Had a leak from a rubberized line leading from the garbage disposal to the air gap so called several area plumbers and handymen early Monday morning but only one could come out that day: Ira Hansen and Sons. Mary arranged the service call and I received a call from Chad, the service tech, within a half hour with a quote and ETA of 3PM. However, he called back able to come even earlier at 12:30PM and--within an hour--the work was efficiently and professionally done at the quoted price. Compliments and kudos to Chad and IHSP, recommended for anyone needing residential plumbing work.

No call back even a day later. Ira Hansens person answering the phone was kind and was able to send Gary. Gary was so helpful and kind and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. This is our go to plumber from now on!

A very successful job completed by Ivan at Ira Hansen Plumbing! It was relatively small but they were quick, courteous, and did not make us feel unimportant because it was a smaller job. They would have had it done same day but needed to get a part and come back. We were not home so he came back the very next day on a Saturday! Again, Ivan was polite, professional, and speedy. Will definitely recommend and call back when needed.

Noticed there was a leak under the house, we contacted Ira Hansen and Sons for their high approval rate. I spoke with Robin, who was extremely kind and helpful, and scheduled an appointment that was best suited for our busy family life. Gary contacted me and let me know he was on his way and asked if he would like me to come sooner if needed which was much appreciated. Gary inspected and assessed the situation/damages and walked me through and educated me of what was happening, why it was happening, etc. Gary was very knowledgeable, efficient and fast at fixing the problem and referred me to other professionals for other jobs I inquired upon. I highly recommend Ira Hansen and Sons for their professionalism and efficiency and especially Gary for getting the job done!

The employee with Ira Hansen Plumbing showed up on time. This was the Friday after Thanksgiving. He took a look at the outside of our property and was able to determine there was water outside and that our plumbing issues were the result of a clogged main line.He explained what the charge would be before starting work. As I observed he explained what he was encountering with the snake.The issue was roots from a nearby bush had worked there way into the mainline preventing the waste from leaving our property and entering the sewer pipes maintained by the city.We know we have more work to be done by the issue has been temporarily resolved to our satisfaction.Jamis maybe Jamie represented your company well.

So, my toilet needed removal and replacement. I called IHS Plumbing and a very nice lady named Taylor immediately set up at appointment with Tracy for 11:30 today. Tracy arrived on time ready to go. He removed my old commode and replaced the new one in no time flat. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my silly questions. When in my garage, he notice that the recirculating pump to my water heater was not connected and did that free of charge. He also explained to me what it did. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Sean M. recently replaced our mainline water supply at our home in Reno. Due to a recently deceased family member, the house sat vacant while we repaired multiple items. Sean understood how difficult it was for us to manage our projects from across the country so he constantly provided photos and updates while remaining available by cell at all times. The project ended up becoming very complex and required constant change orders to fix irrigation valves, irrigation leaks, and every other little problem that arises from a vacant home. Sean was patient throughout and did not use it as an opportunity to take advantage of us. Service remained prompt and fairly priced. Well use Sean for all of our required services going forward.

IHS is a great outfit to work with. When I needed a plumber, Taylor answered my call and was quick to schedule some help for my leaking faucet. Tracy came out and assessed the situation, explained my options clearly, and when we agreed on the fix, was quick to complete it. My mother’s sink was leaking, and being fairly new to the area, I didn’t have an established plumber. Looked on Yelp and read the reviews, which were great. Not only that, they were fairly close. When I talked to Taylor, their scheduler, she was so accommodating and nice. I was on a tight time frame and she was able to send Tracy over within the next 1/2 hour. Tracy not ONLY called to say he received the job, but actually told me his location and his ETA. Tracy diagnosed the issue, gave me the option of getting my own parts (appreciated that option) or using theirs (which was MOEN - same thing I would have bought myself) and gave me a quote for the entire cost. Their pricing was extremely competitive and Tracy was very thorough with his installation, cleanup and explaining how the new faucet worked to my mom. WE HAVE FOUND OUR PLUMBING SERVICE!!!!! Thank you Taylor and Tracy!!!!
