Our kitchen faucet became loose, and we tried to fix it, but the shank broke. This was late on a Friday afternoon so of course we couldnt get a plumber who would come right away - the soonest was Monday! Since I couldnt use my faucet, we needed someone ASAP. I got 3 recommendations for Spot-On from the Georgetown FB group I belong to - and asked for help from. I spoke with Alexis, who was very kind and helpful and although it was already too late for Friday, she was able to set up the service for early Saturday morning. Nick and Barrett gave me a heads up before coming out, as I had requested. They put on the booties - without me asking - and were very courteous, and CLEAN! I hate when people leave messes behind them when working in our home, and I have to say - these guys did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves! We had bought a new faucet just in case, and as we thought - it was needed. Nick originally estimated over an hour, but they were done within a half hour or so! Excellent work, and would fully recommend! And we have a lovely new faucet!

Nick came on site, assessed the situation with his professional experience, and a plan to move forward began.The water heater used is a professional grade not box store grade. I worked with Spot On for the first time today and it was a great experience. Lorenzo was on time, clearly explained the problem and the options, was very up front with things that were needed vs. optional, and was overall very nice to work with. I felt the price was reasonable and, better yet, they were able to start and complete the work immediately, even though I’d originally scheduled for a consultation. It was great to get the work done same day and everything is functioning great.

Lost water pressure in my house. I guess I sprung a leak in my pipes in backyard. A gentleman named Nick came out within an hour of us calling and assessed the damage. He gave me a quote and then said he could be back next morning. I paid half up front and he arrived as promised first think in the morning. He did an excellent job, and was very respectful. I can’t say for certain that his fix will work long term, but I trust what he said, and there is a one year warranty which made me feel better. I turned on all the water in the house and the water pressure is back to normal and the backyard is not flooding. Thanks Nick!

I called Spot-On plumbing at 1130a on Friday. My water heater died after 18 years. The lady on the phone was nice and very informative. Matthew and Nick came out to the house within an hour. I was at work when I got the txt from them that they were on their way. I got stuck in traffic but my son had let them inside the garage to assess the water heater. Nice and Matthew waited on me to arrive because my son told them that I was on my way home. They told me what my options were and the pricing. The price was very good. they also were able to get a water heater and install it before 5pm. This was exceptional to me. The workmanship is outstanding. They answered all my questions completely and honestly. This company and their workers are top notch and I am very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend them to friends and family alike. Again I received prompt and efficient service from spoton plumbing. This time from Nate who did leak detection for me. Was notified by utility company had slow leak. Nate knew exactly how to isolate and determine what was the source. It was my irrigation system and he turned it off and we stopped the leak. Now my sprinkler team will come in two days to find the leak and repair. Thank you for your service.

Nick from Spot on Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure that I got not only what I wanted but what I needed. We purchased and older home and were having new appliances installed one of which was a large gas stove. There was already a gas line stubbed in, but no connector. Hired Nick to install the connector before stove delivery. When he saw the job, he asked about the stove coming, and he said the line really needs to be moved down and over or your stove will be sticking out farther than you will like. He convinced me, but he wanted to wait until the stove arrived to make sure he put the line where it would fit. Nick was right on all points. Excellent job going above and beyond to make sure the customer was satisfied.

I called about our hot water heater and they came out within a hour (it might’ve been 30 minutes). They didn’t try to sell us a new water heater. They gave us prices for replacing the thermostat or getting a new water heater. We took into consideration how old the our current heater was and decided to get a new one. I appreciate and was thankful for how kind, considerate and respectful they were. I highly recommend Lorenzo and Spot On Plumbing 100%!

Nick and Matthew were efficient, explained everything clearly and even took the time to go buy some flexible duct to replace some that wasn’t connected quite right. It’s always so reassuring to work with people who do what needs to be done going above and beyond expectations. You are in good hands with Spot On!Update for additional service:I had to have the cast iron pipes replaced under my foundation. This is a big job and I was pretty nervous about the process and what other problems the Spot-On team might find. Older houses often have unexpected surprises. Spot-On did a great job coordinating the project, ensuring I was informed on what to expect and progress. Nate and his team took care of everything including the few unexpected issues that came up. I’ve already recommended them to friends who need pipes replaced. They do excellent work on any size project.

Spot-On Plumbing is so much more than spot on... they should rename themselves Above and Beyond Plumbing! Everyone I spoke with (Amy and Nick) was so knowledgeable, patient, considerate, and consistently went above and beyond. I got the sense that they were looking out for me, trying to save me money and perform the optimal, most practical solution to achieve the greatest benefit now rather than upselling me to pay for potentially unnecessary services. They listened to my concerns and patiently, transparently, and thoroughly answered all my questions. Their prices are very reasonable and I am confident I got much more than I paid for. Genius move on my part to start cleaning immediately after our new toilet was installed, messing up some of the caulk that was still wet - imagine my surprise and delight when they arranged to come back the next day to touch up the caulk and clean up the bit I had smeared on the floor for no additional cost. I felt terrible about messing up the beautiful job Nick had done installing my new toilet, but the silver lining was that I learned how clearly unique Spot-On Plumbing is and how fortunate I was to have found my plumber - Ill be calling them for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Lorenzo and Matt were my plumbers and both did an excellent job, quickly and effectively. From the initial call through the final payment, Spot On were easy to work with. They showed up on time, were friendly and helpful, and their estimates were fair. We had sewage smells and poor drainage in our remodeled bathroom, and within 24 hours we had the work diagnosed and taken care of. I would recommend these guys, and will likely call them again in future if I need to!

January 6, 2024:Had a residential water main break emergency at a rental property I own. Spot-On (Scott) was able to adjust his schedule to be able to get out to the house that same day and start repairing the break.Also, requested him to replace a several years old water heater at the same time, which he was able to accomplish my request in a timely manner.I also had him replace a leaking water heater at my house last January 2023 with a Navien Tankless Water Heater. He did an excellent job at routing a new larger diameter natural gas line into the attic for the Naviens gas supply and installing the tankless water heater. He also installed and set up a NaviLink Wi-Fi control module, that allows me to control the water heater settings with my phone, so that I do not have to go into the attic to change settings.I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.January 22, 2024:Spot-On Plumbing (Nate) came out and performed a backflush on my Navien tankless water heater today. Did an excellent job and the water heater works great. :-)

Scott and Amy were awesome to work with. I had a plumbing emergency on the weekend and Scott personally came out on a Sunday to solve my problem. Scott was very thorough, professional, and treated everything with the highest attention to the smallest of details. Scott even went as far as educating me on certain quirks and nuances of the water lines at my home, and explained how things work and what to look out for in the future. 10/10 I’ve found the last and only Plumber I’ll ever need!

Last month, I was in such a predicament, I had no joy water and there was barely any water coming from the faucets throughout the house. I knew that I needed a plumber but didnt know of any one in my area, or knew of anyone who had any recommendations. It dawned on me to check the Nextdoors Bertram Parking /Storage Neighbors and Matthew site and I found the answer. One of the members wrote in about an issue he had at his home, and how quickly Spot-On handled it. I made contact with Spot-On Plumbing LLC and they were great. Amy is co-owner and works in the office. She was fantastic! She was quick to assign Nick and Matthew, and they were professional, and very kind, in particular to working in a house that has not been cared for in over 12 years. Come to find out there were a lot of issues--Spot-On replaced the hot water heater, checked and replaced all water lines, and this was all done in a matter of a couple of days. Finding a plumber on a Saturday night isnt for the faint of heart. Especially when you had to turn off the water main to avoid watering the neighborhood. We made 4 calls, and no one could come until Tuesday. Spot-On Plumbing, answered the phone, and even sent their master mechanic (who wasnt on at the time) out in about an hour. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced for a weekend emergency. I highly recommend this local business!
