Just had service out to look at a potential roof leak from our solar that we had installed last year. Turns out they found the leak. I verified the leak with my own eyes and it had nothing to do with the solar installation. Leak was caused by a hole from a nail that was put in the roof by the builder. House is 14 years old and it just leaked after this past bad storm. Only took 2 days to get a service person to the house. Jose Rodriguez was great. In fact, he went ahead and did the roof repair for us at no cost. Did a water test and no more leak. I see that this company does not have the best reviews online, but I have had no problems from sales to install to now service. I feel now, I can recommend this company to family and friends. They stand behind there work even if it isnt their issue. Great customer service!!

Great company. They make the process easy for homeowners and they save lots of money on electric bills. I like that their staff is professional and easy to work with and their cars and uniforms look professional. Highly recommended.

On one of the hottest weeks this year here in Sacramento our AC stopped working. We called several places but the earliest I could get anyone was in three days. Syntrol had a tech out to us within two hours. Chuc was cordial, professional and was able to troubleshoot the problem in a short time. Unfortunately it required a new part for our 24 year old package unit that could not be found anymore. The very next day, Dan came out and worked us out a very reasonable quote complete with 18 months no interest financing. Chuc delivered a small portable AC unit for us to use until they could schedule the installation. Three days later they showed up and had it done in one day! Five Stars!
