Our garbage disposal conked out on us and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. The servicemen were professional and got our new disposal installed. They even accommodated us when we requested an upgrade from a 1/2 HP to a 3/4. They quickly traveled back to the warehouse to pick one up.

I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing this morning for a clogged bathtub drain, and by 10am they were on their way. CJ and Jacob couldnt have been more professional or friendly! They were able to take care of the tub drain, and also identified a leak under the sink in our master bath. They fixed both issues, and left both areas clean. I have put off getting the tub fixed for 2 years fearing price gouging, however I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the feasible cost. I would definitely recommend this company and refer to anyone that asks! Thank you CJ and Jacob!

We were so pleased with our initial service from Chris, we called back for all of the drain and faucet issues in our old home. Austin, Korey, and the entire crew and company have been great to us! This crew has been fast, reliable, communicative, honest, and we sadly lived with problems far too long fearing the expense! The expense was minimal, and all of our concerns were bid in advance. Best part is they were repaired by kind, intelligent folks! The women working the desk are incredible! I cant say enough good things about this company!

Ive used Mr. Rooter for plumbing issues starting last year with the repair/replacement of my homes exterior faucets. Job was completed in 2 stages and the tech was outstanding. Today, the issue was with a faucet hookup to my washer which was leaking significantly. The tech was a different man but still provided outstanding service. I have recommended Mr. Rooter to my brother and he used them last week and was extremely pleased. Service is key and unfortunately, hard to find in this day and age. And dont forget the receptionist/dispatcher in the office. Cindy. She also provides top notch service. Professional, concerned and efficient.

Due to all the wet weather lately my crawl space has been filling up with water and cant drain out fast enough because it keeps raining every 2 to 3 days. I called 4 different companies trying to get an estimate for a sump pump system install and they all said the same thing, it will be at least a month before we can get someone out to give an estimate. That isnt for repairs, just to get an estimate. I could not wait that long and I was about to attempt the install myself because i needed it done fast to prevent water from running into my enclosed garage crawl space again which is now the dining room and 3rd bedroom. I called Mr Rooter on saturday and literally 10 min later Brian showed up and quoted me a reasonable price and scheduled me for monday for the install. Im very impressed by the quick response and professionalism of the company and Brian in getting me right in and answering all of my questions. It was a huge relief that i did not have to wait a month. I will definitely be using your company solely in the future. Thank you.

He showed up earliest time within the timeframe and looked at the job and gave me the bid. I accepted the bid and he began immediately. He told me that I was welcome to watch the entire job being completed. He was professional and willing to discuss everything during the project. He cleaned everything and double checked to ensure the job was working properly and that I was completely satisfied. He left a brochure and explained the warranty. I was so happy that I recommended him to one of my sisters and she just called to say how happy she was with his work.

Water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon. It was 30 years old and we knew wed probably have to replace. They scheduled us for 7am the next morning, were prompt, and told us right away the options we had. We chose to upgrade to a bigger standard water heater and they were back and installing by 9:30! Professional and curious as always and did a great job.
