We reside in Taylor TX where it’s required to do Backflow testing. Out of the countless providers provided by the City. ATX located in Round Rock was very reasonable and quick to accommodate. Their Tech was friendly, informative and easy to work with. Great work!!

Called Adam @ ATX for backflow check required by Round Rock. I was way past RR’s due date. Explained my issue to Adam, he promptly advised he could be out the next day or day after. He came out next day to the house, checked the unit, texted me advising I passed the inspection. He texted me a link to pay, after paying, he promptly sent certificate to RR City and confirmed my payment. Very polite and cordial. I highly recommend Adam.

Awesome experience! The 1st company I contacted for my irrigation backflow test told me I needed to replace the entire valve assembly due to it being broken. Quoted me $1500. I called ATX backflow for a second opinion. Adam came out immediately to take a look & let me know nothing was broken and he was able to perform the test required by city and saved me a ton of money. Adam was extremely informative and explained the whole backflow process to me. Can’t recommend them enough! Honest company and people!

Answered the phone on the first call!!! As a landlord with multiple properties time is very important. Explained the process and performed the backflow test the following day. Follow up and payments were super easy. Will use them on all our properties.

Adam with ATX Backflow repaired and inspected my backflow prevention device. He showed up on the same day that I called, made purchases to repair and when he couldn’t repair it, he didn’t charge me for the supplies or the labor. He then facilitated a plumber to repair and came back out to test the device. Overall, he and his team were incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend ATX BackFlow to anyone needing this service.
