I called zoom drain during the new years eve. there was blocked kitchen sink drain. The experience with them was good. They provided me an estimate about what time they will reach my house. The technician (Austin) reached my home at that time. Austin provided quotes regarding different options of cleaning. We preferred the hydro jetting. He did a good work on the drain and were able to restore the drain flow. 5/5 for Austin for his efforts.P.S: I am giving 4/5 for zoom drain only because the inspection camera died before the final inspection. We were not able to see the final state of the drain once Austin finished the work.

Jordan did a great job clearing the slow drain in our kitchen. He cleaned our kitchen sink p-trap which was nearly blocked by grease. Turns out that even if you dispose of oil and grease properly in your kitchen, your drains can still get blocked. He hydro jetted the drain line to clear the partial blockage in the line. Jordan made sure to keep our house clean, and there were no weird odors from the pipes. He even treated the drain with an enzyme to keep the smells under control. Thanks for getting our drain functioning properly again.

My kitchen drain line was clogged so badly that two plumbers couldn’t auger it. I called Zoom Drain for hydrojetting and Austin not only came out on the same day, but he worked tirelessly for 3 hours to jet my drain line and clear the clog. Not only that, but he scoped our line and identified an outdoor clean out access that we couldn’t find. He also did it for much cheaper than any other quote we got. Calling Zoom Drain was the best decision we ever made!

Let me start by saying I don’t ever leave comments. This was our first time using this company. I had just called them mid morning to find out if they service our area and if they can fix our clogged toilet. Not long after having set up an appointment for someone to come out, we got a text that the technician would be dispatched and they’ll call 30 minutes before hand to let us know they’re on the way. About an hour after that the technician was at our front door. And he fixed the problem in no time. We were extremely pleased in how short of time and how fast that someone was out to our home. Great Service. They sent a tech out right away. I believe his name was Jordan. Real nice guy. Even made friends with my dog. They diagnosed the problem. They were up front about the price and pricing. We made a game plan to keep my drain working and didnt over charge me to do something i didnt need. Very cool. Their service is unrivaled in my experience and Michael Yetter provided another excellent service to me and my family and he did it with a good attitude and obvious skill.
