Just do it. Just hire them. We are general contractors in Los Angeles but we needed a very complicated job done in Detroit so we hired Ready Dig Excavation. Imagine hiring somebody to demo and haul 40 tons of concrete slab when you have never looked them in the eye? Thankfully we hired Frank because there were shocking unforeseen problems. The kind of problems that make your heart sink when they come up. Did Frank send me a change order for an inflated rate because I was three time zones and helpless? Nope. Could he have? In a minute. Instead, he fixed the problem, purchased four times more fill than we agreed on and didn’t charge me a dime because Frank is a man of his word.

We, Bear Sign Company, used ready dig to auger a hole for a new pylon sign at Macomb Mall. Like another review noted, these guys went way above and beyond when we discovered an old parking lot down 18” below the ground at our marked sign location. The Ready Dig guys got the concrete saws, and jack hammers out to bust up a 42” square slab so we could continue digging our 36” diameter hole down to 96” deep. Then they removed the excavated debris from the site at an extremely reasonable rate. The entire ordeal saved us an overnight, added cost, and time. These guys are the real deal. Thank god we didn’t hydro that footing!

Frank and his team - Marcus, Tim, Kenny, Mike, all great guys that did a great job replacing my sewer line. Frank is excellent with communication and scheduling. The team minimized damage to the yard/grass considering the scope of the job, and always cleaned up after the day. Very impressed and would recommend reaching out to Frank for quotes on sewer line repairs because he saved me money compared to going with a Plumbing company.

Called Ready-Dig to come take a look at my pipes, I had a bad back up in my house last week and they came out as soon as possible, and when I say that I mean within a couple hours of my call. SAME DAY! Everyone else I had called said they were a week out!Frank and Marcus came out to put a camera down the main in my home and found the blockage of broken pipe. Next morning with a permit ready Frank and Kenny came out and replaced the broken sewer line and reassured me with a second scope of the camera that the line was clear to the road! Overall the best experience I’ve had with an excavation plumbing company around! Highly recommend with great pricing! No problems have occurred since they came to fix the pipe!

Justin and Frank at Ready Dig Excavation did an amazing job!The backyard was developing a sinkhole. There was an old septic sewer line taking in dirt or something like this; they came in, assessed the situation and fixed the issue with the sewer, leveled the ground and we have not had any issues!The service was outstanding, the price point was great! They were in and out in no time and explained the process thoroughly!Highly recommend to all!

These guys were great, came out on time for the scheduled appointment dug up the pipe and replaced what needed to be replaced in a couple hours. The quality of work was great the guys were nice and professional and they fixed the biggest problem I’ve had with my house over the last 10 years in a couple hours. Had Ready Dig out for 3 different plumbing jobs, first was a gas valve on my furnace, then months later had valves replaced to my washer in a house I was selling and again in the new house we bought. February 2022Ready-Dig was efficient from start to finish. I had a large sinkhole form right where my property meets the street and was responsible for repairing the sinking asphalt of the street at well. The quotes I got in the beginning were through the roof! Frank came by the same day I called him to give me quote. He and his assistant assessed the situation with ease and knowledge (not like some of the other knuckleheads who were ignorant about what was happening). They gave me an excellent quote.He actually called to ask if he could start the job a couple days early! Compare that to the companies that said the frozen ground meant they couldn’t do the job til April.They knocked the job out with ease.This is the company you want to go with for honest fair pricing and an excellent work ethic.
