    During this unusually warm Texas fall, both my gas and water bill increased, and the floor in my primary bedroom was hot underfoot. After being told hot water pipes are often found in the concrete in homes, I called the only experts in the plumbing field I know, The Plumbinator. The Plumbinators team used a Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) thermal imaging camera to confirm a hot water leak in a pipe that runs through concrete from the hot water heater to primary bedroom sink.Other plumbers may have hammered thru the concrete floors, or taken a hammer to the sheetrock to find the leak. This group of experienced professionals know when and how to use technology to save time and money. They saved my floors and slab and went thru the walls and ceiling with a new hot water pipe. The job was completed in 1 day and they saved the sheetrock cut outs so they could be put back in place They cleaned up after the repair and checked in with me the following Monday. I wholeheartedly endorse The Plumbinator for any type of plumbing services, they do it once and they do it right!

    Steve and Victor spent several hours getting the best system to replace my broken water heater (same day service). The attention to detail was remarkableā€¦ they went to pick up parts twice just to make sure the fit and components were spot on for my situation. Never had plumbing service that compares to Steve and the owners of Plumbinator, and they matched the price of the best quote I had from other companies.     It is a breath of fresh air of Honesty and Integrity you will experience using this women owed plumbing business in Round Rock and surrounding areas.We had an issue with a tenant occupied property where they experienced random sewer smell in an 1100 sf house with one bathroom. 2 years ago when the complete remodeling took place new electrical , new water line, and new fixtures were upgraded . They gave the remaining partial cast iron sewer line under the house to be in good integrity.Moving forward two years to now September 19-024 we were scratching our heads what could be the cause of the random sewerage smell. We had 4 plumbers to come out and each offered different ways. Two of them said just rip everything under the house out at cost of over $12,000.00 and it takes us 2 days. Others wanted us to tell them which test we wanted them to perform! Like do you want a smoke test at $980.00 or a camera inspection at this and that . You got to be kidding me they are so called experts and yet we should say to them what to do!!?We are older retired age too and they did offer a 10% off their deal too.It seems like a big scam to go to as many properties and just see what sticks and collect money without really providing anything of substance.From all these we get this company The Plumbinatoraustin from Round Rock two technicians arrived very quiet listening and looking not talking too much , inspected the drain system over and under and came out saying nothing they can see is wrong. They suggested to let the tenants be aware that during these hot days the AC is running more often and the pea traps may dry up the water inside of them therefore the pea traps need some water with a bit of bleach once awhile to block the sewer gas randomly get in to the house.We were so surprised that the cast iron leakage was not there as the other 2 plumbers claimed . To make sure after the Plumbinatorā€™s technicians left I got the courage to crawl under the house to verify their findings and sure enough there was no evidence of any leaks or smell or muddy wet soil. I videotaped my journey under the house and showed it to the tenants and my family and we were so blown away from their integrity and honesty in Business.What else one can say than cheering them on to greatness.PS : Two of the parties came out were from the Angies list itā€™s a words of caution just because they are members of this and that itā€™s a marketing strategy do not fall for that and search small family run businesses and first of all Read their NEGATIVE reviews before reading the other ratings.Cheers.

    If you need support in a crisis like I did, call this company!It was Thanksgiving the first time, no hot water because the home I just purchased 6 months ago had an OLD water heater that leaked everywhere. That secret space under the stairs, the garage, the front closet. All wet. They gave me a fair bid on an upgrade to a tankless water heater. I am NOT sorry. It is worth every penny in my new master bath renovation to have hot water on demand.This time, I needed a quick disconnect on a gas stove. I text Wendy (sheā€™s an angel šŸ˜‡ and a baker šŸ‘©šŸ¼ā€šŸ³ ) on a Sunday and violaā€¦Monday morning she made it happen for me.I thank you so much and I look forward to the job you are going to do for my dad next, on his kitchen renovation.Support small, local business!     These guys are top notch! My water heater broke on a Sunday. I called them Monday morning and Corey and Nigeal arrived within a couple hours. By that afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed at a reasonable price. A few days later I had an unrelated issue they came back to investigate. They fixed it in five minutes and didnt charge me for the visit. This is unheard of!! If you want a fair and thorough plumbing service, call the Plumbinator. They were recommended by a friend and I will enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!!

    A long review follows. The short is: The Plumbinator was more affordable, honest, faster, and friendlier than any plumbing company Iā€™ve ever used. They saved me $60,000 on a problem that didnā€™t exist. They didnā€™t try to sell me on things, and they truly stand behind their work. This is one of the best small businesses Iā€™ve ever interacted with.For years I struggled and failed to find a go-to plumber.First, I tried big companies I knew from billboards and trucks around town. They were painfully expensive and always sent out a kid with minimal training. One advised me to ā€œjust use chemical drain cleanerā€ on my 60-year-old cast-iron pipes. Pass.Then, I tried a couple of little guys. They were always hard to schedule/communicate with. And one, who showed up to my job excessively stoned, also thought it was a savvy business move to literally scream at me when I asked for an explanation about a line item on the bill.Next, I found a mid-sized company that came out and gave me the worst of the worst news in the world of the wastewater: there was a break in our cast-iron pipes and we needed to get them (all) replaced. They quoted us $60K for the work.Given I didnā€™t have tens of thousands of dollars burning a hole in my pocket, I said Iā€™d have to think about it. In the meantime, I stopped using our washing machine and became intimately familiar with the laundromats in my area.After nearly a year of hauling the familyā€™s dirty duds and unmentionables to the laundromat, I finally decided to call another company to see how much this whole plumbing replacement nightmare would run me. I figured best-case scenario I could find someone who would do it for less. I was ready for the worst. (RIP, life savings. Did my kids really need to go to college, anyway?)So imagine my total surprise when The Plumbinator came out and not only told me my cast-iron pipes were fine for their age, but removed a pesky clog that the bigger company told me was a break in the pipes when they scoped my house.After Steve and Eric (two all-around excellent guys) snaked the heck out of my old house, everything ran fine. I could wash my clothes from home again! Still, I asked if they wouldnā€™t mind running the camera to see if they could find any problems in the pipes, knowing that my plumbing was in its golden years.Mickey, the Plumbinator himself, showed up for this. He walked through my house and pointed out potential spots to look out for. He didnā€™t try to sell me on anything. He sat down and talked to me for at least an hour answering questions and talking me through what he saw. And he shared his honest assessment of what he would do if it were his house: wait to replace the plumbing until we start seeing problems.Mickey and his men could easily have just told me I needed to have my pipes replaced. I already knew I was going to have to at some point. But thatā€™s not the kind of guy Mickey is.Iā€™m not sure at what magical point in the past it was the default that people stood by their work and would steer you straight with the kind of advice youā€™d give to your own family, but whenever that time was, Mickey and his guys feel plucked straight from it.If all that werenā€™t enough, you get the bonus that communicating and scheduling with them couldnā€™t be easier. You just text and hear back right away. When a couple minor things popped up that required follow-up around some of the additional projects I had them tackle, I got an immediate text response and the guys were back out within an hour ā€” even though I said it wasnā€™t urgent. No charge. No bad attitude about being called back out. Just a quick fix and they were on their way.Thanks to Mickey, Steve, and Eric, I finally have a go-to plumber. And when my plumbing does finally meet its inevitable end, theres only one company I would consider calling.

    What a great local and family owned business to work with. They came out to run a sewer hydrostatic test after I had some foundation work and found a break. They quickly scheduled a crew to come and tunnel under the house and then they came and fixed the break right away. No one likes to have plumbing issues, but I know I can trust on these guys to get the job done and correctly.I also had a delivery come in as they were leaving and they graciously helped unload the delivery.     My dad was a builder and taught me to do things myself if I wanted it done right. Well thats not always possible so its always a challenge to find honest, hardworking companies to do an important job for me. So I spent probably 4 hours researching plumbing companies before I came across an article written by Mickeys wife and business partner. The article explained why NOT to do something I just knew was the right thing for me to do (my dad passed last year so can never get much welcomed advice from my #1 go-to). After reading the very straight forward and logical article, I not only knew I did NOT want what I thought I did, but I possibly found a company to work with. That was just the beginning! I asked for a quote and Mickey, the owner himself!!! met me at my jobsite and went over everything with me and explained in detail why certain things were necessary and possible set backs they could run into.     The best plumbing service I have ever used in my 70+ years. Another Good job Plumbinator!! My water heater needed replacing after 12 years. Mickey worked our water heater replacement into his busy schedule within 2 days. Mickey and his apprentice replaced the water heater and added a new hose bib for the back yard in a few hours.

    Due to a con-man contractor, we were abandoned without hot water for 3 1/2 weeks! We were desperate! Luckily, we met the Plumbinator.Mickey squeezed us in that evening. He talked to us, looked around, thought about it... and fixed our new tankless water heater In less than 30 minutes! He also walked around with us to help us understand all the things done by our former plumber that werent up to code.Long story short, he not only fixed all of our plumbing issues but he helped us deal with the city inspectors and even helped us find a reputable contractor who would take on our renovation from hell.     WOW! When you have a leak, water is seeping from the side of your home over the slab, water finding its way into your home... CALL.THE.PLUMBINATOR!I called, they came as soon as the could and once I met them at the house, we introduced each other, we shook hands and in a flash I was watching the A-Team going after the leak with equipment of all types and a problem solving team- they were like plumbing forensic scientists. They capped the pipe that night and came back, ASAP to finish the job.Problem has been resolved. Very good and fair pricing, also. Mickey, Tim, Steve and Chad were a great choice for us!

    Beneath The Slab... The Final Frontier...These are the voyages of our home-shaped spacecraft. At least, during the pandemic, thats how Ive explained it to my kids. Were on a ship, we have limited ability to take shuttles to places, and only at great need. Our food is delivered via Underway Replenishment, and were on patrol until further orders come in from Starfleet. Or something.Well, we had a minor problem in engineering. To the tune of 30 gallons an hour. The 3/4 pipe between our utility room and our guest bathroom had ruptured... under the slab.Enter Eric Stolle Plumbing and The Plumbinator. This amazing tag team of technical experts in the plumbing profession put us right, quickly and without the need to crack into our foundation. I cannot say enough about the timeliness, courtesy or professionalism of both of these companies, and how they exchanged information and expertise to take what might have been a much more extended (and expensive!) process and get it down to a couple of visits and a minimal disruption of water services. When were telling the kids to pretend were on a spaceship to make the quarantine more bearable, we kind of need to avoid as much, um, life support failure as possible. And these enterprising engineering entrepeneurs made sure the problem was fixed with as little of that as was practicable. My nightowl son pretty much slept through what little water disruption there was.Folks, if you spring a leak in your... umm... warp core... or something... you cant go far wrong than to employ either or both of these outfits to come put you right again. Mickey The Plumbinator helped us solve a massive issue when we were two weeks in as foster parents, and Eric from Eric Stolle Plumbing has handled issues for us for years as well. In this day and age, its rare to find companies you can trust who will not steer you wrong.     PLUMBINATOR to the rescue. We had to have our sewer line re-routed due to a large break mid-yard. They had to breakthru huge boulders and mountains of roots to reach a point of our line where they could connect for the re-route to the city. Iā€™ve never witnessed a harder working team.     I called the Pluminator recently to find a water leak. He came recommended from my regular plumber as THE company to detect water leaks. They have the equipment to detect interior and exterior leaks. Not only was the Pluminator successful in finding the water leak (thankfully it was outside the house), but he and his staff were honest and friendly. I found out that his kids go to the same school as my kids, and the very next day who did I see taking his kids to school? The Pluminator. I would highly recommend this company.

    So, on a Friday just after 3:00 PM, almost 6 months into the COVID-19 pandemic, I noticed water accumulating on the floor of my garage near the water heater closet. I opened the door to it, and sure enough it appeared that my almost 30-year old water heater was finally kicking the bucket. I contacted several places to try to get someone out to my house to at least stop the leak that late on a Friday. Not only did Tim, son of The Plumbinator, come out to take a look but said he could get it replaced within a couple of hours because he did not want to leave me without hot water for the weekend. They used fans to dry out the closet while they went to get the replacement, cleaned everything out, replaced the fixings that needed to be updated and got the new hot water heater installed and working by 6:30 PM. Everything is now up to current code and they followed all the necessary social distancing guidelines and procedures. I would highly recommend reaching out to this local, family-run business if you have any plumbing needs.
