    Reached out to Crows Plumbing Service for the first time with a small leak under our kitchen sink and poor water flow from the faucet. The whole experience from initial booking until the job was completed was top notch. Fast and consistent communication from dispatch staff several times prior to service to gather information and ensure accuracy and a courtesy call from the technician, Caleb F, letting us know when he would arrive. Once Caleb arrived, things went smoothly - Caleb was very respectful in our home, professional and very skilled. He communicated clearly his diagnosis of the issue, presented a quick estimate, and began fixing the issue promptly. Very happy with the service and work that he performed. Caleb is a fantastic technician and would hire him again in the future.

    Service Tech, Paul, helped get our water heater back up and running properly! Response time during the holidays was faster than expected, communication was great, informative, and the heater was back up and running in no time!     Today, Paul came to install the new toilet and did a water heater flush. Great service and great company. Very helpful and understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment several times due to other conflicts with the reconstruction from the water leak.Most recent visit, they helped get me in same day. Paul helped with a toilet leak in the upstairs guest bathroom. He presented several options on replacing or rebuilding the toilet and helped with a recommendation for a water remediation company as well. Great service once again from this company and its staff.Previous visit involved adding a leak detector system to the water softener and coming to check the unit after a power outage. Always great service from Jonathan and the Crows Plumbing staff.The front office is very helpful and professional. Jonathan replaced a water softener with a new unit that also has a water filtration system. He spent all day working on making sure the installation was correct and worked. He explained things along the way and answered all my questions. He also said to contact him if I had questions later too. Great service. Would use them again for future plumbing issues.

    Our service technician Garret is amazing! He lets us know when he is on his way. Garret is very confident in the job he performs. He always explains what he is doing and makes his time with us very comfortable. He does a thorough clean up when finished and shares his ideas and suggestions easily. Garretts honesty, patience and integrity make him a blessing to older customers. Also, your dispatcher does an excellent job. He answers questions about scheduling and is quick to solve timing issues. Along with Garret, our dispatcher and Miss Karen in the office, Crows Plumbing meets all the requirements of a trustworthy company and we recommend them with no doubts!

    I recently had a septic tank installed by C & L, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the office staff to the technicians and owner who was on site during the whole process. They walked me through everything, explained all of the options available, and made sure I understood the benefits of choosing the tank we ended up deciding on.With the Installation of the septic tank I also received a maintenance contract with them. I look forward to working with this company on any future projects.

    After getting no response to two calls to our usual plumber, we contacted Crows for an issue needing immediate attention at our facility. An actual employee of Crows answered the phone, rather than an answering service, yay! Karen was so helpful and made an effort to have us on the schedule as soon as possible. Our tech, Junior was friendly and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of diagnosing and correcting the problem. He also advised additional preventative services, which we scheduled and had done the following week, again by Junior, who did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Crows service and they will now be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.

    I had an issue with water backing up into my kitchen. I tried routing the stoppage myself with a 50 foot line but did not succeed in solving my issue.Called Crows Plumbing, which I have used before for an interior plumbing job, and Junior came out.     Leak at hot water elbow, copper pipe corroded badly at elbow and slow leak. Technician Caleb arrived same afternoon and fixed leak quickly. Did a fine job, very polite and friendly. I thought the price for work was pretty high but I needed it fixed before it ruined the ceiling. No complaints.

    I had a blocked drain pipe from the kitchen to the sewer junction. Junior, the technician, went right to work with the hydro-jetting equipment on his truck and finished the difficult and somewhat messy job within an hour and a half.     Junior came out the nest morning after only calling the night before to schedule for a sink clogged. He was wonderful and explained everything with pictures and possible prices the entire way through the process.     After attempting and failing to replace an outdoor hose faucet, I urgently started calling plumbers for help as my water was shut off and couldnt be turned back on until a repair was made.     Had Crows Plumbing fix a leaking bathroom shower, replumb a water heater adding a safety shutoff valve, and remove a water softener system setting up that space for a utility sink. Garrett C did an excellent job and kept us informed as work progressed and even addressed minor surprises that seem inevitable on this type of work. I feel like this is a company where you may pay a bit of a premium, but I think the quality of the work looks better than previous plumbing weve contracted. UPDATE ...Had Crows fix a broken pipe and replace a cutoff valve streetside. Caleb did a great job thoughtfully adjusting the new run to take stress off the system that had caused the original issue. Overall, another solid experience with this company

    Garrett C did an outstanding job of replace an old toilet. Since this was my first interaction with Crows plumbing, Garrett did a complete survey of all the plumbing and gas fixtures in the house.     Jacob and Garrett were great! They called first thing in the morning and showed up within 10 mins. Very professional! I was given several options for a new water heater, including an automatic leak detector that shuts off the water in the event of a problem. Mine is located in the attic, accessible from the second floor, which was a challenge. Jacob managed to find a model that was skinny enough to fit through the opening, and with Garretts help was able to install quickly without any issues. Now everything is up to code and working great.

    Upated 10/8/24: Adding second engagement with Crows plumbing. My water pressure in my shower was extremely low with inconsistent pressures throughout the house. Caleb came out and checked the outside lines. He found there was no pressure relief valve in my water line. He felt that was the root cause. He recommended also a new box to separate my lines from my neighbors as we shared a box and a new water cut off valve. He did the work and upon inspection, did a very good job. It fixed the inconsistent water pressure in the house but didnt solve the low pressure in the main shower. He felt it could be the water softener so he bypassed it. It helped some but still had low pressure. He also checked the water softener quality and found it wasnt softening the water. He recommended I call Culligan to have the softener removed and gave me options for purchasing a softener from Crows. We were both perplexed about the low pressure in the shower. That night, I couldnt stop thinking about the shower so I decided to check the shower head to see if it was clogged. Well, it was clogged with the remnants of the rubber gasket. I removed the blockage and boom, high water pressure. I still highly recommend Crows. Their service, professionalism and customer service follow up is unmatched.First time using Crows Plumbing but the experience from scheduling the service to the interaction with Caleb, the technician was a great experience and will use them for my next plumbing project.

    We had an issue with a bathroom faucet cartridge that failed, forcing us to turn off our main water supply to the whole house. I called several plumbers who said they couldn’t come until the next day. Eddie at Crow’s was the first to call me back. Once I explained our issue, he said “I’m on my way.” He went above and beyond to show up after hours, saving our family from being without water. Eddie was awesome.

    When I reached out on Nextdoor to ask about a good plumber, I got referrals to 3 plumbers. One was rude and the other 2 didnt answer. A message was sent to Crows and Karen called me. I told her our problem. She was easy and pleasant to talk to. In addition, she asked if a plumber could come out that day. Never have had that happen before!! She said Jonathan could come out the following day. Jonathan was the nicest plumber we have ever had come to our house. The Grohe faucet that had been repaired a year ago was loose again and Jonathan explained why it couldnt be repaired. We felt the plumber who had repaired it, caused the problem and although Jonathan said he could make it work for a while longer. the problem would not be solved. We decided to change the faucet and listened to Jonathans recommendation. He came back the next day and not only fixed the faucet but helped us with our toilet AND because our water heater was 23 years old, and needed replacing. Jonathan is easy to talk to, answers questions and encouraged dialogue to learn what our expectations were for a water heater. My husband had researched water heaters and knew what he wanted. This conversation lead to a new water heater that met my husbands requirements. Can I say anything good about Jonathan that you might have missed as you read this? I hope the answer is NO! He was a GREAT plumber who answered our questions, listened to our concerns and helped us with a plan that we could afford. Jonathan, I have written you up in our Nextdoor as the best plumber one could ask for. I was talking to my friend, tonight, who has plumbing issues. She said she couldnt find a good plumber and has a new one coming next week. I told her about you and the more I told her about you and Karen, she is calling tomorrow.     Water heater broke late one evening just before some guest were coming. Crow’s Plumbing Service took a late call and had someone out the next morning. Within 18 hours of the failure I had a brand new tankless unit installed.November 2024 update!! I just hired Crow to install a full home water filter and softener. After seeing some troubling news about how horrible things like atrazine are in our water, I jumped at the chance to install this filter. Since Crow did such a good job with my water heater I did not hesitate to hire them again. This time it was Jonathan who helped me. He did not use any kind of aggressive sales tactics and genuinely wanted to meet my goals. When it was clear that the system I wanted was way outside of my budget, he was quick to offer an alternative. Once I made the decision, he got the unit installed on the same day. It only took three hours and I was up and running again.

    We had a water supply line to an outside spigot break during a hard freeze. The break was inside a wall very close to the foundation in a difficult place to reach. We called Local Plumbing Service the next morning, and they said they could arrive at our house between 12-12:30. Jack and Paul arrived at 12, immediately diagnosed the issue and proposed their plan, including an estimated cost. We agreed, and they went to work. The job required removal of some siding and minor modification of some framework to access the affected area. Their work was fast, effective, and of high quality. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in all regards. The job was completed within two hours, including a good job of temporarily replacing the siding that was removed (permanent replacement is a job for another team). The cost was within their estimate and very fair. We are very pleased with the results, and we highly recommend their plumbing services. If we need plumbing services again, they will be the team we call. A big Thank You to Local Plumbing Service!

    Awesome company. Fast and efficient service by Eddie. The pilot light in my water heater would not stay lit. I called Crows at about 9am on a Monday and Eddie arrived at about 11am. Cant beat a 2 hour response time. Eddie was very personable and quickly evaluated the problem and knew exactly how to repair it. He had the replacement part in his truck and installed it very fast. Total time was less than hour.The cost was reasonable. All in all I highly recommend Crows Plumbing Service. If youre lucky Eddie will show up!

    After 10 years of service my propane hot water heater began to leak into the drain pan. Crow plumbing responded within 5 minutes of my online request for service and had Luke Englund at the house within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to install a brand new water heater within hours. Luke and the customer service process at Crow is first rate and I will definitely recommend them to friends/family and use them in the future.     Crow Plumbing, Heating and Air definitely deserves a 5 Star rating! My hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday morning. I turned the water supply off at the unit realizing this was an emergency. With no experience with hiring someone to replace it, I put a request in on Home Advisor. I received a call from Karen at Crow Plumbing. She shined when it came to personality and really put me at ease. (Worth mentioning: I also spoke with Kay following the installation and she was just as friendly and shined as bright as Karen! Crow is very fortunate to have such wonderful staff!) I am not exactly a lucky person, but I hit the jackpot when Gus arrived! He immediately made a great impression on me. Not just polite - he was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and explained what to expect. We sat down and discussed price, which was much less than the other companies that gave me quotes. Very reasonable and they could replace it the following day! Gus and Justin arrived at the promised time of 10AM on the dot! Immediately got to work. I was amazed how they worked together - like a well-oiled machine. They completed the installation in the time Gus told me it would take. I am a retired widow and over the past 5 years have been taken advantage of by other service companies. This was not the case with Crow! I highly recommend and trust Crow Plumbing and they will be my go-to plumbing company in the future!

    Brock was wonderful to work with. He originally came out 4 months ago as we were looking to put in tankless water heater. Due to multiple leaks so I called the office to get scheduled for the replacement. I couldn’t reach the shut off valve as it was up high in the water closet, Karen asked Brock if he could swing by and get water shut off for me even though he was scheduled for a job. He came over and shut off the water and I let him know which tank we wanted. The office got us scheduled for today. Brock arrived in afternoon and had the old one out and new one in and ready for us in a couple of hours. He was thorough in April and again today.     I hired Crows Plumbing to replace several sections of PVC pipe along with two Jandy valves for my pool plumbing. Overall, I am satisfied with the work; however I could not give 5 stars because my wishes were disregarded. Id asked for significant sections of pipe be plumbed above and below the valves in a manner that would facilitate enough room for an added coupler in the event of future PVC pipe repairs. Gus, the young man they sent out did an amazing job with gluing the pieces together (no leaks!) But he did not respect my expressed wishes to have the third valve (from the right) line up with the others. The far left valve was always higher than the others, but Id asked him to re-center it between the elbow and the T so as to have a have a decent length of pipe above and below the Jandy valve. Should future sections of pipe need to be replaced in that area, I will be forced to buy a new valve as well because he left me no room above the valve to add a coupler. Although I clearly communicated this to him, he went ahead and installed them in a manner that was quickest/easiest to accomplish. My plumbing is functional but aesthetically displeasing to me. Further, I am not confident that he actually vacuumed out the pipes to clear any debris before closing up the system. Two of my return jets are now completely clogged! Im thankful he got my system up and running again, but I did not receive the full value Id expected considering the large price I paid for this service.

    After trying to DIY it ourselves, we finally resorted to calling a plumber. Our kitchen sink was clogged, and I couldnt run the dishwasher - debilitating for a family of 5. Then, we noticed that our bar sink also didnt drain! I found Crows Plumbing via Angies list, and the reviews were good. There were some delays as their plumbers were tied up with their previous jobs, but Brannon communicated these delays well, confirming what worked for our schedule. Junior arrived to save the day. He was conscientious, professional, and amiable. He cleared the kitchen clog, but the bar sink was still having issues where the the bar sink tied into the kitchen line. One surprise was Junior finding *sixteen* paint brushes in the bar sink P trap! This was not causing the clog, but - goodness - sometimes you just dont even know whats down there (Weve lived here over seventeen years and, no, were not painters.)I absolutely will call Crows again when we have a plumbing issue in the future! And I wont wait so long. They were affordable, and ultimately cost less than all the soft costs we incurred trying to fix it ourselves, eating out, and buying paper plates, etc.

    Very positive experience. My interactions were with Karen (office/scheduling) and two specialists, Paul and Junior. Paul and Junior were courteous and respectful of the property. Straightforward about the work that needed to be done. My house is only six years old (new build) and needed the entire water line replaced due to initial shoddy work ( the piping had no connectors). I had gotten one estimate that told me my leak was” likely”under the foundation. I chose to get a second opinion with Crow’s Plumbing and they actually discovered the leak in the yard. Although the estimate with Crow’s was more, I do believe if I had gone with the first company’s service that I would have incurred more expenses and overall costs in the long run because it was not flat rate. Everything has gone up in cost and once you get over the sticker price, I do feel like I got honest work. Paul did offer some cheaper options to repair, but based on the extend of the issue, ultimately it was better to replace. I like how they are also still customer servicd focused as it seems many businesses nowaday are not. They call you family! Keep up the great work-

    Jacob was already onsite at my small condo complex installing an emergency shutoff valve for the building. At that time I was performing some plumbing work myself in my unit, and when I experienced a leak, Jacob was able to get me scheduled as his next job. My husband commented on how friendly the woman who took his call was which. Left a great impression. Mario was our tech and was so nice and respectful of our home!     I engaged with Crow Plumbing several weeks ago. They came out within a few days to provide an offer for a new tankless water heater in the attic. On Monday morning. I called them to give them order, they already confirmed for the next day! Tuesday morning I got a text messages that two technicians are on the way.Gus and Josh showed up well prepared and got the old water heater disassembled and the new tank less unit installed. They seriously worked hard in the attic during the hottest time of the day. They got everything to work and cleaned up everything as well.     I had low water pressure. My PRV valve needed to be replaced and I had a sink clog. My technician Garrett was awesome. He was very thorough and checked each faucet to make sure the pressure was ok. He dug up my yard to replace the valve and he put my yard back as it was before the price was reasonable for the work. I highly recommend this company for its terrific customer service and work.

    I had the best experience working with Crows Plumbing for the purchase and installation of a water softener and filtration system for our home. Their office staff were so nice and helpful. Jacob was our plumber we worked with. In my first meeting with Jacob, he arrived at our home on time to inspect our plumbing system and listen to our needs and concerns about our water. As first-time homeowners my wife and I had many questions, and Jacob made sure all that all of our questions we had were answered while he was there. He took the time to walk us through the options that the he provides, carefully explaining to us the pros and cons of various treatment methods and helping us properly size the system that would serve us best based on our needs and budget. When we followed up with him days later with more questions, he was very prompt in following up with us and making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase we were considering, and that we were getting the best value.     We had Paul come out this Sunday to check a toilet leak. While troubleshooting it he figured out the line was backed up because the septic grinder pump was backed up due to power being shut off from a breaker. He corrected that and got the line cleared.     I found myself in an emergency situation recently when I discovered that there was water flowing from my dishwasher onto the kitchen, living room and dining room floors. I searched for a plumbing company near by using my phone and decided to call Crow’s Plumbing Company. I’m so glad I did! I spoke with a representative who was a delight to talk to and told her what was happening. Within 30 minutes I got a text saying someone would be coming to help on the same day - in fact they were here within an hour. Two polite and friendly technicians came in and assessed the situation quickly and left to get the parts needed to fix the plumbing problem. They then returned and took care of the leak quite fast.     Crows plumbing continues to be my “go to team” as it doesn’t get easier or more seamless when you have an issue. The are friendly from the time you call in to the time they finish the job and explain what they have done. They are a small family business but can handle all size jobs and if they can’t handle it, they say so. I have used them when I bought my 50 year old fixer upper and they came over and assured me that things looked good and to call them if we get stuck….and yes…we got stuck and they fixed it.     I have a Rheem water heater that is only two years old. I contacted Home Depot and they said I needed to contact a plumber. Rheem company listed several plumbing companies.     Had a random leak in my Water softener. Was so hard to find and garrett was sensational! Took the time to try and find out what the issue was even though the water softner manufactor wouldnt help him out. He also found that my water presure to my house was super high, and had given me options to fix it before it messed up anything else in my house. spend more than what I expected on something else that I didnt know was an issue, but he seem to care about the problems that it could effect in the future, and i rather fix it now then deal with bigger headaches in the future.     I called up Crows for a hydrojetting job which my plumber suggested as his company was not licensed to do so for a clog we discovered while doing other plumbing work on a new house purchase. Junior came out and did an amazing job in blasting through what looked like 20 years of accumulated kitchen grease in the main kitchen pipe. He was very nice to deal with and very helpful in explaining details and key things about the work being done. After much hard work and time, he scoured the pipe down and I can feel the whole house go ahhhh, thats better, lol. He was a pleasure to work with and did a fabulous job. I have called upon Crows multiple times, for large problems and small, and without exception, the service has been prompt, courteous, respectful, and excellent. Karen at the office is so friendly, and so helpful. Jonathan has come to my rescue more than once, first rescuing my home when the pipes froze in Snowmageddon 2021.
