I always request Ken to get the job done! If you need an honest, direct and efficient plumber this is the guy you need! Scheduling appointments are super easy over the phone, time frames for service are great and Ken communicated his ETA without any hesitation. I own a Bar in downtown Reno with ancient plumbing and I have never felt so much relief calling Ken to fix the unkept issues! Ken would always give me the diagnostic and mentally prepare myself with the best and worst case scenario. I highly recommend as a business owner to use this company!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I called 8 different plumbing services for quotes on a new water heater. This company won me over by their customer service and good prices. Great communication through email and phone. The company actually winded up calling me to ask questions about why I was wanting to replace the heater and to see if there were other options instead of putting in a new one. From the first initial steps with staff communication I was happy with the interactions and were impressed with how they just didnt slap on the most expensive thing they could and call it a day.Then the technician arrived right on time and he absolutely knew his stuff. He went above and beyond for what he needed to do to be able to give me the best options and explaining the pros/cons of each one. This company is not out to nickel and dime you, but are actually for the customer and will give you knowledge of your situation. They are fair, give you all your options, and let you make an educated decision for yourself instead of telling you to go with the most expensive route. I will 1000% be going back to them for other plumbing needs I have.I honestly cant say enough about this company. From start to finish it was a great experience and I felt very important as the customer.

My water heater was 20+ years old and I wanted to replace it before it caused a problem. Johnson Plumbing was prompt, courteous and replaced it with Bradford White unit I requested. I will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

We will forever call Johnson Plumbing for our plumbing needs! When we had a cracked pipe in our home, I called about 7 different local companies trying to find someone to fix it. Since we had a bad experience with a different company in the past, we were very hesitant with having someone come out and give us the run around again.As soon as I called Johnson Plumbing, I knew they were the ones we would book an appointment with. The woman on the phone was empathetic with our situation and actually took the time to ask about what exactly was going on and helped by giving suggestions as to what to do until they could get to us. Ted showed up right away and gave me an honest assessment of my problem. We discussed different options and came up with something I could deal with at the time. Ted and his assistant went to work and completed the job quickly and fixed the problem. I will definitely use Johnson from now on. Also what I was charged was very reasonable.

Great price, better service! Had 3 local(established) plumbers come out to the house and charge me an arm and a leg to do a sub-par repair. Only Johnson plumbing fixed the problem permanently and properly. Do yourself a favor and call them now.

We have a very large store in downtown Reno. A few years ago a smell started coming into the back side of the building. I had a few plumbers look to see what they could find. But no luck. The smell just got worse. It got so bad, we couldnt even stand to be in that part of building.I called Johnson Plumbing. Ken came out and started working on the issue right away. He was determined to find the problem. As I said, we have had others look for the problem before, so it wasnt that simple. But Ken found not one, but multiple issues in our vents sewage pipes. Cracks, splits, and broken pipes. We now can breath again. Thank you Ken and Johnson plumbing. YOU ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!

The people at Johnson Plumbing are very easy to work with. When you call, you always get a real person on the line and the turn around time is amazing!
