Water leak in the slab. Never a good thing. The service was outstanding. They were able to juggle their schedule and do the entire repair in one day. Thats huge for us as my wife works from home and she wouldnt be able to with all the activity involved.They explained everything in detail as they went along, there were no surprises.Top Notch Service.

Highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters. We had a leak from behind the wall that fed into our water heater. They were able to send someone out that same day and fixed the leak. From start to finish, Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Kyle was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. Matthew assisted Kyle in making sure all the parts needed to complete the project were there in time to keep Kyle working on the problem. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

Brandon did an awesome job today. I had requested a bid for a job over the weekend and he came out literally the morning of the next business day. Not only did he give a bid, but he even brought the item in question that we wanted to install and said he could install it today. The price was very good and we were very happy with the service we received today. I highly recommend.

I think Ive reviewed them before, but just in case:Weve used Plumbing Outfitters for our home and business, and weve been so happy with them in both situations. You call them, a nice person answers the phone, they set you up with an initial visit, often that day, and give you a prompt and reasonable quote. They show up when they say they will, they explain what they problem is, what their solution is, and why that solution works. Theyre polite and professional, and then they fix your problem. You cant say that about many contractors. Today it was Wade helping us, but everyone weve interacted with has been great. So glad to have them here.

Jorge came out to assess some constantly-running toilets and to flush my water heater. Based on the problem and the three different options he quoted, I opted to have him replace all three toilets. Jorge was able to get the toilets and install them the same day for a very reasonable price. He also flushed the hot water heater. Jorge and Matt were both very friendly, respectful, and professional. The house was just as clean when they left as when they started, and they went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the end result (including re-setting and re-caulking one of the toilets when I wanted it moved a smidgen). I would definitely recommend them and plumbing outfitters!

Really professional service. I had called another one and somebody just gave me a laundry list of technicians to call. I called Plumbing Outfitters instead and they immediately got a technician scheduled. I was out of town, so they sent me a form to give the technician permission to fix the problem. He came and took care of it, with attention to inspecting the other plumbing in the house because of the freeze. Would definitely call on this service again.

Plumbing Outfitters & Carlos saved the day! Our tankless water heater was not producing hot water. After we trouble shot to our best ability Plumbing Outfitters sent a technician, Carlos, out first thing and he had our hot water heater working again. He called after diagnosing and gave us his suggestions and options. One suggestion /option was not in our budget and he understood and said it wasn’t a right now need but something to consider down the road to help the longevity of our tankless water heater. He was friendly, professional and got things done quickly and efficiently. Now the house has hot water again and we have peace of mind. Thank you Carlos & Plumbing Outfitters.

Plumbing Outfitters arrived earlier than expected. Recieved a text letting me know they where on their way. So happy.Landen arrived with a smile on his face and made me feel comfortable right away.My outdoor takless hot water heater was frozen. He took time to explain how we had to wait it out to thaw, unfortunately. He gave me suggestions on how to help the thaw out, which I immediately began working on. A couple hours later, hot water is once again flowing from my faucets.He was patient, answering my many questions and took time to explaining things to me.The service call was pricey, but the service and tech were very good and professional.I will call this company for any future plumbing issues I might have.I recommend them.

Carlos Ventura was our main contact for what started as a clogged kitchen sink and became a huge job. When he came out he took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue, explained what needed to be done to avoid this continuing issue rather than just keep throwing $$ away. He was patient, answered all our questions etc. While the total price tag was very scary; what they encountered while doing the job was probably scarier!The house is old and the pipes are just as old and very corroded etc. Each time he came across and issue that was going to prevent him from doing the job in the normal fashion he would explain what was going on; discussed our options. He kept us informed at every step.He was very patient as I am not the type of person that is constantly checking to see how things are going. Throw in two elderly folks who are worse ... He NEVER made us feel as if we were a bother.ALL of the guys that came out to help: Gregg, Matthew and I am so sorry I cannot recall the other young mans name - but EACH one of the gentlemen were professional, friendly and patient at every turn.Marisa (I hope I have the correct name) was also very helpful and patient with my many phone calls PRIOR to the job beginning. I highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters.

Several years ago I used Plumbing Outfitters to run a new gas line to a new pergola we installed. Once again was in need of a plumber. Great job. I was concerned about a possible gas leak in the house. Set up an appt. Dustin Raymond called me before leaving and informed me what time he would arrive. He also gave me the estimate of the service requested. When Dustin arrived he shook my hand and prior to coming into the house put on shoe booties.Explained my concerns and off he went around to find all of the gas appliance we have in the house. Basically we have 6 outlets. He did a complete check and then completed a pressure check of the line. Found no leaks and discussed possible reasons for an uptick of our bill last month. He then went over suggestions for improvements of our water tanks upstairs and reasons why he was making the suggestions.The cost was what the estimate provided. About an hour later we received estimates of the replacement of the heaters and other recommendations. Very thorough. Great job and highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters.
