I get a call from a renter complaining about standing water yesterday (photos below). I thought nothing of it and figured it was the A/C condensation or neighbors irrigation that she just turned back in since 4 months earlier. (Backstory: Mustang happens to be the original plumbing installer for our personal home built back in 2007 in Cedar Park. They have since replaced two hot water tanks that were 16 years old, and replaced them with all new drain pans and flex gas hose. They also replaced an old hot water tank at one of our rental properties in Cedar Park in the attic mind you, and did amazing work at an affordable price.) So naturally when the tenant called about standing water in the yard, Jimmy and his team was my first call. They came out and repaired the copper water main that had been leaking for, come to find out, almost a week in literally no time. It was wet, hit, and muddy and his crew got it back up to code and better than builder specs from back in 1995. Amazing support! More evidence of excellence, Leonard from Mustang and his helper on another occasion, were able to complete a kitchen plumbing remodel project on two separate visits and knocked it out of the park for us. Installed pea traps, dish washers, ice makers, and garbage disposal. I am in both sales and professional services myself, and I will always use Mustang Plumbing. They are always professional, on time, and do what they say they’re gonna do. And for that I remain a happy and loyal client. What a great culture-5 Stars ALL DAY!! Keep up the great work!

We called Cody on Saturday afternoon about the damage our tankless water heater sustained during the snow storm, and our replacement was installed less than 24 hours later. He was the only plumber we spoke with that offered any feedback over the phone about what the issue could be. After speaking with him we checked again and saw one of our pipes had cracked as he guessed. We placed the order to have a new tankless water heater installed Sunday. First thing Sunday morning Leonard and Jared arrived with the new water heater and installed it. We would definitely recommend them and found everyone to be very professional and knowledgeable.

Tim with Mustang Plumbing did excellent work. He is smart, efficient, friendly, and was able to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand. When he arrived at my property my front yard and my neighbors was a disaster, due to the sewage leak. It was awful! He got the necessary parts immediately and took care of a broken grinder ejection line in little time, considering how big the mess was. I highly recommend him, he is excellent!

When I woke up this morning and found I had a leak in my roof about a year and a half after buying my home, I was a little worried about how much it was going to cost to fix. I called Mustang and told them the issue and they had a worker out here in less than an hour. Preston arrived and was very professional, down to earth, and quickly addressed the issue. He finished everything really quick, cleaned up the area, and even made sure to contact the builder and let them know all the repairs on the sheetrock should be covered under warranty. I truly appreciate Preston and his outstanding level of care for my repair. I’ll definitely be calling Mustang again for any issues or upgrades in the future. Great work Preston!

Called Mustang plumbing on a emergency call due to closed toilets. The tech on call called me almost immediately to inform me of when he could get out to repair it. They were all very upfront about when he would arrive and everything. It took them a day to come out and fix it but they always kept me in the loop. Once here the tech fixed the Clog. The whole process they were very professional and worked hard to make sure I was happy and the problem was fixed.

I am convinced that Rheem recently produced some faulty water heater components. As a result, Mustang Plumbing has been to our house at least 4 times now to service our two water heaters. Each time they have come out, their technicians have happily explained the situation and worked hard to resolve the problem. Preston deserves a special shout out, as he is obviously very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure the problem has been resolved. Great people, great company.

We had the best experience with Mustang Plumbing. Our water heater went out only after 15 months. The service men came out and replaced it with a brand new one because the one that went out had been installed incorrectly. The service men were courteous and professional. Mustang Plumbing stands behind their work. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with several plumbers in My Home owning years and I don’t think I ever had anyone as awesome as Preston. He was quick to find the issue and during the whole process he told me what he was doing, what he was looking at, what he was fixing and I honestly couldn’t have gotten through this issue without him. Being that we haven’t even owned a home for two months and water was leaking through the ceiling you could’ve imagined my frustration. Preston easily calmed that with his friendly vibes and quick assurance that it would all be repaired. You all have a star working for you and I hope if I ever need to call back I can request him to show up.

Matt came out for a warranty repair and went above and beyond. Our home inspector noticed a gas smell in the attic and Matt was able to pinpoint the leak in our HVAC unit. Although it was not his company who installed the HVAC, he still took it upon himself and repaired the issue. 5 stars for excellent customer service!

From start to finish, Mustang Plumbing did an exceptional job. We called them on a Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning. We had many things that needed to be taken care of, so it was nice that they didnt charge too much on what ended up being a shower head replacement and then a new toilet flapper. The biggest issue was a broken piece in the shower valve stuck behind the wall. This one took the longest because it was so old. The employee quickly hopped away in his truck to pick up a new part and came back to get it working again. The employee was super nice and educated me on a few things too.

This is the BEST company!!! Such great professionalism. I called their office and Melissa answered my queries and set up a schedule immediately. However, the day of the appointment I had an urgent errand and wouldnt be able to make it on the time I scheduled. Called Melissa back and she adjusted it accordingly. Their good office sent the most hard working, resourceful and patient plumber ever!!! Clay tackled the problem for almost two hours and tried all his best foot forward in fixing our issues. Not one complain and was very friendly in educating me how plumbing problems arise and what is the beat practice for future reference. He just left about fifteen minutes ago and I immediately logged in to make this review. It doesnt seem fair that their office has these raitings. Communication is the best practice and I presume the ones who gave a not so great ratings just had to reach out. I hope they didnt get the wrong office in rating their reviews! All areas of construction have their warranty risks. Sadly, plumbing is a crumby one to face, unlike a chipped tile or loose door knob. Ive used Mustang for 4 years as a home builder. What separates them from the other guys is their great service. They always take care of me and our homeowners.AV

I recently had an issue with my shower faucet handle leaking, and Mustang Plumbing was there to help. After I called, they arrived at my house within 30 minutes, which was impressive. The plumber was professional and quickly fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!
