We recently had NDI Pluming & Mechanical here to repair a filter grate (vent) in the ceiling which was damaged. Austin was the technician who was assigned to the job. He immediately saw what the problem was and was able to make the replacement and repairs needed after he ordered the part(s). On both visits, Austin was professional, courteous yet personable. He did a great job and corrected the problem(s). I would definitely recommend this operation based on this employees performance!

We had an issue arise in which we were unexpectedly getting hot water coming out of the cold taps. I sent a note to NDI at the suggestion of a friend, and I dont regret it. They replied to my inquiry within a business day, and I had an appointment scheduled for the day after that. I did not expect that kind of availability! The tech reached out ahead of the appointment as he was able to get there early and diagnosed and repaired the shower blend valve cartridge in short order for an entirely reasonable sum. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Dont question the decision. Give them a call.

We recently came home to a broken AC and decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old system. After getting a few quotes we choose NDI to do the install and Im so glad we did!! They were very upfront with the scope of work and the pricing was very reasonable. They started and finished the install in a very timely manner and the new system works great. We will be using NDI for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs and recommending them to all our friends and family. Huge thanks to Austin and the whole crew at NDI for their hard work getting our HVAC system installed.

I highly recommend this company. I actually called them by mistake when I was looking for a plumber to fix our clogged disposal/sink but Im so glad I did. I left a message on a Sunday and they called me first thing Monday morning and they came out by 8 a.m. Damien had it fixed in no time and he was very kind and professional and the price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again for our home and for our business!
