I really enjoyed the transparency and communication with Arts Plumbing. We actually started on the wrong foot as they were contracted through a bad general contractor and communication issues caused plumbing problems at our house, but Arts stepped up, worked with us to figure out the problems and move forward. It would have been very easy for them to just ignore us.That bad experience could have killed any other relationship, but they did what was right and then put together a plan for us to move forward on the project. All their employees are very kind and professional, especially, Logan, who is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable for both residential and commercial plumbing.Id easily work with them again on a future project as they stand behind their work and continually deliver an exceptional service.

Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Arts Plumbing replumbed our entire house to replace our defective Kitec plumbing. They were reasonably priced, polite, professional, and prompt. They did a great job, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!!!

The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Thanks so much for the professional curtiousness. She went out of her way make us happy thanks arts plumbing looks like from the other responses you get a 5 star plumber or a 1 star plumber and dani was 100% 5 stars from christina and jose @at apt# 28

They did an excellent job. They replaced our hot water heater. We weregiven all the information we need to make our decision over the phone. Hassle free.Priced fairly. Excellent service. Which is appreciated. Will highly recommend.
