    I have been using Titan Plumbing for over 15 years and I am so glad I found them. Everytime I call their office Pam, answers promptly and is very helpful. Their prices are set so there are no surprises and they always show up within the estimated arrival window, which is hard to find now a days.Today, David S. removed our existing pedestal sink and installed a new sink/vanity and touchless faucet. He was very professional and took time to protect the work area and thoroughly clean up before he left. David was very easy to work with and made sure I was happy with the installation before he secured everything. He did an amazing job and my new sink/vanity looks great! I highly recommend Titan Plumbing, you will not be disappointed.

    Weve been using Titan plumbing for years and are extremely satisfied. Their prices are reasonable, and most importantly when I call about some plumbing emergency, theyve always sent a tech same day, usually within hours. Had Jon out to our property for a few different service calls now and hes awesome - friendly, knowledgable, and has helped us out of more than one bind.Highly recommended.

    I was referred to Titan after another plumbing co pushed me hard to install a $4K system and said my backup pump was installed wrong and broken. I wasnt comfortable with this assessment, to say the least. The Titan employee came out the next day and saw no issues with my new pump. Further, he replaced a clamp which had broke, tested the backup, and found no issues with the pump. He also tested my ejector pump for my rough plumbing. Cost was under $200. Safe to say Ive found a new company for my plumbing needs.

    Titan Plumbing has helped us make a few home upgrades over the years (sump pump system; hot water heater). The new toliet installations this go around could not have gone any smoother.     I have used Titan Plumbing for several years now, for my own home as well as rental proeprty.     Fantastic service! Called with a none emergency issue and they made sure to come out the next day. The two techs that were sent Jon and Reed were very knowledgeable.     Long story short, I nearly flooded our house when I cracked the washer on a valve on a DIY I was working on. Titan got to our home in a matter of hours, replaced the valve, finished the project I was working on, and the emergency rate didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Best of all, our plumber, Jon, was awesome. Super positive and knowledgeable, quick to help, and very efficient! Everything is good as new now thanks to Jon and the team at Titan!

    Our plumber John was excellent. We had a genuine emergency and the office staff was very understanding and able to get someone out within 3 hours of my call. when John arrived he was very polite and quite knowledgeable.     Jon has been the person from Titan that we have used thus far.....first time because they sent him and the second time because we requested him. Titan/Jon is always prompt, respectful of our home, interactive with us in an appropriate way and he knows what he is doing. Every issue we have had has been resolved the first time out and I believe at a competitive price. I have no reason not to recommend Titan.

    Had an issue with my hot water tank. Typically I feel like a service tech will just tell you to replace the tank. My tank is about 8 years old. The tech recommended replacing a part, which had to be ordered. After the part came in, Titian sent out the same tech, who was great to work with and knew my issue. He replaced the part at a much lower cost than replacing the tank and it has worked great ever since. Would recommend!

    The staff at Titan plumbing are professional and honest, hard working people. They also service our community at a fair price. They will show you the prices in advance that are documented in the price book based on the project they are working on. I was sent a message telling me exactly who would be coming to my home ( with a picture) to insure my safety. No one likes to think that a person would pretend to be a repairman and come into your house and rob you, but it happens and I knew that the person coming into my house was from Titan plumbing because I had a picture of the Titan plumbing employee.They were respectful of my time and my home, the plumber came when he said he would and he took precautions to make sure nothing got messy with the rodding job.After the job was completed I received a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly and there were no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need in your home.

    We had Titan replace our hot water heater this week. The entire experience was perfect. Starting with the estimate and through the install and clean up. Technicians were extremely professional and provided exceeded communication throughout. The entire installation took place on time and was completed within the original provided timeframe. Throughout the installation the technicians kept us informed of their progress. When it was completed they ran through everything we needed to know about our new water heater. Great experience and we highly recommend Titan.

    The guys came out to take a look at the project we wanted a proposal for and provided options and pricing on rhe spot. Then before they left, they asked if there was anything else we needed help with, and i had them fix two toilets.     Unfortunately I needed the assistance of a plumber twice in 3 weeks, once to replace a leaky water heater and again to fix a backed up sewer. Titan made it a priority to fit me in day of and the plumbers Virginio and Jon were both professional, thorough, and took the time to diagnose the issues and come up with simple solutions. Highly recommend! Hopefully it’ll be longer than 3 weeks but I will call again next time!

    Had a new washer installed because my old one was too corroded to remove myself. Titan came same day, removed the old one, cleaned the area (not a pleasant task at all, smelled too), installed my new washer, and hooked up my dryer with the steam attachment (as a bonus throw in). John and his apprentice were just awesome. Got what we needed for a fair price, and were done in an hour. Can’t ask for more than that. As long as they have employees like John, I will continue to make Titan my first call.Thank you!!

Showed me how to restart it if the pilot light would go out. Explained about the temperature. Moved the expansion tank we already had.     Titans service, staff, and workmanship were great. The only negative was the cost. It cost over TWICE as much for a new water heater than expected. Yes, I researched market cost. They had great reviews, so in that regard, did not disappoint. But, when your water heater gets a leak, and you want to minimize damage, they came out same day!

    Jon was the tech who came to my house. He not only completed the service I requested, which was to descale my tankless hot water heater, but we discussed a plan for the future involving a recirculating pump and if I should wait until I need a new tankless HWH, which now has a recirculating pump built in. Very helpful indeed.

    We had blockage in our drain in the basement. We were able to get an immediate appointment and John arrived in the time parameters promised. He provided two options and did not try to up-sell the more expensive one. Once there we were able to identify three other items that needed attention. Once again, he offered options and transparent pricing and let me decide which I wanted to pursue. I ended up deciding to have all the work done, and he diligently worked to complete it in the time he was at my house. He did not say he would have to come back or schedule another call to complete the work. He took his time, was meticulous and very intent- it was clear he wanted the job done correctly. I observed components of his work and he was careful, competent and made sure things were resolved without any rush. On top of that, John was nice, informative and courteous in everything he did. I have a high degree of confidence in the quality of the work performed and he was clear which items had a warranty and what the duration was. I was highly satisfied with the entirety of the work and would recommend Titan to others. This is the second time we have utilized their services and we have been satisfied both times.     Was referred to Titan from a friend of mine after a few less-than-optimal plumbing experiences. We contacted them to replace and install a new backup battery. First off, their office/ scheduling team is courteous, appreciative, responsive, energetic, and informed. Second, their service tech (Jon) was polite, insightful, informative, and honest. Jon came out first to offer a consultation and then came back 10 days later to do the replacement. The charge for the consultation, was extremely reasonable. And to top it all off - their replacement price was 20% less than a local competitor. Expert service, competitive pricing, strong customer appreciation - thats a pretty good combo. Its really nice to have a plumber that appreciates your business. I think we have a new plumber!

    Titan plumbing was recommended to me by the company I work for. When I called, the dispatcher was cheerful and helpful in answering my questions and scheduling a time for repairs. I needed a toilet repaired and a kitchen faucet replaced.After John arrived, I asked if he could repair two other toilets that would soon need repair, as one could tell by their behavior.John repaired all three toilets and worked hard at replacing the kitchen faucet, as it had been in place for 26 years.John was knowledgeable, personable, worked quickly and very neatly. Everything was cleaned up carefully, and he made sure everything worked properly. He also asked if I had any questions.Plumbers are not inexpensive, but it is important to get good quality and service for your money. I feel that you get that from Titan. I would certainly recommend Titan to anyone looking for a good quality plumber.

    My sisters hot water tank went out and I was left holding the ball as they say.(She is a nurse). I made one call and told I would hear from them in 10 minutes. Half hour later I read Titan Plumbings advertisement and made that call. The person who answered was so delightful she had me laughing and comfortable. Her return call was prompt and informative of the time he could be expected.He called to give me his arrival time and quite prompt! Very professional and so kindly he explained in detail over the phone to her the problem and cost. He truly put his heart and soul into his work and remained conscious of my pup so the door was never left open. What a gentleman. I will always use this company and recommend them highly!     Titan came out to fix my hot water heater. After a few days it seemed like it was not working again. Some companies will just push you off to the side but Titan did not. They sent out another plumber named Jon and he was awesome! Got everything fixed up, they even helped me get a small refund from the supplier for a faulty part. I called them back specifically asked for Jon and had them replaced three of my faucets in my bathrooms. Pamela was great to work with in the office.     I had Titan Plumbers come to my home this last Saturday. Josh arrived on time -- was neat, friendly and confirmed that I needed a new installation. Evan came the very next day, arrived on time, was courteous & friendly and completed the work in a very short time.     The service Tech Matthew was great! He explained everything very clearly and gave me my options clearly. He cleaned up the best he could after himself ans did a neat job.The Jet router techs were very nice as well.Prices were steep but Im not a plumber so I didnt know what to expect.All drains are working wonderfully!

    Titan dispatched Mathew to my house for a backed up main sewer drain. He arrived in 15 minutes on a Sunday and was able to get us unclogged and with service promptly. Titan returned a few days later to jet out my entire drain system. Great service but a little pricey. You get what you pay for so Im satisfied.

    I called Titan because of all the fantastic reviews here on Google, and because we had a leak from the kitchen sink.First of all the customer service rep (Pamela) who took my phone call could not have been friendlier or more professional when I called in. The next day, the technician/plumber called when they were about 10 minutes away and actually ASKED me if I had a preference as to where they parked - in my driveway or on the street. Ive been a homeowner for over 20 years and have never been asked that from a service provider, now thats courtesy. HUGE points!The two guys who came out were clean, professional, courteous and quick. Because they would be going in and out to the truck they asked about my cat to make sure they kept an eye on him so he didnt escape. There was no pressure, no hard sell, they quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered the solution. I opted to have them do the work on the spot as I was under a time crunch and they got the job done swiftly, cleaned up and other than a brand new faucet there was no mess, no dirt, absolutely no evidence they were there - that I appreciate!I am simply overjoyed that there is a company out there who exists with such stellar customer service and is respectful of my home and property (and pets!).As for the comments from other reviewers about being overpriced, I say go do the work yourself and see how much it costs you, and then go open up a company and do it for other people and see what you would charge. Titan was fair - Im willing to pay for quality work done correctly in my home and that is exactly what we received.I will call the next time I need work done and WILL definitely recommend them!!

    Water Heater replacement. Very happy with the service! Mike was our technician and he was courteous and thorough. He worked quickly but still paid attention to detail by making nice connections. They got out here the SAME DAY I called which we really appreciated! I took off a star for confusion with price. I wanted to know the cost of the unit and the cost of labor separately, they didnt definitively break it down. Was very pleased otherwise... Thanks!

    I had a leak on my toilet and tried to tighten the valve myself which I though was no problem until water started shooting everywhere. I called Titan and the next day Evan came out and talked to my wife Joan. He let here know exactly what the issue was and how he would fix it and how much it would cost.     Came home from a vacation on Sunday to a leaking water heater. I placed a call at 7 AM on Monday to Titan plumbing (based on a recommendation from a friend and a quick google search) and was immediately contacted back by Pamela. I asked to have someone out ASAP. She informed me of Titans call-out fee ($20), what to expect from the techs, and offered me a 10 am to noon time frame.The techs (Chad and Jake) showed up on time, were clean, curtious, and professional. I had already drained and removed the old water heater so Chad was quickly able to assess our needs. He answered all my wifes questions, provided us with a fair price, and discounted the option based on us having already removed the old unit.They worked quickly and (most of the time- Im talking to you Jake;) wore their shoe covers as they moved around the house to turn faucets on/off. My 1 year old napped thru the entire install!There was a small blockage of the hot water line going into the sink in the kitchen after they left (a small piece of plastic from a new fitting? found its way into the pipe and blocked up the line near the faucet) but they handled it quickly and professionally when we informed them of the situation.I will use and recommend Titan Plumbing in the future.     Matthew, the plumber called ahead and was very curtious with my kitchen sink repair. He came in and diagnosed the problem right away. The work was very well done. He used heavy brass pipes instead of the cheap plastic pvc that is most often used. The price was very fair. I really like his professional approach to the job even though it wasnt going to be that expensive in the end. As the old saying goes, no job is too big or too small.I would recommend Titan plumbing all day!     Hank and his colleague Ron came just an hour after I called the office about a need for a plumber. They were thoroughly professional throughout process of finding and repairing a water leak coming through the drywall ceiling of our finished basement. Prior to each step of the process they explained with they would do, stated any options I had, got my consent, and got down to business. Some drywall was cut out, the leak was found, the repair was made and a secondary issue was identified. In that case I chose the option of doing some work myself for a temporary fix to save me $200. The job was done including my role in the latter in less than two hours. I was fully satisfied with their work. My main misgiving was the method of charging. There was a change per step rather than based on an hourly rate: $300 to find and assess the job, $400 to do the repair--less a %5 Senior Discount. That method might be a plus for some kinds of jobs, but for mine, I felt the bill was on the high side for less than 2 hours work by the two with the only materials needed being 20 feet or so of quarter inch copper tubing. But I am fully satisfied with the work they did.

    We live in Naperville and had a blocked kitchen drain. We have had problems with this drain in the past. Matthew came to the house and was very friendly and fixed the problem in no time. He went to the crawl space and gave us some advice on adjusting the pitch of the drain pipes which was the main cause of the problem. The proposal seemed reasonable so we scheduled an appointment for him to come back and perform that work later in the week. I asked if I should move anything around in the crawl space and was told no, as there would be drop cloths placed on the ground. Matthew arrived as scheduled and was again his friendly self. He completed the job in a timely fashion. I did have a fair amount of clean up when he was gone due to the wood scraps and saw dust on the ground-not sure that the drop cloths were used. A few days after our service, I noticed that we were overcharged. I called the office and they were very accommodating and apologetic and had a refund check issued to us in no time. Multiple weeks later, we noticed that an area in the crawl space where new piping was installed was leaking. A quick call to the office and we had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Matthew came back out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Heres the part I like. He admitted that he made a silly mistake and forgot to glue part of the piping. Ill take a silly mistake with honesty every day of the week rather than someone feeding me a line of b.s. to cover their rear end. So, overall we had some minor issues but nothing that would give me hesitation from using Titan again in the future. I find them to be reliable and trustworthy and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

    These guys are experts at what they do and very honest. They came out about a year ago when I had sewage backup downstairs and told me they would have to charge too much!     I am so done with DIY projects. We had a leaky outdoor spigot which, according to handyman websites and YouTube postings, was a piece of cake. to repair/replace. That was not the case in this instance. Our efforts resultsed in a snapped off pipe, period. To make a long story short I called Titan and they came to the rescue within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday and installed a new sillcock, spigot and any necessary piping to finish the project. They had to cut into the wall, replace old copper with new, requiring copper pipe sawing and soddering, skills way over my pay grade, They put in a new setup in a few hours. Turns out there was no other way to repair the leak, because the original sillcock was soddered to the existing water pipe; the only option was to replace the whole set-up.They were honest, timely and cleaned up after themselves when finished. No, they are not cheap but they are reasonable and worth it.

    Titan Plumbing has my highest recommendation! We had a recurring problem with flooding in our downstairs laundry room. When others failed to fix it, we called Titan. Virginio came out and explained how to diagnose the problem, found a clean-out that I didnt even know we had, and showed us that the problem was a blockage in our main outlet line, probably due to tree roots. He had all the tools needed, cleaned out the line, and then ran a camera down the full length of the 80-ft line to show it was clear. He was extremely knowledgable and professional, explained everything clearly, and told us what maintenance was needed to prevent a recurrence. Also, he arrived at about 5:00pm and stayed untilI the job was finished (probably 3 or 4 hours). We will certainly go to Titan for any future plumbing problems.
