My moms pipes broke under her house and I called several plumbing companies and Hoffman was the only one that could come out by the next day. From the phone call talking to Hannah, to the messaging provided all the way to Liz showing up first thing in the morning, we experience nothing but friendliness and professionalism.Liz was upbeat and had a can-do attitude AND she did a great job! My moms pipes got fixed and her water is back on and she can now continue with her life.We had a great experience with Liz.We highly recommend Hoffman to anyone who asks.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I chose Hoffman Plumbing due to their great reviews. I especially liked how they kept me up to date and in the loop via email and texting, including a little bio on the service technician. From beginning to end I found them to be fair and professional. They did quality work and was able to replace my two outdated hose bibs.Robert who was knowledgeable and professional initially looked at the problem and ordered the part. A big thanks and shout out to Elizabeth the tech who did the work, she fixed the problem thoroughly.This was a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a great plumbing service. I know who to call for my next plumbing service. Great Job to all who facilitated the repairs.

We contacted Hoffman Plumbing at 8 AM and they sent Rob out at 10 AM. Very pilot and knowledgeable person. Unclogged our toilet and made repairs to our other toilet that required a replacement water shut off valve . We have used Hoffman plumbing before when our bathroom sink required a hose replacement. They always seem to carry plenty of required parts for the job .Good people to work with.

The condensation line on our tankless hot water heater broke and was leaking water all over the garage. Hoffman got someone out to us quick and repaired the line. Then they educated us on the correct maintenance for our unit. I can’t say enough positive things about not only the company, but the employees. From the employee who took my panicked phone call to the employee who arrived and made the repair, but even the owner who reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the service I received. They care about the customer and it shows. Highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing!

Recenly moved into our home and discovered very poor water pressure and a noisy water heater. Our Service Tech, Alan Bianchine, arrived on time and thoroughly diagnosed the issues. He promptly showed me and advised what needed to be done with a reasonable quote for the work. I found a leak near the hose and valve in my master bathroom at 1 am. I called Hoffman on a Sunday morning after a quick Google search for a plumber and they got Robby scheduled right away. Not only did he arrive early, he was great with our dog and solved the problem quickly and professionally. We will be calling Hoffman again for future problems.

Called Hoffman plumbing on an emergency. They had to send someone out after hours. The technicians name was Ben. He was courteous and knowledgeable, fix the problem, found another leak and fix that one without hesitation. Ben is 18 years old, but dont let that fool you for an instant. This young man knows exactly what hes doing. Hoffman plumbing is right on point and their technician Ben, is one of the good guys. Thanks for your help Ben I appreciate it.

I was very pleased with your tech, Robert Schoemig. I explained to him the events that have occurred leading up to today with this banging noise that I have been hearing. It was the pressure reducing valve underneath the crawl space in my house. I do have peace of mind now knowing I have a plumbing company that I can depend on.

We had a water emergency under our kitchen sink & found a lot of water on our hardwood floors. I think I caught it within an hour of when it started & turned the water off, cleaned up the standing water & called Hoffman.Its nice to have someone answer the phone, as many companies have you leave a message & you have no idea when youll hear back. They had Ben at my door within 3 hours. Hes a wonderful young man. He found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. I will use Hoffman again!

Robby came out to research a possible leak in our upstairs toilet or shower. It could not be recreated but he sealed the shower fixture. Hopefully that was it. He was very friendly knowledgeable and timely. I’ve used Hoffman plumbing before and I’m always happy.Addendum: I called back to see if it would cost me the same 195$ to get the leak under the sink in the same bathroom fixed. A pop-up needed to be replaced Robby was going to do it while he was here and he had plenty of time but the part he had in his van was broken. And he had not restocked his van. So he left. I called the company to see if I could have a reduced cost to get that done since Robby couldn’t do it when he was here but was told they would charge another 195$ to fix the pop up plus parts. This would have only cost me the part if Robby had restocked his van and did it while he was here. Bummer🙁Addendum: GREAT SERVICE Joe called me back(owner) and he is going to have Robby come back out and fix the leak in sink with a pop up. And charge a reduced fee. I will definitely use them again. I’m a senior and every penny counts!😃😃

Very professional did the work like it was easy peasy! They installed a house water filter and drained my pressure and hot water tanks.$700.Now lets name names. Called Pro Plumbing. they came out. i asked for an email estimate after the workman quoted me $1500 off the top of his head (which did not include draining my pressure tank and hot water heater). Never heard from them again.Then I called Summit Plumbing. when i asked about a whole house water filter, she acted like i had asked for a personal moon landing. said she would talk to the worker who was responsible for pumps and wells. No one called me back.LOOSERS!Hire Hoffman. they will get the job done.
