He was quick, efficient, and accommodating when selecting the replacement, which I appreciated.     Had a great experience with Shawn when the AC went out at our commercial property, I reached out late Wednesday evening (around 4:45 pm) and the woman on the phone quickly got me scheduled for the 9-11 am window the next day. They were not the first place I called but they were the first place to get me on the schedule with urgency! Shawn arrived early, worked diligently, and communicated perfectly, even going as far as to show me the new parts we paid for and check our other unit to make sure it was up to standard. Friendly, great customer service and they had the same urgency I did. We will absolutely be using Kinsey HVAC again and will likely request Shawn!

    Both Brandon and Manny were great! They identified my problem immediately and fixed my issue. Then when I got my bill I was blown away with how cheap it was. The last plumber I needed to do half the work at my house charged me three times what I paid! Highly recommend this company!!

    Great company excellent service. I called to get an estimate on a water heater replacement and had someone at my house within 15 minutes after the call.     Noe Vazquez-Zataray came to our rescue on the Monday of Christmas week to fix a very leaky main water line to our house. He explained the issue, the repairs and cost up front, got our approval, and knocked it out quickly. He took photos of the entire operation and even installed a new box to access a turn off value. Great work!

    Josh Karr was very professional and installed my faucet very quickly and easily. Also, he went above and beyond as well as diligent explained exactly which options I have for the faucet, and in that way, it was very easy for me to choose. Furthermore, he made sure that everything worked well and removed the old one without remaining any spot behind.     I was very impressed with the services provided by Kinsey Plumbing Service. The technicians, Andy and Marshall were very professional and courteous and friendly. They provided me with information needed to prevent further problems with my sewer system.     Guys this plumbing company is highly recommended.. Everyone is very accomodating.from getting appointment They response so quick . We had technician JOHN fix our clogged kitchen sink. Bery knowledgeable. explain things as he was doing. And they dont overcharge We should have called Kinsey right away. There was guy from diff. comp. who came first and still didnt resolve the problem he only change our garbage disposal, use 35 feet snake something wire . and he charges us $250 right away. He said he will try jetsetting flush from our cleanout but it will cost $675. but still no guarantee if it didnt work we got to find a plumber that has camera because he doesnt have those. Goid descision i didnt made this guy do it. $675 thats too much and still no gusrantee????. But with KINSEY company and John technician oh my he got all the gadget, he knows right away what the issue and resolved it for less than $350..I have called x6 different Company and they overprice.. KINSEY guys is your best bet for plumbing. . John thank you for your superve service. .

    Shawn was the best! He’s diligent , determined and stayed with me through the problem, giving me time to weigh my decisions re replace or repair. Really knowledgeable about systems but could explain io me in simple terms.Next day Mariano and his team were fast and efficient. They worked us into the second half of the day and stayed with it till they had the new system up and running. Answered every question. These are my guys from now on.

    Im behind on my post from service date, but had a water heater replacement and the guys were great and efficient. One even came in to help look into my water pressure in the shower and guided with information on how to resolve in the future.     My air conditioner went down for the 7th time in 3 years. My home is only three years old. My original contractor along with his choice in HVAC providers did not install my A/C correctly. Long story there. But Kinsey Plumbing and Heating sent out the amazing tech name Thomas I. He had previous experience with my condenser (from his own research) and installed what should have been there to begin with. Thomas I. was kind, prompt, informative, and saved me a ton of money. I now know how to support my A/C and not have these problems ever again Thank you Kinsey P&H; give Thomas I. a raise!!! He is an asset.

    Great experience, same-day service. Andy was knowledgeable and very helpful; among other things, he found and replaced our faulty pressure regulator, which two prior plumbing services had confidently stated we did not have. Turns out we did have one! It was just buried without a valve box.

    After replacing a HAVC unit was able to determine the dripping pipe was coming from my hot water tank. Andy Garcia was dispatch out and was very pleasant an easy to work with answering questions during his inspection.     Installed a new AC and heat pump. Great work for a great price. They arrived promptly in the time they stated they would arrive and got the job done quickly. They showed me all the units they installed, explained all the work they did, showed me where my filter was located and what kind of filter is needed, and set up my new thermostat. I was pleased with their work and the way they even cleaned up all their work debris. I definitely recommend them for your AC repair and plumbing needs!

    We’ve used Kinsey multiple times and they’ve been great everytime! Recently the lightening storm fried our water softener. They came out sooner than quoted, knew exactly what to do and completed the job in a day! We had no water and no toilets and we were up and running by the end of the day! They’re very trustworthy, reliable and honest. We had Jack and Shane today and they were respectful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

    I was ABSOLUTELY PLEASED with all areas of service AND COST!! I called and an actual human answered the phone. He was thorough and accommodating. I needed same day service and their technician was there within 2 hours, not the standard 5+ hour gap. Dalton was EXTREMELY informative and helpful. I thought it would be at least an easy $1,000 only ended up being $99 with diagnostic and yearly maintenance included. These guys are AMAZING! Highly recommend!

    We needed help for a broken water line. They were able to come the same day. When the tech was on the way I was able to track his location, so I knew EXACTLY when he would arrive.He (Jack Borchers) quickly diagnosed the problem, gave an accurate estimate and got to work.He also diagnosed problems with the city shutoff valve and spoke with the water department when they arrived.He was able to fix the leak even though the city wasnt able to immediately fix the problem on their end.The service was prompt, professional, accurately priced and much less expensive than expected.I would recommend Kinsey to anyone needing plumbing work, and would like to thank Jack for a job well done!

    I live In Harker Heights. the excessive water pressure coming from the city caused a shut-off valve and a faucet to break. I googled Plumbers near me. Kinsey plumbing was the first company I called that was going to be able to come to my house THAT day. Noe was the plumber who came out. He did a great job solving my plumbing issues and doing some preventative repairs to prevent this problem in the future in a very timely manner. He did a great job explaining everything before he started working and while he was working. Hopefully, I wont have any more emergency plumbing issues anytime soon, but if I do, Kinsey Plumbing is who I will call and Noe is who I will ask for.

    I have used Kinsey Plumbing services three times now. They do great work. During the freeze of January 2024 my washing machine valves seized up and would not close all the way. I called at 3am as I was cleaning my flooded laundry room and they actually picked up scheduled me in for that day. Plumber Jason came in and used his plumber magic and swapped out the valves in less then an hour. Ill use kinsey again.

    I give these guys 5 stars. We had a sewer line issue that needs to be fixed ASAP. I called Kinsey Plumbing after looking up their reviews. At first I wasnt sure the quality of service I will get. I talked to their office, the lady on the phone was super nice and helped setup appointment same day. We worked with Chris Pacheco, he did exceptional job, he was at the house and ran the camera through the sewer line, took detailed pictures and explained the issue in-detail and provided a reasonable quote to fix the sewer line. Shawn Chapman was the plumber who did the work. He is super nice and awesome plumber he knows his stuff. While fixing the spot, he found another issue, he fixed that as well.     Imagine this...youve just put your house on the market and already have showings booked for the next day. Your spouse is in another state traveling for work and you hop in the shower before heading to work. But your shower wont turn off when youre finished. You turn the knob, struggle with this thing for 20 minutes while...yes...still in the shower. Yep, this was me. House on market, husband gone, a million things to do, and my shower wont shut off! I shut off all the water to my house and followed prompts on YouTube in the hopes of being able to fix the issue. Turned out I didnt have the right tool to get the job done. So...24 hours with no water to my house and a plumber who needs an all day window to show up but I have showings booked. What the HECK am I gonna do? Nevertheless, she said I have someone I can send out within the hour. Hes just on his lunch right now. Very important being a woman home alone. He got right to work and reassured me hed leave no mess behind and was very familiar with what we were experiencing. 30 minutes later we were all fixed!     Was very pleased with the fast, professional, and effective service that was provided for my sink issues. Randy was both proficient and friendly in resolving my challenging plumbing problem. In addition, he was informative about preventive and maintenance options. I will contact Kinsey in the future for plumbing services and would recommend them.

    My appointment was for between 11 and three and they called to see if they could come earlier so they got there at 9:30. he was able to do the job, same day and is complete. I’ve used Kinsey plumbing once before and they’re always very friendly and professional on the phone and their technicians are professional and polite. I will be using them again.

    Kinsey Plumbing is the best. Called today about a broken sink disposal, they were here this afternoon installed a new one after showing us all the options. Joshua was great, answered all our questions.They installed a new water heater last year after we got so much run around by other companies.I like a company who knows its business, is professional, does what they say they will and their fast and proficient.Great company. Highly recommend.

    I just want to say how thankful I am that Johnny Salazar decided to come on such short notice, my kitchen sink kept clogging up so I couldn’t use it and I didn’t expect that he’d come to fix it the next day! He was really polite and did the job really fast! I am so happy with my service.

    Initial phone contact with Kinsey Plumbing began with a very pleasant conversation with a concierge. He was very helpful and got a timely appointment booked for me. Shawn, the technician, showed up right on time, took the time to do the job right and explain it to me. He spent time with me afterwards to explain my other options for replacing a water heater. It was good work at a fair rate.

    The service call was responsive. I was told I would need a new water heater, and was given several different quotes based on the brand of the water heater. The quotes were not itemized. I selected a water heater and it was installed with no issues. After I paid and received the emailed invoice, I noticed I was charged $212.00 for a new drip pan. The old drip pan was perfectly usable. I was also charged $190.00 for a three foot flue piping that can be purchased online for much less. I have no complaint about the service or product purchased, but I do think the final price could have been less than I paid.

    We had a out going hot water hose from our water heater split and start flooding our attic space,flowing down into our Grandsons room.. John Stolz from Kinsey Plumbing rapidly responded, and stopped the leak..John then directed us to a water restoration Company, and assisted us with the paper work and pictures for our insurance company..We choose kinsey again because of their excellent customer service; and will certainly recommend them to family and friends..Thank you Kinsey for another job well done..

    Devin showed up on time and was very professional to install a new water softener. While he was here he drained our hot water heater and explained to me how to use the new softener. He also set up a 30 day appointment to reinspect his work and make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Kinsey Plumbing!

    We would highly recommend Kinsey Plumbing. We had a plumbing issue on a Sunday night and called them. They picked up the phone right away and gave us options for immediate service or service on Monday morning -for less cost. We opted for waiting until Monday and appreciated the information. They communicated with us first thing on Monday. Devin showed up on time, was professional, extremely helpful, and resolved our issue-while giving us future preventive maintenance options.

    We love our bathroom remodel. Every day, it feels like weve entered a spa. We cant thank Pam enough. She was so great to work with. I needed a lot of help with the design and it turned out better than I could imagine. Everyone that worked on the project was nice and professional! Carrie, the project manager, was a huge help, making sure we were okay with every move and even thinking of stuff I might not of, like an extra nook in the shower (which I cannot live without now).

    Dominic was very conscientious and came out to take care of repairing my pipe. I called Kinsey plumbing on Friday and they were out on Saturday. Dominic repair the pipe and cleaned everything up I was very satisfied. He also tell me ahead of your warranty on his work.

    I had an call to have the plumbing for my refrigerator corrected before I took delivery this afternoon. They responded immediately this morning and found the previous homeowner had installed the current plumbing completely incorrectly. I figured they must have watched a few YouTube videos and thought they were qualified as plumbers to do the job. Fortunately Tory, Shawn and Josh showed up from Kinsey and had all the new plumbing in place by the time my new refrigerator arrived. I have used them in the past and as usual they didnt fail me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done right the first time.
