    Service Plus Plumbing is impressive and I highly recommend them. My water main had a leak and Landon owner of Service Plus Plumbing came out the same afternoon to install a temporary line and started work on replacing the water main as soon as possible . His professionalism, attention to detail, quality installation went above and beyond. He also added an expansion tank to my water heater at no extra cost, replaced the water meter box, minimally disturbed landscaping and put it all back as though he had never been there , insulated all new pipes in crawl space and used industrial grade hardware to secure the water main to the foundation in the crawl space. Landon has high standards and everything completed to code. Clean up was impeccable. Throughout he kept me informed and provided education when I asked questions. Landon has a strong work ethic and dedication to high quality work. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing plumbing company and will call them for future plumbing needs.

    They have been out twice in the last few months. The first time to repair a leak in the main water pipe from the meter to the house and most recently to install a kitchen faucet and repair another leak They were very quick to come out and do the work. The arrived when they said they would. Both the owner and Aleks were very professional and honest. I highly recommend this company and will call them should I ever need a plumber.

    My sincere thanks to the Service Plus Plumbing team for the fantastic experience we had working with them. Charles came to inspect our home plumbing and gave us a very detailed, competitive quote. Chris and Lane completed a full re-plumb with pex, added two new hose bib lines, installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a new main water line. Chris and Lane were personable, professional and kept us informed throughout. They were very respectful of our home. Lane returned for the inspection and took care of some minor issues. We will only use Service Plus Plumbing in the future and happily recommend them.

    I am a real estate agent and I had a listing for sale on a rural property in Estacada. I contacted Service Plus Plumbing about connecting a main water line to the house. The owner, Landon, came out and assessed the situation. He had to run a line almost 80 yards to the street. The bid was very competitive and they were able to do the job quickly. They even agreed to be paid from the proceeds at the closing. This literally saved the deal! Landon and the folks at Service Plus did quality work at a fair price and were super responsive. Yvette in the office was also great with communication & scheduling. Why would you hire anyone else? Five stars!

    We had exceptional service with Service Plus Plumbing. Our main water line broke, leaving us without water. We called 5 places and Service Plus was the only one who sent someone out the same day to start the process and squeeze us into their schedule.     So thankful I contacted Service Plus. We needed to have our toilet reinstalled after it was taken out as part of water mitigation in our only bathroom. Weve been living in an airbnb for the last week and werent able to get our usual plumber out before the weekend, which meant more money and more time away from home. I decided to reach out to Service Plus on Thursday afternoon and Chris came out on Friday afternoon and installed the toilet. I think we found our new plumber.

    My house had a large amount of old galvanized piping that had to be replaced. I decided on Service Plus Plumbing because their quote process was smooth with Alex. I had Chris, Charles and Laine for the re-piping work and they were great. They worked carefully and kept me informed on any needs to change the configuration of my pipes for code compliance. They replaced an outdoor spigot and 2 faucets inside as well. They were helpful no matter how many questions I asked. The inspection was smooth at the end of course. I definitely recommend them for any re-piping you need done and I imagine they are just as great for other plumbing services as well.

    I will definitely use Service Plus again for all future plumbing services. We had a full house water re-pipe done by Chris and Laine. They completed the job in 5 days and provided us with updates daily and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to get the job done by Friday, even staying a few extra hours. Yvette was also so helpful throughout the process, with answering questions promptly.During the bid process, we had 5 companies come out, Service Plus and another were the only ones who ACTUALLY WENT DOWN INTO THE CRAWL SPACE. Aleks provided us with photos and recommendations, and answered all of our questions. Two years ago, when our shower pressure began to take a hit, Aleks also came by...then he was also the only person who went down to the crawl space and provided us with a solution.Im THRILLED we can finally have a proper shower with actual water pressure!     Chris from ServicePlus Plumbing came out to my older Portland home to unclog a pedestal sink drain. He was fast (in and out in about 15 minutes!).     Our experience with Service Plus started when acquiring bids to have the last section of galvanized pipes in the basement replaced. Two other companies bid astronomical costs, including one that said to not only replace the galvanized, but all the copper which was ridiculous and insulting. Service Plus understood the job and bid for just what we wanted and therefore went with them. They completed the job early with no unanticipated problems, and as a result, were generous enough to knock off a third of the cost. Who does that!? Thank you!! Having such a great experience, we then requested their services two more times, to install a shutoff valve and now, just replaced the old and leaking galvanized supply lines from the street. The owner, Landon, did the supply line work with highest of quality and pride in workmanship, going beyond the original scope with final touches that made everything clean and functional. Can’t say enough good things about Landon and Service Plus and highly recommend their services!

    Needed a water line replacement. Landon came out same day and put in a temporary hose. The soil was unfortunately not suitable for horizontal drilling so the driveway had to be trenched. Not ideal but the team at Service Plus did a very professional job every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water or sewer line replacement services.

We needed some work done and the amazing Yvette was able to get someone out the same day I called, we were relieved to quickly get answers on our plumbing problem. This company is impressive!     Im a Licensed General Contractor who does not do plumbing, but these guys do, and they do it well. From the moment of our first contact, the owner, Landon, made it clear that his first priority was making sure the job was done right and that I was satisfied.My water supply busted somewhere underground between the meter at the street and the exterior water connection on my home. I called on a Thursday early evening, fully expecting to just leave a message, hoping someone could call me back the following day. Landon called me back within 35 minutes, and he said if I didnt mind waiting until he was done with his current project, that hed be happy to come over after and take a look at it. I was thrilled. After all, Im without water, which my wife & daughter werent exactly thrilled about.Landon gave me a heads up that he was on his way, then he set us up on a temporarily water service so we could actually have running water. We walked around the home and discussed his plan to fix my issues, gave me a price, and I told him that Id get a few more quotes before deciding.After I contacted him again in a few days to let him know that I was ready to proceed, he let me know that hed get me on the schedule for the upcoming week. They arrived on time as per schedule yesterday, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and it passed inspection this morning.As a General Contractor, Ive dealt with hundreds of other Contractors over the last 35 years, and I can say with complete confidence that Landon and his crew are among the best of the best. Theres a reason they have so many 5 star reviews.If you need a plumber, you absolutely need Service Plus. Ive dealt with lots of plumbers in the past, but Ill be dealing with just 1 in the future.

    I had a great experience with Service Plus Plumbing. I had a complicated plumbing project that required breaking through and repairing concrete. Not all plumbers are equipped for such a job, but fortunately, Service Plus Plumbing could handle it. Landon, the owner, spoke with me personally to explain the process. The service was very reasonably priced and the payment process was easy. They sent me pictures of the work, which I greatly appreciated since I manage the property remotely.     I called Service Plus Plumbing about a few minor repairs that we needed and they were able to send someone out the very next day. Chris was absolutely wonderful. He walked me through every step of how they would assess the issues and actions they could/would take. He and his apprentice did a wonderful job and fixed everything back into working order (washer bib replacement, water heater valve repair, and outdoor hose bib replacement).     Great experience working with Chris on several plumbing projects in our house.He came by, inspected everything we had concerns about, gave us fair quotes right on the spot, and went to work immediately.It was a pleasure observing him work, very professional and methodical.     Chris showed up perfectly on time to perform the service I requested. As a first time home buyer, I don’t really know what’s going on and it turned out I would need to have another company out to handle my specific issue.     Very happy with the work done today in our bathroom. Charles was able to replace our bathroom sink handle controls (I had an extra set on hand). And he fixed our shower cold / hot regulator, which had been installed backwards by another company. Would definitely call Service Plus Plumbing again. On time, good communication.     They are the best plumbing company I have ever used. Last winter when the freezing wind came, we had a flood in our crawlspace due to busted pipes. Landon, the owner, came out that day and stayed for a very long time just so we could have water to the house. They also re-piped our whole house at a later date and did a great job. So, yesterday when our pipes froze, Landon came out again and helped us on a Sunday. He is the nicest guy. I can’t recommend this company enough.

    My water main had a leak and Service Plus shows up within an hour of placing my call. I received the bid and Charles made a good guess as to where the leak was located. I was given two options: 1) Fix the leak at the source; or 2) Replace the entire PVC pipe with Pex from the meter to the edge of the house. I thought I should get another price and was told to get a leak detector ($300) service to locate the leak followed by another visit from an another plumber. Well, the other plumber didn’t have the resources so I called ServicePlus back. This company is awesome. They are VERY reasonable and honest. Not only did they finish the job on time, they are one of the most polite and thoughtful businesses in Portland. They went the extra mile to ensure the job was 100% complete and added extra touches like patching the sidewalk perfect, adding gravel for proper drainage, and inspecting our crawl space numerous times for any potential leakage. And, they have the equipment to do any job. I highly endorse this operation. You will be amazed at the level of service at a fair price. They will deliver as promised. And, there’s no need to get a second bid since they are so trustworthy.

    Its really hard finding an honest plumber, and when I saw all 5 star reviews I was a little skeptical. But now I understand why. I have had multiple interactions with Yevette, Alex and Landon (owner). Everytime has been a great experience.Yevette is really responsive to all my calls and scheduling is a breeze (which is not the experience I have had with other contractors). She is also super sweet! Alex came out to give us quotes, and he is so patient and answered all of our questions without making me feel stupid. Landon replaced our water main, and did a spectacular job, our inspector kept making many comments on how good it looked.After our water main was replaced, a lot of the build up in our galvanized pipes got loose and got stuck in our faucets, causing a slow filling toilet and decreased water pressure in our sink. We dont know anything about plumbing, but called Landon, and he asked Alex to come check it out. Alex swung by and helped to change our clogged toilet fill valve and clean out some faucet screens.We even had some plumbing questions later on, and Landon gave us free advice! I have never felt at so at ease with a contractor, they are really honest, prices are fair and they do a great job. Something very difficult to find these days. If I have a plumbing job, hands down I will always go with Service Plus.

    Great company! Very fair. Had a sink repaired and needed to get a part for another. I offered to get the part if it would save me a few dollars. They ended up taking half off. I could barely get anyone to respond to me and Landon came out the same day that I called and gave me a quote, free of charge.     Service Plus Plumbing gave us an estimate that was on par with other estimates we got and it explained exactly how they would fix our leaking pipe in our 1965 house. The old broken galvanized pipe went to our yard sprinkler system from our basement and ran underneath a concrete walkway.When they arrived to do the work they showed us exactly what they planned to do. It was a lot a work, taking 1 person an entire day. It was messy work but everything was cleaned up as they went, the new piping looks great (and existing remaining piping was cleaned up in the process) and the work areas were spotless - inside & out - when the job was complete. Theyll be the plumbers we call for all our future plumbing needs.

    REVIEW:Despite taking my usual preparations for the recent Portland ice storm (turning off inside valves for the outside spigots, draining and covering them), we just turned them on again only to find that one had burst. After sending web contact requests to five plumbers and getting only one response, that one was Service Plus Plumbing. Aleks came out and immediately saw the problem, explained how to prevent that in the future, and found the break inside the wall. He got right to it, uncovering the break, replaced it and installed in a new shut-off valve and outside spigot, all pretty worn out. I have hired quite a few in Portland area (some are with pretty high ratings) for fixing water leaking, shower valve and bathtub installation.     If time is money and time is precious Landon saved me both! After doing my due diligence and getting several bids for a major water leak, Landon was the only one that took the time to explain my options. My leak was going to cost me thousands and thousands. My water line is 300 from the street meter to my house and buried along side boulders the size of cars and all the utilities. None of the quotes matched up and some of the plumbers wouldnt even take the job. Landon who is the owner of Service Plus came out himself to give me his honest opinion and a bid. I was ready to sign with another company and fall down the debt hole with this leak. My whole driveway would flood when I had the street meter on. Landon suggested we tackle the problem at the source using leak detection and not heavy equipment. No one else took the time to understand the scope of the work and just wanted to start charging me.     From start to finish I cannot say enough good things about Service Plus Plumbing. My crawl space had filled up with water from a pipe leaking, according to the city inspector who came calling and noticed the water meter spinning from an extremely high consumption level over my usual water use. He surmised it was a leak and I should get a plumber immediately. Received a recommendation from a neighbor and after calling one plumbing company who could not come out for a week, said that they do not do searches for the problem (What? Should I, a 76 year-young senior and non-plumber crawl under there and figure out the problem myself?) and that they charge $75 just to come out and take a look (What? After I figure out which pipe was leaking underground?) Desperate, I called Service Plus Plumbing next and Yvette heard the panic in my voice and got Charles to come out the very next day! From there on it was smooth sailing because Charles immediately called a water remediation company they work with, who came and pumped all the water out over the next week, creating a dry space for Charles to deduce which underground pipe was leaking. He promptly hooked up an ingenious stop-gap solution that could provide water to entire house after it had been turned off while crawl space dried out. Then Landon, the owner of this GREAT company drilled a big hole underground down and then horizontally, replacing the old leaky cast iron pipe with a larger flexible pipe. He worked dawn-to-dusk getting everything fixed in best manner possible, passed city inspection easily the next day and lifted the water meter to street level, framed with new gravel filling the hole, quite an artistic job, I must say. All workers were respectful, friendly, confident in their abilities and were each a JOY to be around. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a plumbing referral. Landon knows how to run a business the old-fashioned way: with hard work and always putting customers top priority. Honestly thought that this level of service was no longer to be found?     I will only use Service Plus plumbing for my plumbing needs. They are excellent!! I have a 100 year old Portland house and they added a disposal, replaced an old laundry sink, updated some of the plumbing and installed a new water heater. Everyone was incredibly courteous and respectful of me and my home. Last week I thought my water heater was leaking so I contacted them at 10:00 on Friday night and left a voicemail. It turns out that the water heater was just fine and it was water seeping in the basement wall near the water heater. However, the owner of the company called me first thing Saturday morning!! That type of service is incredible. I immediately told him that I made a mistake and the water heater was fine. The owner stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes talking about flooding in Portland basements and waterproofing work.     From the estimator Charles, through the subs who drilled through our hillside, to Landon, the owner, Service Plus plumbing did a thorough, professional, cheerful, and careful replacement of our leaking main water line to the house. Everyone seemed to like their work, take challenges in stride, and were good about explaining what was to be done.Their work involved two outdoor holes in the yard to drill under the ground and monitor crossing utilities, and one through concrete in a work room attached to the house. In each case the excavated material was put in sacks or on tarps so that when they replaced these materials it was hard to see that any work had been done in that area: really remarkable! The job took a little longer than they expected but there was no change in the price we paid from the estimate.We got three estimates to start with and we picked the middle bid from Service Plus because of their superior ratings and because the estimator emphasized how thorough and careful the owner is that the work be done right. We now have no leaking water on our hillside and beautiful looking new pipe in our house to the main water line. The total cost was $7,500.We are very happy customers.

    We needed to have our sewer line replaced, which is bad enough, but then they found that we had a 1910 cesspool in our front garden, which they had to dig up, empty out of the antique sewage, remove all the brick and fill it up with gravel. Not exactly what you want to hear right before Christmas, however, this company is great. They are great communicators, they always showed up on time And they always let us know what they were doing. The guys are polite and friendly and it’s good to know that our sewage is actually going to go to the sewer, and we aren’t going to have a sinkhole where the cesspool used to be.

During the latter visit I asked if (Alex) could look at a concern I have about a small water leak my electrician spotted under the house, directly under the bathtub. He obliged and told me PEX piping was probably used because it’s flexible which would cause the shower head and bath faucet to move.     When the water main outside our 1926 home failed, we started calling every plumbing company in the area for an immediate fix. Many were booked 1-2 weeks out. (How long can you go without a shower?) Service Plus Plumbing had great reviews and Landon the owner responded to my text right away. He came over the same afternoon to locate the leak and provide a free estimate. The next morning (a holiday) he and the horizontal directional drilling contractor went right to work. They wore booties inside out home and masks, were respectful and efficient, no detail was missed, including city permitting and utility location. He set up a temporary water connection so we had water during the main replacement. He filled in the outside hole and even seeded the grass! Inside he patched the hole nicely and showed us the new shut offs in and out. While it wasn’t cheap, Landon and his crew were professional, competent and efficient. We were very pleased with their work and will hire them again in the future, hopefully for smaller jobs!

    Impressive service from start to finish!Yvette took the call, Jordan reviewed the work, looked at photos of the prior repair and got a bid to me within hours.Jordan was clearly very experienced with my situation and knowledgeable, communicated well and explained the recommendations and pricing.Due to volume of the exterior service line leak they adjusted their schedule to take care of it quickly. From the first phone call to completed repair was 5 days from including a weekend. Called Friday, visit and bid Saturday, repaired Tuesday.During the repair Jordan explained all the steps, took photos for my reference and showed me the buried leak.The service was appropriately priced and as expected. Due to slope and access he had to hand dig, also required drilling concrete, replace an external to internal access line and a new shut off valve. He made clean, sensible dry wall cuts which will make repair easier, wore shoe covers and mask and cleaned up everything perfectly when he was done. He left no mixed junk when filling the hole (he took out junk found from the prior plumbers’ incomplete repair 4 years ago).I didn’t have to ask for any of this, he just did good work from start to to finish. Absolutely no issue.Impressive.I will use them again and have already referred friends.Kudos to all of you.

    Amazing same day service for a leaking water main. After discovering water flowing from our meter box at the street and having the City of Portland determine the issue was our responsibility, I quickly reviewed my options for repair work. Landon was awesome – he let me know when he would be arriving, put on protective gear when he entered our home, quickly identified the issue and explained the situation to me.     To be honest, I think the price was a little high, but I dont feel that it was unfair at all. Having had the work done, Im extremely happy with the results (I needed a sharkbite and saddle valve removed, and a toilet replaced). Cannot have all three.I have zero regrets, and am absolutely over the moon about getting the first two.Chris and his helper (sorry helper guy, Im terrible with names!) were in and out in about 3 hours, which was fantastic, since Id been expecting the job to take closer to 5 hours.     I had a major water leak between my house and the city main line. They responded quickly and assessed the situation. I needed a new service line dug into my house. Not a quick easy job.     Our old galvanized water main started leaking. Not only were they able to quickly get to the house and assess the situation, but they gave us a temp line so we had water to the house again.     Our Delta touch faucet (we disconnected the touch feature immediately upon first using the faucet in 2011) would no longer turn off completely without gymnastic wrist maneuvers. Charles installed a new faucet cartridge which had been supplied by Delta. He had to free a stuck set-screw to get the handle off. The handle cant be properly replaced because the threads are damaged (it is still usable though). We ordered a new handle/set-screw, and as long as were at it, a new spray nozzle. Delta is sending the parts at no charge. Charles told us that if we arent able to install the replacements ourselves, to call him and he will come out again, also at no charge. While he was here, Charles identified the water-connection reason that our refrigerator ice maker is no longer working. We were able to cancel the refrigerator repair service call. Thank you, Charles!

    We awoke the other morning to a small fountain emanating from our water meter. After contacting the City of Portland, we learned the break was on our side of the meter and, other than shutting our water off, we were on our own.     Based on good reviews from others Ive had Service Plus out twice now over the past year (Jordan and Joseph). Both times the experience was excellent. They didnt even charge me for the first visit because we couldnt determine there was actually leak. He was here 20 minutes helping me troubleshoot and didnt charge me. Today they fixed my toilet which had a clog that I could not repair myself, even with an augur. Both times they were very friendly and professional. They are my go-to plumbers now.

    Service Plus has saved the day for us twice with frozen pipe bursts two years apart. In both cases, the whole city was in crisis from ice storms, making plumbing repair scarce. We had to install a new water heater and a new pipe from the street to the house. They were clean, efficient, timely and outstanding communication. I will never hire anyone else to do any plumbing work at our home or rental properties. Hire them!!

    Well I failed to put on one of those styrofoam insulators on the outdoor faucet during winter and the pipe cracked. Aleks immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired it same day in just under 2 hours. Had to cut in the wall to fix the shoddy home builders work as the copper pipe was not angled the correct way for drainage either. $620 for his expertise, materials, and labor later and all is working great now.     Landon, Steve, and Alex saved the day! My water line was compromised and Landon was able to get right out to my house within an hour after being notified. He set up the repair/replacement process immediately, dotted the is and crossed the ts of the surrounding issues (electrical updates, etc.). Follow-through was great, only personable interactions, and no mess. It was so great to have water again! Alex installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. I really like these guys, would recommend Service Plus Plumbing to other, and would use them again if I ever needed plumbing service or advice!

    Everyone at Service Plus Plumbing was so great to work with! They were super responsive, answered all our questions, and helpful throughout our whole project. Landon even spread some grass seed before leaving the job to make sure things will look good as new next spring. We so appreciated their service and will defiantly use them again if/when additional plumbing stuff comes up.
