    Custom plumbing responded to my service request within the given timeframe. John and his assistant, Joseph, analyzed and acquired the parts needed to complete the repair.     We have used Custom Plumbing Services before and have always been satisfied with their work. Yesterday, they completed a VERY difficult water heater installation in our very warm attic. They showed up when they said they would and were professional throughout the process. One of the installers even insisted on vacuuming up some insulation that had fallen out of the attic even though I told him I would do it. I highly recommend this company.

    Saw a leak on the side of our home and called Custom Plumbing (they did the plumbing at Construction 14 years ago- figured if David Weekly trusted them so will I). Spoke with Steve and he set up an appointment for me. Mike came over and located the source and fixed it same day! I’m grateful for their quick response and action. All is good in our world again! Highly recommend!

    Charles and Matthew were the plumbers who worked on our project to install several new water fountains for our Pre-K. Both were very professional and respectful to our staff. They made sure everything was done according to code and made sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up the area very nicely. Definitely will use Custom Plumbing again.

    I had a job to repair a slab leak. Barry came recommended. I had to handle the job remotely. Custom Plumbing was very professional and advised not to tear up the slab till the leak site was detected. It took a few extra days, but once found the guys were in and out without a hitch. I am satisfied and would definitely recommend

    Every plumbing emergency weve had has been handled by Custom Plumbing Services. All would have been impossible for us to fix on our own (pipe broken by tree root, sewage clog, broken toilet flange). Every plumber who has been to our house has been courteous, professional, and upfront about the cost, which was always reasonable for the quality and efficiency of the work. No shortcuts taken, just honest problem solvers. I always recommend them.

    Best price in town. I went with a tankless water heater, and am very pleased. The install for it went well, and Barry went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. If you have any issues with your install or labor, let Barry know and he will take care of you.

    We use these guys for all of our plumbing needs... winterizing our outdoor spigots, testing our gas lines, descaling our water heaters, new installations, and modifying existing ones. Theyre prompt, professional, and have integrity. For all the work theyve done for us, theyve either left us satisfied with their work the first time, or have come back until we were.

    Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Charles even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while Im out of town. Very pleased with the service.

    The technitions that arrived were wonderful. They spoke to me like I was family and explained the what was going on. They also dvised me on a possible leak situation and to fix a hose bib that could be making it seem like it was my shower (it was on the same line about 2 to 3 ft from each other). This could prevent 1000s of reconstruction and made more since where the moisture was coming from. The little issues they found they advised me on quick maintinance befor costly repairs. The items the did fix. (Leaking hose bib and toilet) they did I fast and courtiously! I will always use them and recommend them! Thank you Jason and Steve!

    Great service, honest, they are not part of some big organization and dont get kickbacks from particular brands so they do t try and push product on you, they do what you ask and let you know if there are any other problems. They always clear additional work with you BEFORE continuing.

    Great service! Ive called on Custom Plumbing Services a couple of times and Im really pleased. The last service call about a week ago, Charles and Matthew came out and did a great job. They arrived early, were very professional and knowledgeable in their troubleshooting, even cleaned up with a broom where they had to cut into some drywall. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.
