To my surprise, a technician arrived within the hour – talk about fast service! Tommy, the technician, was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue and fixed it right away, saving me from a major inconvenience. It’s hard to find service that’s as reliable and efficient as this. Tommy was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable and thorough and helped to make us feel valued and taken care of. Even though it was late at night and he had three more jobs to go to, he made sure we were happy, as much as possible with a hot water heater that just went out, as possible and had all the information we needed to move on. He was not rushed and really explained to us what the problem was. We will use Savage and Sons again in the future. When Joey came back to instal our unit, he equally was amazing. Same professional qualities. Very kind , knowledgeable and thorough. He stayed and answered all my questions afterward. Kathleen was superb in her communication as well. They are the best in town.

The older I get, the more demanding I become of service providers in my home as my expectations increase. Savage and Son provides world class plumbing services. Absolutely first rate. Never seen anything like it. The high quality service started with Kathleen in Customer Service and continued on with Robert, who provided the onsite services in my home for five hours. He took care of the main project masterfully and then added a few other lesser items I requested, but were not originally scheduled. Happy from start to finish. Highly recommend Savage and Son.

He ran a copper line under the house to closet area, installed valve, and tied it back to the main waterline. Big job. So now Im able to turn the main water off easily from inside the house. He did a great job in installing our new kitchen faucet after the previous one broke and would not turn off. He found the source of the slow drip from the angle stop that we did not discover until after we called Savage & Son and we were clearing out under the sink so he could do his work. He also did a good job in cleaning up when he was done and, best of all, everything is now fixed – the new faucet works perfectly and no more slow drips. Thank you Matthew!

Brandon is a great plumber! He is very professional and pleasant. His work ethic is great. I had a lot of work done during two bathroom remodels and the quality of work was excellent. The pics show the finished product however all the pipes were soldered and redone as well as the shower drain in addition to new toilets were added and a bidet had to be removed and the pipes soldered down beneath the new tile. Thank you very much. I have been using Savage and Sons for over 3 years now and am very pleased with the plumbers and the company itself.

I got a call from my wife that our water heater was leaking water. I ran home and it was almost poring out. I called Savage and Son. They informed me that they were booked up. Most companies would have ended the call then. Instead they walked me through shutting off the part that was leaking. Then they said I could call Saturday morning for an emergency call. Then they said they would try to see if someone got freed up. Having stopped the leak I headed by to work. By the time I got to work they found someone and then within an hour everything was fixed, tested and cleaned up. The 2 techs were great, polite and explained everything that they were doing. Super experience. I highly recommend them

Recently, we called Savage & Son with a bathroom plumbing issue. Our house is 35 years-old and some parts are wearing out. It is helpful to have knowledgeable people come out and fix stuff. We have been calling Savage & Son for over twenty years. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. The most recent call, they sent someone at the time agreed upon. She was on time. Did excellent work. We asked a few additional questions about plumbing issues in the kitchen. She gave us understandable answers without a lot of jargon. No matter who the company has sent out to us, they are uniformly competent. If you have a plumbing issue in your house, Savage and Son should be the folks you call.

My garbage disposal broke down on a Wednesday night. I called Savage and Sons at around 8:00 AM Thursday morning to see about replacing it. Their schedule was full, so they scheduled me for a couple weeks out, with a promise to get me in earlier if possible.Only an hour later, Savage and Sons called. They were able to fit me in! So by noon the same day I had a new disposal.The price for the unit and for the labor was more than fair, especially considering the prompt and professional service.

WOW. All I have to say is WOW. The faucet handle for our tub in our master bath took a nose dive. It was a long time coming but when it broke, water just kept coming out. We had to turn off the water to the house so our tub wouldnt overflow. My husband called a few places and we got various answers on costs and on overall repairs upwards of $3K - but Chris came by after I explained and sent picks to Josh and WOW. Done in about 1.5 hours and only a few hundred dollars for the fix. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them this summer for another fix they recommended.

Mel is knowledgeable, skillful, well-experienced, honest, and friendly. Over the years, Mel has tackled big crazy problems for us, as well as small repairs. Today I had a leaky washer faucet handle, a worn-out toilet tank flapper, and a loose lever for the sinks drain stopper. After watching him, and asking questions, I could now fix a loose drain stopper lever myself. Mel explains why something broke down and what he did to fix it. I respect his expertise. He is careful, precise, and professional. He is also courteous and personable -- an ambassador for S&S. Although S&S isnt cheap, I have saved money by having significant problems diagnosed before emergency service has been necessary.

I do not call plumbers often but when I do I need the best. This time I had a leak between my water meter and my house and I dug for over two weeks to expose the leak, which turned out to be over six feet down at my main pipe to the house. My first big compliment goes to Kathleen the dispatcher who was as great listener and got me someone faster than I expected. The plumber that came was named Phil and had no reservations about getting down in the six foot hole. Toward the end of the repair Tom was called in to assist and they got it done. Overall I was completely satisfied with this service from the time I made the initial call to the time the trucks left my driveway. I will always trust Savage when I need a plumber for something I dont have the expertise to do.
