    Chris Miller came out to test my well-water recently. I never had it done before, so I had a lot of questions. He was patient and explained what all the tests covered and the risks that came along with each reading. He took his time and was very focused on what he was doing. He even ran a second test to ensure the arsenic reading was correct. They have financing and deals on their systems and clearly put Customer Service first. I would not hesitate to recommend The Pure Experts to accurately test the water of any and all Friends and Neighbors. Great Company that knows their stuff and are truly Experts!!!

    Pure Experts did a great job and were very responsive, professional, and informative during the entire process. Drake handled our estimate and was very informative on the issues with our water and how they could fix the problem. Within two weeks Adam was scheduled to install my system and completed quality work and took time aside to explain my system, required annual maintenance, and answered all my questions. It has been an easy and beneficial experience working with the Pure Experts and is well worth getting a free water test at the least.

    Company that installed original water filter system did not follow up, provided bad information on operation. Pure, owner Chris personally came to my home to review and test the quality of the water. Chris took the time to explain each tank, its use and what was working properly and what was required to correct water again. Very professional and informative. Highly recommend this company

    Let me start off by saying chris, the owner, is a wonderful man hes extremely knowledgeable and wicked nice. He answered all of our questions. We have really bad iron bacteria and coliform in our water. We had multiple companies come out and tell us we needed this system or that that system. I did my own research and knew those werent what we needed, thankfully. Chris could tell just by looking at the staining what we needed. From the time I called them to when Chris left our house, I felt like I finally got people who actually cared and knew what they were talking about. Thank you, Chris.     Needed to have a service call to verify operation and deal with what turned out to be a minor issue. They were able to squeeze me in between appts. Techs Seth and Patrick were great. Very helpful explaining operation and checking things out. Professional and friendly. It was more like a visit with good friends or family than dealing with a service tech. Hope when I need annual service they will be who comes back.

    1st, Drake did the water testing. He was informative, thorough, friendly and not the least bit pushy. After deciding on the system, Seth did the installation. Seth was very organized, professional, respectful and took time to answer all my questions. I am very pleased that we now have an amazing system for pure water for my family and friends!

    I am pleased with my appt. with Ryan Weaver to test the water quality of my drilled well. I am fortunate to not need any filtration or treatment. I have slight sulfur odor from the tap from overnight that dissipates after 30 secs. of running. Remediation is available in the form of a coconut charcoal filter, which I will consider if the problem persists and isnt seasonal. The knowledge and professional courteous advice given by Ryan was more than I could have expected. I recommend him and the Pure Expert team for water quality inspection and treatment systems

    To whom it may concern, yesterday, June 27, Pure Experts sent one of their employees to give me a water test. The gentleman that came was a very nice, professional man named Steve.Steve was very helpful explaining every test he did. He was such a very nice person that went out of his way to guide me through every test and explained all there was to know about results.When the results were done all tests came back good except for having hard water.With Steves help I was able to purchase a water softener unit to take care of the issue. He explained how beneficial it would be to have this installed to prevent damage to my water heater and pipes.I can honestly say that the company is fortunate to have a man as professional and helpful as Steve.     Chris and his team are smart and easy to work with. Since Ive had the Beyond air purifiers installed in my home I have been able to breathe so much easier.     We could not be happier about our experience working with Pure Experts. From the start they were quick with responding to us and scheduling our free water test. The representative who came out to do the testing was on time, efficient, and clear on all of the information gleaned from the testing. This was a very low pressure and informative experience. We had this done with multiple companies in the area and received quotes on systems from each. Pure Experts provided pricing that was significantly less than the other companies for what is an even better system than the others we received quotes for. Chris took the time to address our questions and concerns about our water and to find a whole-house system to best match our needs. He also included a free point of use RO system as a bonus. Chris took the time to really hear and work with us to ensure that we were being matched with the best system possible to address our exact needs and for the best price. Chris worked diligently to provide this information, and the company was able to not only schedule but also install our system before a couple of other companies even responded to our initial call for water testing. They were very easy to work with. When considering the amount of homework we did, they were definitely the best and most competitive.
