The whole staff at Valley Fire Protections are great! Brian was the only company rep that come to look at the project before giving a quote. Kim got me on the schedule quickly and Matt couldnt have been nicer or more professional while installing the sprinkler head into the sauna at Sage Healing Collective. He was very respectful that business was being conducted and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Excellent communications from the sales group. They were always available whenever I reached out to them. We have a sprinkler system upgrade for 33K SFT warehouse. Amazing installers to work with. Brad and Mike did an amazing job with demolition and installation. Exceeds my expectation. Project was completed ahead of schedule. Well be switching all of our Fire and Safety service for warehouse needs to this company.

We purchased a house in Naperville built in 1910. Within a week we noticed a small dripping on ceiling above bathtub. Upon further evaluation it turned into a significant stream of water pouring down into the dining room.Plumbing issues are not always easy to identify the source! We had Mike Marino from VFP Plumbing show up. Mike surveyed the house, structure, and the shower/tub workmanship and immediately was able to make 1-2 educated guesses on the source of the leak. He had pinpointed what he hypothesized as the problem and with minimal evasive effort found the leak.The contractor that installed the tub failed to properly align and seal the tub to the house plumbing. After successfully fixing the leak, Mike surveyed the workmanship further, cleans the poor calling and resealed the drain and seams around the tub.Mike from VFP is a homeowner with a keen eye for detail. He provided a lot of valuable insights for consideration that made very good sense!Thanks Mole from VFP!

FANTASTIC company to do business with!On Friday, 3/30/18, we had a true plumbing emergency. A plastic piece of our water softener had broken off and the water softener was spewing water everywhere all over the basement. I called five companies that claimed to be 24/7 service. Four of them didn’t even answer the phone and one of them told me I was out of luck because it was Good Friday at 12 noon and the guys had already left for the day. Thank goodness, the next company I called was VFP Plumbing ( also known as Old World Plumbing).My phone call was answered by a real live person ( Karen ). She listened to my problem and Jeff came over immediately to shut off the water. A technician was dispatched to come to my home to replace the corroded valves that I could not shut off by myself and also to cut out a line that led to the water softener so it could be bypassed. He did great work. I was so pleased, I ordered a new 50 gallon water heater and also ordered a new water softener system.Their technicians are helpful and knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable.Many thanks to the great folks at VFP Plumbing / Old World Plumbing.

I worked with Dick the owner of Arrow plumbing years ago and now Valley Fire owns them so I called up and they helped me out of a jam. They showed up fast and answered ALL my questions! I appreciate that a big company bought a smaller company but kept the name and still offer the same great service. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
