Came home after weeks away to a leaky sink and a backed up toilet. I made an appt online and Roto-Rooter had technicians at my house within 1.5 hrs. I loved that I could do all of this via web and text, while working.Jose & Jesus were very friendly and professional. They were able to diagnose and give me a quote very quickly and had the equipment needed to finish the work. I have work, and dogs so this being handled quickly was very important for me. They also helped me understand measures I could take to keep the clog from continuing, Very satisfied!

We had an amazing experience with our tech Thomas R. I called Roto-Rooter early in the morning when we suddenly lost all hot water and they were able to get someone out to us quickly. Thomas was able to remove and completely replace our old water heater on the same day and was extremely hard working and accommodating. He left our water closet very clean and organized and walked us through any questions we had. I even sent a message later in the night with a follow up question and he responded promptly to help. Seriously happy with our service!

What I thought was a malfunctioning washing machine turned out to be a plumbing problem. Roto-Rooter sent a plumber out (on a Saturday for no upcharge) within the hour to try to unclog the drain. Alexis not only flushed the drain with the help of a plumber’s snake, he came back once Bob, who operated a camera to inspect the pipes, revealed more debris needed to be cleaned from the main pipe.I appreciated the extra effort by both Alexis and Bob to resolve the problem. And their work has a six month warranty should I have to call them back out. Many thanks!

I had a huge issue at my house with poop and what not pouring out of my toilet and plunging it only made it worse. It was all over the floor and in the hall and flowing out the front door and they answered my call the night before Memorial Day and not only did a technician (Elvis) show up in 45 minutes, his supervisor (Chad) also did and they were fantastic. Very detailed in what they explained, checked everything before starting even though they pretty much knew what the issue was. They got the clogs cleaned up and taken care of and were gone within 2 hours with a price that felt like I stole something from them. I could not have ever expected this fantastic of a service and I will be using them no matter what going forward.

Utility discovered a month old leak at our property which we presumed was due to the recent freeze, needing an expensive leak detection.ROTO Rooter last year saved me about $900 by advising me not to use a hydro jet service to clear a sewer line and did a terrific job for half that price, so they were my first call for this issue.The first question from Jesus and Jose was whether I have a water softener, which was the source of the leak and I was able to avoid the much more expensive leak detection and repair process. The service visit was as promised at 9 am the day after I called. Expert and friendly service in all aspects!

Im one of those guys that normally does this myself. This time I needed a pro. It didnt take more than a minute or two to schedule next day service using their website. I was told Id get a text in the morning when someone was available. I got it very early in the time window. They said 30-45 minutes before hed arrive. Turned out to be 60 minutes, but no big deal.Once here, the guy was very clean, professional, and masked up (we are in a pandemic after all). He listened attentively to my recounting everything Id already done. He then went right to the source of the problem and had it fixed in no time. He cleaned up such that I couldnt tell he was ever here.I was happy to hear there is a guarantee (6 months) for the work done. He told me upfront what it would cost and that is what he charged me when he was done. A couple days later, all is well.I will DEFINITELY use them again if I have a problem in their domain.

We had a clog that was “fixed” by another company 2 days ago. The clog came back 2 days later so we called Rotor rooter and Lazaro (tech#2359) was sent out to assist us. He was super helpful explained the process and even called in to get us a lower rate as we had just paid another company 2 days prior. Lazaro unclogged our line and said there was lots of dark/old water in our drain—which makes us think the other company did not thoroughly unclog our drain. He had us test our toilet multiple times and even waited until the camera person could come over to give us an estimate for what needs to be done to our pipes. We are very satisfied with Lazaro as our service tech, he was professional, friendly, and very conscientious.
