I hired Master Service plumbing many times through personal and commercial use, all of which were very pleasant experiences. One week ago, July 16th, Master Service Plumbing was dispatched to my home to disconnect gas lines and relocate the dryer duct, all because I mis-measured a custom cabinet I was installing in the laundry room. They dispatched Dustin to my home. Not only did he call in advance as instructed, but was prompt in his arrival. The work performed was done so with precision as well as extreme care not to make any unnecessary damage to my walls or cabinet. He was extremely polite and courteous as most service employees should be, but rarely are. From making the appointment to the service completed, everyone at Master Service Plumbing deserves to be recognized as one of the best companies in Reno/Sparks. You will never be disappointed.

Master Service Plumbing is our ONLY go to for plumbing. We are a Hair Salon and Day Spa and have used many companies in the 20 years weve been open. Master Plumbing has gotten us out of jams more than once. They have installed our new equipment also, including hot water heaters, shampoo bowls, toilets and hot water on demand water heaters!

I had a EMERGENCY!! Water break and water was splashing from Wall at 12am. I own a Condo and my main water shutoff is connected to 3 other units. I was able to have the water turned off by contacting the HOA manager and she contacted the maintenece guy. I spent HOURS from 12am to 3am calling all the 24/7 plumbing service in Reno/Sparks and nobody can respond to my call they were all ASLEEP! Finally I google searched more and came across Master Plumbing. I Called and Plumber Clint answer the phone right away and he was asleep but he answered !. I explain my situation and Clint Arrived within minutes and fixed my broken water line and I was able to turn the water back to the building. Clint was a Hero very professional and fast response. My HOA was very impressed how my whole situation was handled and no other units were affected with water shut off for long period of time. My HOA took the company information and hopefully you guys will get a contract as to the 24/7 plumbing service my HOA has is not really 24/7. Thank you Clint !!! And sorry I woke you up😊

Master Service Plumbing has helped me a number of times deal with things as simple as relating a urinal that wasn’t flushing, to replacing a broken pipe in our ceiling for our water spout. They even rebuilt our old toilet tank system in our church that wore out. Each time, they sent someone to estimate what needed fixing and then came back quickly with what was needed to get it done. What I appreciated most is that they worked with me, calling me back and working with my schedule. Give ‘em a try!

I was referred to Marc’s company from another local plumber that said the location of the hose bib that needed repairing was in an awkward position. I called Marc and he sent over Armando to get a quote. I wasn’t expecting anything to be completed for at least a week or so. Armando showed up within the hour and finished the job. I was super surprise at how quick and efficient he was to complete the repair. The lady at the main office called me to notify of the completion of the repair and the overall cost was $400 less than my initial quote for the former plumber. I am referring Master service plumbing to my inner circle of associates that may need repair work done in the near future. Thank you so much for fixing this problem.
