The job was well done. Oscar was a really great guy. Worksite was left very clean. I didnt get an second quote so, just my opinion, the labor charged was very high (cost per hour). This considers the time spent from arrival to departure, which included the estimating time, which is actually paid by the trip charge. I wont be using them again without a competitive quote.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and Gabriel came to the rescue. We had a leak with the main water source that entered into our house. He worked with the village to get our water turned off and installed a brand new (and stronger ) pipe in a very timely manner. We couldn’t be more thankful to get everything back up and running. Amazing experience! We had an issue with our ejector pump and Flotek Plumbing fully replaced it with their professional services. Spoke to Gabe over the phone and he listened to our issue/concern. Mentioned to him that I wont be available the next day at a specific time and he made sure to work around it to make it work for my wife and I. My elderly mother had an emergency today and was without water to her home. We called Flotek and a few other plumbers to see who we could reach first due to being after hours. Our technician Gabriel, called us back within 10 minutes of calling Flotek. He finished his current job and was at my mother’s home in less than an hour after we called. He was there before any other company even called us back. Even the company I work with in a professional setting all the time. I can’t say enough about the technician Gabriel. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and kindness are skills you don’t find too often in this day and age. I would highly recommend FloTek, and if anyone at Flotek is reading this, you better treat Gabriel right. You’ve got a special employee there. Whomever hired him knows what they’re doing. I’d hire him in a heartbeat, but he’s also very loyal and seems to really love his job. That makes all the difference in the world when it comes to customer service, which a lot of companies lack these days. We personally will be calling Flotek for any of our plumbing needs from now on. I’m also a local emergency services contractor and will only be using Flotek for any jobs we need help with in the future.

We had a very serious problem with corroded pipes leading from the house and through an underground pipe leading to our septic tank. Flotek was recommended to us and I am so happy we went with this recommendation! Gabriel was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all the issues that may be involved in this repair so that there would be no unexpected surprises. He and his assistant, (and I am sorry I dont know his name), tackled this project, and repaired the pipe in about 3 hours. They did a GREAT job, with no unexpected issues or additional cost, keeping with the original quote, which was very reasonable for this large project. When they left, there was no evidence of dust, debris or anything else that indicated they were ever in our home! We are MORE than happy and will absolutely use this company again, should the need ever arise. I have already recommended this company and Gabriel to my neighbors and friends. The team came out and quoted us a great price, but I most appreciated the knowledge and expertise, which was also explained during the quote. It was clear and easy to work with the team. I had my water softener and iron filter replaced. They replaced some poor plumbing work as well, to ensure the safety and longevity of the filtering system. They kept things orderly and clean. After all was installed, they fully explained how it worked and what I should know about the system (and what I should avoid changing, which was nice to know). The team was very friendly, and I felt I could ask any questions I had and get an answer. Flotek saved our basement and Im very pleased with their service.Weve had a lot of rain the last few days and our sump pump stopped working and water was starting to come in to our basement. I called 2 other places and just to come out to look and give us an estimate on a Sunday afternoon they charged a fee and couldnt even commit to making it out to our home the same day. I called Flotek for the first time and I was was impressed with their level of professionalism, experience and demonstrated expertise in the work they performed for us.I called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Upon arrival they covered their shoes to ensure our home wouldnt get dirty, he assessed what we needed and gave us options. Options that were affordable. They did a nice job, respected our time and more importantly our home by ensuring their shoes were covered and they cleaned up after the job was completed.Gabriel took the time to answer all of our questions and explained things to us in terms that wed understand. Once we decided what we wanted to do, he explained what he was going to do and he quickly started working on it.Flotek did a great job for us and I recommend them because of their overall performance from a customer service, cost, quality, efficiency, expertise and professionalism perspective. I swapped out the battery (my idea) and the alarm still was going off. I called Gabriel again, he said he could be over in an hour. I recently bought a home that was built in 1954. I had Gabe from Flotek come out to move a gas line in my kitchen. Gabe also installed a new hot water heater and garbage disposal. Gabe also hooked up my new dishwasher for me. Gabe also cleaned out the main sewer line at my home. He said if we moved in and had not cleaned out the main sewer we would have had sewage backing up in the home. I am so greatfull for all his work he has done for us. If you want a reliable, honest and a knowledgeable plumber Flotek is the way to go!! We were referred to Flotek from a friend initially to bid out a complete basement remodel. Not only were they the most reasonable on cost, the service and responsiveness was like none-other we had seen before. They completed our basement project which included; a new bathroom with shower, re-pitched our septic line and repositioned our water heater and other utilities to a centralized location. This company really helped me out with bad pipe fitting I was told from the first plumber I. Called that they would fix for 1800 I could not afford that with just one income so i did a Google search called this the plumber the gentleman was very nice and helpful and was charged a lot cheaper price then the first plumber. outstanding job I will from know on olny call this plumber because he did a wonderful job and for a lot better price from the first plumber I called. Very good plumbing company to call for all ur plumbing issues. Thanks again Flotek plumbing wonderful company and technician!
