We have used Just Us Plumbing over the years and they always do a great job. Plumbers are always kind and professional. Alex came today and unclogged our drain with an auger and got our kitchen sink working again. It was later in the day on a Saturday but he still took the time to make sure everything was working and there were no other issues before leaving. Alex was very thorough and polite.

That unit had lower grade resin that lasted barely longer than its warranty. The installation tech was highly knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We decided to harden up our outside faucets – replace what was needed, and make them more freeze resistant.Due to our previous plumbing co becoming less responsive, we decided to change companies. We wanted a plumber that serves Round Rock, had been in business a long time, is owner operated, and had great reviews. We found Justus plumbing, and they they just finished our project. We could not be happier with the outcome. From the Initial call we made to paying the bill they were easy to work with, professional and fairly priced. 5+ stars for Justus and for Stephen, who planned and did the job for us. We appreciate it.Dec 29, 2022: Im adding to my post above from last year. Yesterday, the Justus team came out and replaced our gas water heater. It had lived a full lifespan of 12 years, but then passed away rather suddenly. We got to meet the owner Dwayne, who personally came to our house, to scope out what was needed for replacement. Like our previous experience they ticked all the boxes. Eric and Roy did great work and we have hot water again. We really like the personal and pro service. Its obvious that they really care about the quality of their work. Highly Recommended!July 15, 2024: When we find a service company we like, we stay with them until there is a strong reason to change. Today, we had a plugged drain line and called Justus. UPDATE: The anticipated need for a new water heater arrived. Of course it happened on a Sunday night, but given that the water heater had lasted nearly 20 years, I had no reason to complain. I called first thing this morning and spoke with Dwayne, who scheduled Christopher to come out between 11 and 1. Christopher arrived on time and was friendly, efficient, and helpful. When he came back after picking up the new water heater, another tech was with him, but unfortunately I didn’t get his name. He was also friendly. The installation seemed to take no time at all, and I’m back in the game with abundant hot water.Lesson learned? When you find a good plumber, stick with ‘em.Im a repeat JustUs customer and once again they met and exceeded my expectations. Lydia found the source of the leak (a drain line, thankfully, so there wasnt massive flooding to deal with) quickly. It was late in the afternoon, so a return appointment was set up to fix the time-intensive issue, and now its all good to go. Im very happy and will have them back again since its about time for a new water heater.

I called around a few companies before comitting to buying my water softener. Including going to Home Depot a few times to convince myself I could do it. I called JustUs late the night I bought the softener from Home Depot, and was called back early in the morning in response to my voice-mail. I believe I spoke with Dwayne and Chris. They both shared information about how the average new home owner would have trouble installing a water softener on their own (which I would come to find out as they installed this, quickly, but professionally)Dwayne was informative and helpful throughout the entire installation. Chris did an excellent install and Cary answered all of my questions as well. All of the men who installed were joyous and shook my hand when introduced themselves.They did such a great job of explaining how the system works, what issues we could face if we didnt properly care for it (very few as its a great system and only necessary if you want clean water lol), and even provided details on the type of salt the softener used and where to get it.We recently did a garage project and had to move our water softener out of the garage, and we realized we couldnt detach it without a mess, and a few hours on YouTube. We, again, called late, right before closing and were assisted still, with kindness AS ALWAYS. Every person involved with this company has been professional and efficient. They got someone out the next morning. They text you updates that are timely. And when we needed to have it setup again- they were able to work around our schedule and came right on time. They dont do a quick in and out service. Every person is detailed and knows what theyre doing. They system is nice, too. It looks good and works well. When weve run out of salt, you can certainly tell in our water. When we first got it setup, my hands were so silky smooth after washing, I would wash them again to be sure I got the soap off! You get used to it. When the salt runs out, dry skin returns.Lastly, their payment options are great and easy to use.Good product, great service, loyal customer!

Installed a water softener system. Communication initially was not good. Took several follow up calls from me to get responses. Seemed to be an issue with their supplier causing delays. The only reason it wasn’t 5 star. Once scheduled it was timely and communication improved. The installer was new, but he did have a supervisor training him when necessary. I would recommend them again and will use them for additional equipment in the future.

Our water heater leaked and caught fire. Our home warranty company was not helpful. After 2 weeks with no water in our house, they told us it would be another 6 weeks if we didnt get a smaller unit. I called Just Us plumbing at 8am, by 11am, they found options for me and were at my house by 2pm. Ended up paying and not using our warranty company but happy we have water again! Met Dwayne a few weeks ago when I asked for a bid on a bathroom remodel. He was professional and helpful then. I kept his card and called this morning, just in case they could help. I tried to call 6 times but could not get through. He came at the end of the day. I would use again. I think he just wanted to end his workday and not address the broken valve that was possibly not his fault. Oh well. He should have fixed my bidet valve or offered to return. I think he used poor judgement. I traded one problem for an albeit lesser problem.

They also replaced the line from the garbage disposal to our downspout as it had once been used for a reverse osmosis system and had a hole for the drain line in it. JustUs Plumbing, a local plumbing company in Round Rock, Texas did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. I originally requested a tankless. After removing the water heater, Jarrod determined I wasnt a candidate due to the construction of my home. He didnt try to upcharge me and suggest new gas line installation which would have added a couple thousand more to the overall quoted price. Instead, he offered a direct replacement, and recommended using a high-end recovery system which increased overall hot water availability and replenishment rate of the tank. My original lines were corroded and heavily scaled. He (and Chris) replaced all my lines (brass fittings - more reliable), and provided a 10% military discount. Great service, supported by honest quality work. 100% recommend JustUS plumbing. I was also provided same day service (Urgent service - no hot water). We thought we made it through snowpocalypse without any water issues but after everything thawed we noticed a huge bulge under the sod between our neighbors house and ours. We eventually figured out it was a leak on my side on the main line coming into the house. We were worried about foundation integrity and had to kill the water to the house.I started making calls to plumbers and they were booking me out to March and April. A long time to go without water. JustUs Plumbing bent over backwards to try and get me in. They came at the end of the day and found the general area. It was near gas lines, Internet, etc, so we decided to call 811 emergency number to get the lines flagged. Flaggers came later that night.Called JustUs next morning to schedule follow-up and they said they would try and squeeze me in at end of day. Turns out they had a cancelation and were here by late morning. After digging they found the leak (disconnected coupling) and patched me up. What I thought might turn into weeks without water was resolved in a few days.I cant guarantee you will get it done this fast right now with the extremely high demand after this storm, but I can say with confidence that JustUs does good work and will do what they can to get you back up on your feet. I found my new plumber.

Roy from Just Us was extremely professional. They came to flush my water heater if the sediment that had built up over time. I can’t stand that our water heaters are in our attic and always have the potential to cause major water damage in the ceiling, so Roy provided us with water alarms to make sure we know if there are any leaks. The cost of service seemed fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Just Us in the future.
