as I will always contact them for any issues I have. If you are in my situation and not really knowing where to start or who to call. START WITH PIERSON. You will not be disappointed in their prompt, affordable, out of this world service. I am writing this on behalf of my mother who just today had their services. We would give 100 stars if it was possible. I need to say if youre looking for a plumber and youre worried about who to choose, stop scrolling and call Pierson Plumbing. My mother had 2 different plumbers come to her house after an issue with her sink, her drain, and a backed up disposal, and not only did they halfway do the job that continued causing issues, but they charged twice what Pierson cost her. JR and Tristen came out to help fix my mothers sink and she finally, after a year of constant issues, can use her kitchen without worry. He explained everything to her without being condescending and spoke only with courteous professionalism which is not as common as you might think in this profession. He was careful with his work, and not only fixed the problem but talked about preventative work in the future AND noticed a potential issue with her disposal and fixed it while there. This is the plumbing company to call, go ahead and save their contact, give it to your neighbors and hand out his contact to anyone you know who owns a house or even a rental property. Dont worry if they arent on time, they dont rush their work and thats a good thing, you dont always want the guy that can get there right on time. Cannot highly recommend these guys enough, truly.

Could not run the water on two things at once or you wouldnt have any water at all coming through the faucets upstairs. This past week I called Piersons for a free analysis and estimate and he came within a couple days ( been going on awhile; it was no emergency, just agravating ). J R told me pretty quickly what the problem was and the cost. I told him my available days and he scheduled me on my next day off. The water pressure regulator was replaced and we have better pressure now than the almost 30 years weve been here. J R checked around to make sure we had consistant pressure before he left. We hired Pierson Plumbing to help us with our low water pressure issue. We were lucky to have found the right place! JR came to my work place and immediately diagnosed the potentional issue. A couple days later, he came to switch out our pressure reducing valve and knocked out a bunch of gross gunk that built up in our pips! We now have as much water pressure as when the office opened 5 years ago! He did all of this work in such a timely manner and did not leave a giant mess for me to clean up!! Fantastic service! Called with a new kitchen faucet that wasn’t getting flow on cold water. Supply line shut off valves were not operational so I was using whole house shut off. Within 5 hours of the call, Pierson plumbing had kitchen sink supply shutoff valves replaced and lines blown out for fully operational new kitchen sink. My single handle Moen shower started having issues and wouldnt produce water when I would turn the handle. It was caused by a seized cartridge (Moen 1222).When I attempted to remove the cartridge, half of the cartridge broke inside of the shower valve. The gentlemen from Pierson Plumbing were able to remove the broken half of the cartridge and discovered that the previous person would worked on my shower did not grease the cartridge and allowed it to seize over time due to sediment buildup from the hard water that comes into my house.My shower now works perfectly fine and has never operated this smoothly before. JR arrived so quick and even though there was nothing wrong (1st time sump pump users) we were more than impressed with his responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, value and quality! JR came out on short notice on a Sunday and repaired the water main valve for a rental property that we manage. He arrived exactly when he said he would be there and wasted no time fixing our problem. His fee was very reasonable.

They are very friendly and fair. I hadnt had hot water for 4 days...they evaluated my situation and then came back the very next day taking care of my issue. They gave me options on what they could do with my older heater (12-15 years old). My old heater was spent. They ended up installing a new one that included a rebate with Spire. They were clean, thorough (cleaned my water lines), and educated me on everything I needed to know about my new heater. Good guys and Great Service! Called a local plumber that never showed up and so I gave Pierson Plumbing a call Saturday night. They said theyd be able to come out later that night or first thing in the morning.
