Electricians love their plumbers! Our folks nicked a main water line at a customers home while completing an electrical project. All water had to be shut off until leak was repaired. This was towards the end of the day so we were quite concerned about making a same day repair happen. Plumbers Inc had one of their folks on the way in 15 minutes, and repairs were completed an hour later. Big shout from Mikes Electric to Judah and his crew for bailing us out on short notice.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I’ve used them for smaller jobs with good success. I recently discovered that my older home’s original water main had a leak (after the meter) and needed an urgent replacement in a complex area with dense tree roots and utilities. This company was so responsive—they quickly provided a cost competitive and informed quote and politely helped answer all my questions. They interfaced with city utilities and were able to complete the main part of the job in lightening speed— 48 hours after the quote! The whole team executed the water main replacement with surgical precision and efficiency—hats off to these experts! I’ll go out of my way to recommend this company to others.

Ive used The Plumbers Inc twice now with exceptional results. Today, I had them come fix two issues (a leaky hot water line) and replace an under sink J trap. John B came to my home and was incredibly professional, curteous, and on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix everything in under 1 hour. He even informed me he saw one of my sewage lines sagging, so he added a J bracket to prop it up and ensure the sewage line was properly draining to the exterior.Im absolutely thrilled about the work The Plumbers, Inc does! Their pricing is also very reasonable. They have an hourly rate (which fluctuates as the cost of labor goes up every year. At the time of this writing its around $158/hr.), but they wont try to gouge you as they reasonably explain the work they are doing and what you can expect to have done.Thank you Plumbers, Inc for helping me out today!

I recently had a drain leak under my kitchen of a rental unit I own.I contacted Judah ( owner) and he had his plumber ( Christian) out to repair the next morning and had job completed in 90 minutes. Judah is matter in fact and is a stellar plumber as well, providing excellent and professional customer service.Christian explained everything in a direct and efficient manner with all the facts I needed to know perfectly what was needed for a perfect repair all of which I very much appreciated!He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in every way.

Called another plumber originally to cap a garage spigot and add one to actual yard. I setup an appt for 3 weeks out when they were available. Was very clear I had a siding contractor out following week so needed to keep appt so that any work done by plumbers can be sealed up by contractors, etc. Week comes and they cancel without telling me and have an answering service handle all calls instead of direct to the company. Then they came out and wanted to do work I didnt want and for a very high price. Called the Plumbers and got the owner on a late Friday and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to my situation and then got someone out the next week to help me. Cory came out and killed it! Did exactly what I wanted, was on time, easy to talk with, and did an excellent job above and beyond what I needed. This is skill and great customer service at work. I highly recommend!

The Plumbers Inc. has done both my personal home and all plumbing projects top to bottom as well as my office build out for 2 bathrooms and upgrading the existing shop floor drains. He also worked on many projects at our previous office clear to the septic tank. Judah Hamnes stands behind his work and the workers who perform it. They are committed to excellence and never make excuses but rather take care of any problems that arise. I trust them and they know that trust is the goal of all customers to our businesses. This is why I call them exclusively for any work needed from gas lines to drains to new fixtures, they are the best!

I can’t say enough good things about this company!After a bathtub DIY mishap left me with a broken pipe, I called in a moment of desperation. Tracy picked up, and she couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding as I explained the mess I’d made.Joe, their top-notch plumber arrived and was incredible! Not only did he have to cut through the sheet rock (sorry about that, Joe), but he also saved my bathtub from the mess I made. And it was magically restored.On a separate occasion, I called in and spoke to a gentleman in the office, who was also fantastic, about my toilet leaking from the bottom. Keith came out and replaced the seal under my toilet and the toilet itself. He was also amazing!The whole team was incredibly professional. They wore shoe covers the entire time they were in my house, and I couldn’t help but marvel at the high-quality work and the respect for my home. Quick response, expert skills, and a genuinely kind crew. I’m so impressed and beyond grateful. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that cares, call these folks! Thank you again.

Cody and Christian did a great job replacing a section of our gas line and relocating another section. They worked efficiently, cleanly, and the end result was great. We highly recommend!

The handle on my bath faucet broke off and I asked them to replace just the handle and not the whole faucet. It probably wasnt a decision that made great sense to them, but they did what I asked and located the part for me and I now have a problem-free faucet, that simple. Past experiences with other plumbers havent always been so problem-free, so I am very happy with their service and professionalism and highly recommend them. My neighbor just had them over to reconnect her kitchen and bath sinks after getting new countertops and they did a great job with that, too.

I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Plumbers Inc. I got a quick assessment and estimate from them about a week ago and was told that my bathtub leak, that dripped downstairs into my Airbnb apartment kitchen, could require cutting through the kitchen ceiling to access the pipes of the bathroom upstairs, and then would need drywalling and painting the ceiling to put my Airbnb back in condition to rent. It was going to be a very costly venture, but I had resigned myself to having to do it. Cory showed up to do the repair today and found that it was simply a matter of epoxying the drain in place for a small fraction of the expected cost. I so appreciate his honesty and integrity in giving me the best, most cost efficient alternative, when I would have been easy to take advantage of me as a customer who had already agreed to pay so much more. I recommend them wholeheartedly for excellent and honest service!!!

Ive been using this company for a few years now to do plumbing installs and repairs on a variety of properties I oversee. Typically they can get the work done in a reasonable time frame (there have been exceptions, but I cant fault a business for being busy). The work has always been done well and if I find a problem, they make it right. I like them so much that when I needed some substantial work done on my own house, I called them first. Their bid wasnt the lowest, but I knew I could trust the work to be done right. Also, they are all really nice people and that matters to me. Thanks Plumbers Inc!

I cant recommend The Plumbers highly enough. We called them to install a new disposal, dishwasher and hot water recirculation pump. Though we ran into some fit issues with our kitchen cabinets that were solved the next morning (see my review of Pacific Northwest Cabinetry), the work they did perform was both excellent and priced fairly.If you can get on their schedule, dont bother calling any other plumber or getting any other bids.

While the gentleman who came to my home was kind and professional and very quick, I would like to stress that he did infact inform me that he was not vaccinated for covid-19 through a series of questions I asked. I appreciate his honesty and the fact he wore a mask the entire time. I do have two children who dont have the opportunity to be vaccinated and the risk still exists for them. While I appreciate everyones freedom to choose, I wish I was given the option to have a vaccinated plumber come to my home instead so i felt more safe for my childrens lives.
