    We had a water heater malfunction and flood our house on a Friday afternoon. Aloha came on Friday evening to assess the situation and make sure we were safe over the weekend while we cleaned up the water and dealt with a water mitigation team. Originally scheduled to install on Tuesday, they made an extra effort to come on Monday and did a fantastic job! I remodel houses for a living and have dealt with many trades (good, bad and ugly) over the years. Aloha was prompt, professional and courteous with fair prices. I would highly recommend them!

    Aloha just completed 2 jobs for me: 1. Indoor: -fix leaking sprayer at the kitchen sink, and It was time for new drain inserts (not sure of the correct term), but my kitchen sinks are looking brand new!2. Outdoor: Have been living with poor water pressure for too long! A new PRV installed, giving me great water pressure again! Yay! A bonus is that I have a much easier way to shut off at the main.Five stars are not enough. Aloha is a local business that provides high quality service by experts in the trade. I highly recommend.

    I heard about Aloha through a recommendation from another service company. I was looking for an electric tankless hot water heater flush and what I got was much more. I have already used them for another service after the original one. Jerreds work was professional and thorough.     It was a cold week and my 2 water heaters (WH) went out (no hot water). I went to yelp and called few plumbing companies with 4 stars and above. All of them told me that I had to replace the water heaters, which were in the attic. My wife had been wanting to get tankless water heater due to horror story of water heater tank leaking from one of our neighbors. I went to yelp and found Aloha Plumbing, which is local to Round Rock & Pflugerville area. After reviewing the comments on yelp, I also found their Facebook page. Jerred, the owner, posted some of past tankless water heaters installation. From those posted videos, I googled the product they use (Navien) and observed how many time they had done the installation. I wanted to make sure I got the company with good experience installing tankless water heater. I called them and Brendan showed up few hours later. He looked at my old WHs and gave me 2 options: replacing the old WHs or switching to tankless. I decided to go with tankless. The work started early next day (+/- 8 AM). Brendan showed up on time and started the work. He got the installation done by 3 PM and I got my hot water back. Overall, I am very pleased doing business with Aloha plumbing. Jerred was very responsive and Brendon was just phenomenal. Great customer service, no gimmicks, everything was explained up front. I particularly love the system they use for sending quotes for customer to review the job cost breakdown, job confirmation, etc. Everything was transparent. They WILL have my business for next plumbing job. Keep it up guys!

    Anytime someone says, “I need a plumber” my immediate response is Aloha. After the work is completed, I always receive rave reviews and thanks for referring! We are slowly fixing pipe by pipe from a late 90’s built house (hello PVC piping…) and Aloha has been amazing at identifying the problem and fixing, same or next day. Their knowledge is top notch and would recommend their services to anyone!

    Another great job by Aloha Plumbing! I woke up to find that I had a leaking hot water tank. I called Jerred at Aloha. He said he would come by as soon as he finished the job he was working on, and true to his word, he was at my door after having completed a very long work day. He confirmed that my 14 year old tank needed to be replaced and clearly explained the options available, the pricing for each (very reasonable) and what I could expect from each. He worked me into his schedule the very next day and did a fantastic job. He also gave me a lot of advice on how to get maximum life out of my new unit and told me to call him anytime with any questions. Great responsiveness, great advice and follow up.     We decided to replace our water heater before it went out and caused a bigger issue (heater was 25 years old and not as hot as it used to be). We called Aloha because of the positive ratings and the name. Jerred was quick, respectful and gave us options on a new tank water heater or a tankless one. We had done our research on type and typical cost and already had decided that we wanted the tankless water heater and His price was what was expected. He replaced it the next day spending 8 hours to get it done. He was 95% finished needing only minor cosmetic items to be done before he left without being paid until he could come back and finish the job. He came back a couple of days later and finished up the work and received payment at that time. We told him about a couple of issues that we noticed (had to do with our old plumbing and not his work or equipment) and he fix them to make them better. Aloha/Jerred is easy, professional, clean and a great company to work with. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Mahalo Aloha for a great job done!

    Although I did not end up using Aloha due to being out of their service area, they were nonetheless super helpful. Still spent the time with me to talk through what issues I was seeing, and helping me pre-diagnose the problem over the phone. He felt pretty good about his diagnosis and then referred me to a few plumbers who he knew did service my area. I called them up, and they were of course appreciative of the referral and had nothing but good things to say about Aloha, and then they said his diagnosis seemed correct. I got a plumber out from one of them within an hour and they confirmed that the diagnosis was spot on.In short, while I couldnt use Aloha - that level of care and attention, when they could have just said sorry we dont service your area, find someone else shows that they are very customer-centric. I have never had a plumber be that willing to help in the past. Simply awesome.

    Old hot water heater was leaking and we were out of hot water. Aloha was recommended to us by our neighbor and we now will recommend them same as our neighbor. They were prompt and and on time to get us hot water again. Professional may be an understatement for the work that was done. I have been a pretty good handyman all my life, but at 83 I was not going up in the attic of a 2 story house to wrestle a hot water heater and they did a better job than I could have expected.

    These guys are awesome.Weve had Aloha out multiple times, but most recently to install a tankless water heater (navien npe 240a2) in place of our older tank unit. They did a great job on the install, and when a part (a $5 check valve, which to be clear isnt reflective of the systems they sell or the install they perform) failed, they came out next day to make it right (for free). Not as easy as one would think to find a company that does a good install, and actually follows up on their warranties.My favorite plumbers in RR.

    I had a plumbing issue once and when I called for service, they were able to walk me through the problem and fix it over the phone without charge. At that point I knew they would be my plumbers moving forward.Fast forward to a year later, my gas water heater finally gave out so I gave these guys a call. They installed a top of the line tankless water heater and hot showers have been glorious since. They were true craftsman with the install too with clean lines to and from the unit.     We had an excellent experience with Aloha Plumbing. From the beginning they were very prompt and tentative to our emergency needs as we had a pipe burst and required assistance asap.     I called Aloha today and told the person answering the phone the issue I was having with the toilet. He told me that it was an easy fix and then spent the next few minutes walking me through what I needed to do to fix the issue. I followed his instructions and the toilet is fixed. I very much appreciated that he didnt just send someone out to deal with what really was a relatively easy solution. Im sure most plumbing companies wouldve looked at my issue as easy money.     I can’t say enough good things about the help Jerred gave me. We had issues that came up during the home inspection of the house and since Jerred is a Master Plumber it carried great weight that he was able to explain how some issues noted were not a problem. The one that was a problem, he was able to fix right then. On top of that, just after he left we had an issue with a pipe at our new house about 5 minutes away. Temperatures have been freezing and the outside spigot on the north side of the house had suddenly started spewing water. My husband and I were out of town and our adult son called us in a panic. I texted Jerred saying I had an emergency and that my son didn’t even know how to turn off the water to the house. He texted back that he was only a couple of minutes away. He got the water shut off and discovered it wasn’t a busted pipe and was just the hose bib that cracked. He replaced it in minutes so my son didn’t have to go without water until we got back from vacation. I’m just incredibly thankful. He saved us from a ginormous water bill and potentially severe damage to our yard and home. He is just wonderful. As a plumber he walks on water. LOL

    Aloha plumbing installed a water softener for us. Jerred, the owner, was the first person I spoke with. He is friendly and professional. He answered all my questions, gave a fair price and scheduled me with ease all over the phone!     After getting the run around and an outrageous quote from a large commercial company I decided to call Aloha Plumbing. They came highly recommended by my neighbors. I explained the situation and they were extremely helpful and polite so I set up an appointment. I immediately received a confirmation text along with a picture of who was coming out. I really appreciated that.The next day I received a text saying Brendan was on his way. He was even earlier than expected, which was great! He gave me an extremely reasonable estimate that was more than half of what the other company quoted. Brendan explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of my questions in a courteous manner. The work was exceptional. I will be using Aloha Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

    With my water softener in bypass mode, the softener started leaking from the bypass valve. I called Aloha on a recommendation, I was able to get a same day appointment which was great since i had to shut the water off at my home due to the leak. Brendan did a great job, only took a few minutes to replace the worn part. From the initial call to the actual repair, everything about Aloha Plumbing was absolutely great!

    I had contacted Aloha plumbing a few years ago about a tankless system to replace both of my water heaters. At the time, I was able to repair the failed water heaters myself and kept them running. Last week, one of them failed again, and they were both 18 years old, so it was time to replace before something more serious happened. I called Aloha, and the owner remembered me and the details of my water system setup from the convo 3 years prior. They were onsite the next day and had converted the two tank system to one tankless in just an afternoon. They returned the following morning for cleanup, final touches, and orientation on the system. I cannot say enough about their responsiveness, attention to detail, and honest approach to pricing and options. Highly recommend.

    We had Aloha come out for a second opinion on a plumbing issue that another company couple not get fixed- Brendan was here 5 minutes and we had hot water again!!! He checked everything and upstairs and downstairs and diagnosed the issue. We have been without hot water for 3 days and we need to have a water heater replaced. He got the hot water restored until they can get out to replace the water heater. He was awesome about educating me on how the system works, etc. I will definitely use this company going forward.     Aloha to the rescue once again!! Per my last post, we had an issue with our hot water feeling luke warm. Aloha came out and reset the tankless unit to see if that would resolve the issue. They did state they feel one or all of my values may need to be replaced, but said lets wait and see. Sadly the issue came back but Aloha came out and fixed the issue. It was indeed a valve!! Once again they had a chance to replace all of my valves, but were honest and said it appears to be only one. Most of us do not have skills in this area which sets us up to be taken advantage of. To reiterate, Aloha Plumbing is an honest company. They are 100% transparent without any hidden costs or pushes to get more than you need done.     Long story short, woke up to go to work on a Friday and the water heater wasnt working. Got to work and put in for a work order which unfortunately wasnt going to happen until Monday morning. At 9:30 the tech arrives and does something or other and the unit is now working.     Brendan came in and hooked up our renovated kitchen in less than 2 hours. Gave us advice on a poorly-installed water heater (not by them).     I was having problems with the tankless water heater they installed. I was getting hot water sporadically. Jerred came out and spent an hour trying to find the problem but every time he turned on a faucet he got hot water. Then just as he was about to call it a day he noticed that the flow regular wasn’t reading the flow correctly. Eureka! I wasn’t crazy. It’s like the rattle in your car that bugs you but it doesn’t rattle when you take it in to the mechanic. We had a good laugh and he replaced the flow regulator. When it was done and the hot water was restored, he refused payment for anything. He said I paid him to install a water heater and the job wasn’t done until he fixed the problem. Jerred and Brenden have been such a God send. They are quick to respond and always are cheerful and professional. That’s why I wouldn’t consider calling anyone but Aloha for my plumbing needs.

    I am very glad I used Aloha Plumbing for the installation of our new water heater. Unlike the two other companies I inquired with, Jerred provided a straightforward estimate over the phone. Although his estimate was (significantly) lower than the other two companies, the real reasons I chose Aloha were that I knew I would be working directly with a master plumber and I got the feeling I would be receiving excellent customer service. Jerred told me where I could buy a descaling kit for maintenance of the water heater and Brendan (who did the installation) patiently walked me through how to use it. They even took video of the descaling process to post on their youtube channel so other customers with the same model of water heater could refer to it in the future. I ended up installing a new water softener as well which was an equally straightforward process.     Very impressed with this company. I had a stopped up toilet that no amount of plunging or snaking seemed to fix. I called them out to help, he tries a flush to see whats happening, and its suddenly working perfectly. Jerred gave me the best price quote on replacing two 50gal water heaters (in the attic of a 2 story). Once we had gone over the particulars of the water heater swap & code updates - he asked if I would be interested in going to a tankless system?He took his time to educate me on recent improvements in tankless technology and his quote was much more cost effective than I anticipated (based upon the other quotes from the usual competition - ABC, ARS, etc). So we made the transistion to tankless and everything went smoothly. We are very pleased with the performance of the tankless system.I had done my research and although I was real happy with his price - what really matters is that Im equally as happy with the service, professionalism, attention to detail and cleanup. Jerred came through in every aspect and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. I consider myself fortunate that a friend recommended him to me and that I listened to them! I wont be calling anyone else for any future plumbing needs.

    Excellent service! I had clogged my kitchen sink pretty bad and nothing I did helped. He came by and unclogged it immediately. Very professional and very personable. Had a great time talking with him and I can do dishes again!     So... plumbers are weird, right? I mean, you cant look on Youtube on how to fix a broken TP valve. Well... you could, and you could also suffer an explosion, and make you regret your need to be DYI guy. Jarred at Aloha is the epitome of professional, and taught me more in 5 minutes, than I could learn from 20 x 1 hour videos on Youtube.Heres how it started: My lovely wife turned up the heat on our 14 year old water heater. Then we had a slow leak of hot water on the pipe outside the house. Now, maybe it was my lovely wife, or maybe it was the calcium build up. Either way, I had to call a plumber.I randomly selected a google search of plumbers near me. Up popped Aloha. All good ratings, so I figured I would give it a shot. I spoke with Jarred on the phone for a few minutes and felt comfortable moving forward with him to come out and do some diagnosis.He let me know by text he was on his way, and was here in about 8-10 minutes from the text. He arrived and quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem, and gave me the 5 minute run down (Im SOOOO glad he gave me the 5 minute, not the 28-36 minute one). We came to the realization that it was a quick cheaper fix or a more expensive long term one. He was gracious and understanding of my cheap alternative to get me a few more months, and then will go with the longer term option. He also took a look in my yard and saw I needed a cover for my sewage cover. Guess what? He went to his vehicle and retrieved a cover (probably cost him $5-$10 at least) and slapped a cover on.Jarred: Professional, courteous, took my wifes side (which I liked), taught me a few things about plumbing, all without ANY buttcrack (which my wife was disappointed about).I will DEFINITELY hire him when another plumbing need pops up.
