A random Google search led us to Lakeside. We had reached out to other companies in the past for landscape lighting, but we never felt comfortable moving forward. Lakeside changed that. From the first time they came out to discuss the project, we knew that this was the company to hire. Both Kyle and Scott worked with us to create the lighting we were looking for. And that included making some tweaks once the initial work was done. We would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The problem I had was excessive water noise from inside the house. Shaun and his partnerCame up with a restriction in the pipe. It was discovered the the main shutoff valve of the vacuum breaker was only open about 3/8”. Replaced vacuum breaker and both shutoff valves. Problem solved. Great work guys. I would recommend Lakeside lighting and irrigation for your irrigation system maintenance and repair.

I had made plans with my work to change my lunch break, and then had to go back to my boss to change it again. The techs were able to come out the next day and did the work quickly and efficiently. One zone of my sprinkler system was not working and Lakeside Irrigation agreed to help me find a solution. They responded within 24 hours and sent out Tony and Edward to appraise the situation. They were awesome! While replacing two sprinkler heads which were inoperable in the zone, they found, not one, but two places where the poly tube was cracked preventing the water zone from working properly. Matthew Thomas came out to start up our sprinkler system. We got the water turned on but none of the zones sprayed water when trying to run from control panel. I showed Matthew two lids I had found in the back yard. They contained some of the shutoff valves for the zones. Matthew was able to get water sprinkling by manually working the shut off valves. Matthew decided there must be a break somewhere in the wiring from the control panel to the shutoff valves. He did not have a wire tracer on his truck, so he couldnt do any more troubleshooting. He filed his report and said someone should be calling me back very soon to discuss further work to fix the wiring problem.Matthew was on time, very thorough in working the problem and communicated very well about how he was working the problem and was apologetic that he couldnt get the system up and running today.Unfortunately, I believe the office staff wasnt responsive to further action needed to fix my problem. I did not receive a call back from them, so I called about 2.5 hours after Matthew left. No further action to fix the problem today was taken. My next appointment is in 7 days on 07/07/22. :-(
