I had a sewer lateral crack and squash because it probably wasnt put in correctly when the home was built. The City insurance took care of most of the cost and I used Behrle to do the excavating and replacement of a small section of the lateral pipe and they replaced the riser pipe. They had to go down about 9 ft. and create a hole in my front yard. Charlie and Kris were here to explain to me what they were doing and some best practices. Great guys! The hole ended up to only be about 3 ft. wide and 5 ft. long. Amazing! Well, its about 6 hours later and my front yard is buttoned back up and I am very happy. Reasonable rate and great work. I will work with them again. Thank You!

I worked with Zach from Behrle Plumbing to take some organic matter out of the downspout. Zach communicated his arrival times and kept me up on the progress as he worked hard to eliminate this whopper!! I appreciated his tenacity in getting the job done! Brandons team went above and beyond for the sewer lateral repair I needed at my new (to me) home, starting with a clear step-by-step repair quote for a fair amount, and performing a challenging rescoping of the sewer line to verify the repair location. We recently had Behrle Plumbing replace and reline all of our old cast iron sewer pipes. They were very competitive in their pricing and when they encountered an unexpected problem, which cost them almost a day to correct, they stuck with their original quote and did not even suggest increasing the price. The crew was courteous, friendly and professional with each member knowing exactly what their part in the process was. Its obvious that Brandon has worked hard builidng a team that would make any company proud. Honestly if I could give them 10 stars I wouldnt hesitate. I had a great experience working with Behrle. I contacted Hoffman Brothers first for a quote on pipe lining (CIPP) because I had a huge gash in my sewer lateral causing constant backups in my rental investment. The quote was high and they werent able to line the lateral from kitchen/laundry to the main sewer lateral. I found Behrle on Google Maps along with 2 other companies with decent reviews. I called all three and Brandon Behrle was extremely responsible whereas the other two companies didnt even reach back out to me. Their tech Zach was very nice and pleasant to talk to as he inspected my rental and shared they are able to line every part of my sewer system so I never have to worry about it again. That was music to my ears and when I saw their bid was almost 40% off Hoffmans for a more comprehensive job, it was a no brainer to hire them.Just reviewed the job report and everything looks great.

This was the first time using Behrle Plumbing and will certainly not be the last. I had called about a sewer backup that was in our basement. I had talked the owner, Brandon, and he had told me he would have a technician out. Zach called when he was on the way and showed up with a reassuring smile. Not only did he clear the backup, they sent a camera all the way to the main. Now I can see what is going on in there! Zach was very friendly and knowledgeable, he has been doing this for a while! Cleaned up after like nothing had happened! They will be out again to do some additional work to ensure this doesn’t happen again. What a great experience, they have my business.

His company offered the best process and technology (trenchless, bluelight curing, robotics) by far compared to other companies we contacted.Zach arrived first on site and educated me more on their process, answered questions, communicated on timeline, and showed me progress throughout. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about about doing quality work. The crew spent extra time ensuring all the pipe surfaces were as clean and smooth as possible before install. They were all very meticulous and made sure each step was done well. A report and video were provided at completion. I live in an older house with cast iron pipes that had been severely damaged by tree roots. All my plumbing had issues because of this. Brandon, Zach, and another crew member did a wonderful job clearing the pipe lines and installing the liner in them. They were very courteous, super knowledgeable, and happy to help fix this big plumbing problem. It took only 2 days to for the entire process and a big plus was my concrete flooring stayed intact! They were awarded contract after it was determined we had a water leak and after some back and forth with stl county they resolved the issue and managed to resolve the issue with minimal damage to our personal property. Talked with and worked with the owner of the company who you can tell cares about the quality of work being done as opposed to more corportate non family owned companies that would have done far less. Highly recommend.

Behrle Plumbing saved our business! We needed our sewer pipes lined and we were referred to another pipe company by our regular plumber. This turned out to be a wholesale disaster. That company installed an incomplete liner because they were unable to successfully line our pipes. They installed segments of liner which caused sewage to hang up on the edges of their liner segments. This caused repeated blockages of our pipes and repeatedly threatened our clients and staff as well as our business. This same pipe company cut off communications with us and would not make any further attempts to complete the liner. I found Behrle by doing a simple internet search. The Behrle team was able to install a new continuous smooth liner over the top of the incomplete bad liner, completely fixing our sewer problems, safeguarding our staff, clients and business. The Behrle team was professional, understanding, kind and determined. Thank you, Behrle Plumbing!

We had a great experience with Behrle plumbing- we had a sewer lateral that needed to be repaired quickly and in partnership with the city of St. Charles as we were preparing to list our house for sale. They did a great job of getting out quickly for an estimate and scheduling the work. They had to cut through the fence to get equipment in and dig a 7’ deep hole. When they left, the inspection of the line passed, the fence was put back in great condition, yard was level and seed and straw placed. It was a job well done.

Behrle Plumbing is awesome. I found Behrle through the City of St. Charles water line repair program. The water line from my meter to my house needed to be replaced due to a leak. The program involves contacting plumbers from a list provided by the city and getting at least 3 estimates. Several of the plumbers I attempted to contact did not even return my call. Not Brandon. He was great about answering the phone or returning my calls or sending me a text message. The best part about Behrle was that they did not excavate my entire yard. Most of the plumbers I contacted wanted to dig a trench from the meter to my house. The guys from Behrle simply dug a hole at my meter and pulled the new pipe through the old one from inside my house out to the meter. The guys that did the work were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Behrle plumbing.

The three men who came for the job were knowledgable, efficient, and great workers. It was as if they were working in their grandmas house taking care to disrupt as little as possible in the digging process. My first encounter was unclogging a very stubborn drain pipe that kept flooding my laundry room...but Zach stayed determined to clear it out and to this day it drains perfectly. Fast forward to more recently, I contacted Zach concerned about a slow draining basement floor drain. Zach got me on the schedule quickly but first recommended I try a combination of plunging and dumping water down the drain repeatedly, and if that didnt work he d stick to the appointment. Well, it worked and I wouldnt have been confident enough to try it without his guidance. Unless I move out of the area Berhle Plumbing and Zach cant service, this will be my go to company.

It all started with a backed up toilet, only to find out all the cast iron pipes under my house were in really bad shape. Zack came out and spent several hours cameraing the lines, he was amazing at explaining everything. I then spoke extensively with Brandon because their process seemed to be the best and would cause the least disruption to my home by lining the pipes. Their price was extremely fair given the scope of work. In the end, we did have to dig up some floor because the pipes were so bad, but the crew was extremely careful and I was able to salvage all the flooring. It looks like it never happened. Im so grateful I found this company, each person really goes out of their way to do a good job and clean up. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing pipelining, Behrle should be your only call.

Brandon & top notch crew sleeved the cast iron sewer line without digging up my basement! These guys worked long hours to complete this job ASAP. Very accommodating & explained every step of the process. Best bid I got... but this process is not cheap. You have to remember its a one & done fix, so worth every penny for piece of mind or resale value. Would do it again but hey, I DONT HAVE TO!!! Behrle Plumbing is your best choice.

Brandon and his team are amazing. They were far more responsive than some of the other “big guys,” and their total price ended up being a little more than 40% better for exactly the same (or better) finished product.They provided (CIPP) (cure in place pipe) pipelining for the sewer lateral under our house which was old cast iron and deteriorating with some significant trench rot and cracking. The would have led to much bigger problems if left unfixed. I did a lot of research and got competitive bids and had begun to fear that we might have to break through our concrete floor to get the work done. They were able to avoid all of that headache by inserting a really cool PVC liner and cured the liner using some cutting edge “Bluelight” technology which apparently makes for faster cure times with less downtime.Ultimately this made it much easier for them to get the job done. They had guys here for part of one day to clean the line, and then a crew to run the liner on one other day, which was surprisingly fast. They sent us videos of the finished product, and it looks great. I would go with them again in a heartbeat.
