Man i cant help but say wonderful things about Chris and his guys. Not Only did they do an amazing job installing my new water heater, but they were very informative and helpful through the whole process. Then to add the icing on top, later that evening my pilot light on my furnace had gone out, and i gave Chris a call to ask if he knew how to get it back on. This man drove over 1 hr one way at 7pm at night to make sure me and my family had heat and got my light lit and double triple checked my water heater was good. I really appreciate him and his team. Wouldnt recommend any other plumber, i wish there was an option for more than 5 stars!

I cannot say enough about this company.I went through my home warranty and they recommended this company…. they were an hour away…..but still came out.Louiz came to evaluate the situation on Saturday and by Tuesday he had completed installing a new hot water heater for me.The owners Tiffany and Chris were very easy to work with and so accommodating.Louiz was amazing and shared everything with me and explained the process. I would totally recommend this company

I had an amazing experience with Titan Plumbing! Right off the bat the Office/scheduling lady Tiffany was super quick to get back with me and supper friendly she had great customer service. The technician Chris was on time super knowledgeable and friendly, fixing our issue quickly. He also gave us tips and let us know that he found other issues with our plumbing that needed to be addressed. An over all fantastic experience with customer service, knowledge, and friendliness! Excellent customer service, efficient, responsive and great prices. I cannot thank them enough! Our water heater sprung a leak and left us without hot water. I called on Tuesday and Colton was there first thing Wednesday morning. He explained the issue and gave us our options/pricing. We have a home warranty through American Home Shield which was able to cover the replacement of the water heater (but of course, we had to wait on them to approve the replacement). While we waited on the approval from the home warranty company, Colton re-lit the pilot and got us hot water temporarily. He contacted us Wednesday evening to ensure we still had hot water in the meantime, which is almost unheard of these days and we very much appreciated it! They worked with the home warranty company, were able to get it covered and came to replace it the following day. The entire process took 48 hours, which we were very pleased about. We now have a new hot water heater and will be using Titan Plumbing to replace the water heater in our rental as well. I would recommend to anyone!

We had a toilet clog that we were concerned was a complex situation and were assigned Titan Plumbing in response to an American Home Claim. We knew something out-of-the-ordinary was going on, but Devin went way above and beyond to resolve our problem. it ended up taking two trips and was more than what was covered by our warranty - but whereas other service providers may have given up and mistakenly diagnosed a collapsed pipe - Titan brought in various equipment and was able to resolve the issue. From booking with Tiffany, to a visit with Devin & Chris and an ultimate resolution, Titan plumbing solved our problem within reasonable cost and made recommendations for suitable future maintenance prevention. Highly recommend. Good, friendly and trustworthy folks.

Purchased an older home and when I got a home inspection he had told me I have a little leak under the house where my master bathroom is located. I called Titan and talk to Tiffany and she was such a pleasure to talk to and was very welcoming. I scheduled a time for them to come out and Devin was great. He looked under the house and ran cold and hot water for a while and guess what, NO LEAK. He took a video of what he saw to show me and that was great because I am not getting under the house.Pretty bummed on the home inspector but at least Titan gave me some peace of mind. Also, my water tank is 26 years old so they are getting me a price on changing it out. Definitely will be using them again if needed and will be referring to others.

Chris came out within an hour from calling his company to determine where my ceiling leak was coming from. Home builder had used faulty connectors which caused a small leak. This leak had unfortunately gone undetected for a long time in the ceiling area. It began to run down the walls and around the door frame eventually soaking our new carpet. He was able to connect me with a flood clean up company.
