We had a leaking water service so I ran my garden hose from the meter to my faucet so we had water to our house, that hose would freeze up at night and it wasn’t getting any warmer. I called Terry Massey Plumbing and three other’s for estimates.Terry had great reviews, a fair price, and is a familyOwned business! They came in and replaced my water service under the driveway in about 3.5 hours! Terry Massey came to my home to fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink; I had done everything correctly with the exception that HomeDepot personnel had said that there was no such thing as a flap in a fitting that would stop water from flowing back into my Garbage disposal, WRONG turns out that they do and Terry had one in his van, and it was an easy fix. Because of his minimum, he said lets walk around and see what else he could do for me and fixed the water flow problem in two of my bathrooms, which took some time to do. Terry is a very fair and honest businessman who knows his business. Thank You, Terry.

Had a 30 year old gas water heater that I looking to get replaced. Once I was ready to start the process, Terry Massey was able to come in two hours later and get it replaced in basically no time. The installers were a pleasure to work with and the whole process was frictionless as could be.

Great experience! Calling a plumber can be a hassle. Not knowing the costs or the firm or whether or not you are getting a good deal.We found Terry Massey through the Chamber of Commerce and when we called we spoke to a Very polite well spoken representative named Davik who was very helpful. In fact, he took care of most of the phone call for us. Asking us what the problem was, getting all our information and setting the appointment. The day of the appointment, they were right on time. They assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done and gave us a fair and reasonable quote. The job was done quick and very professionally. We were thrilled at the speed and quality. The customer service was fantastic from first call to paying the invoice, we couldnt have been more happy. Thank you again and we highly recommend. Cheers!

We have had an issue where we have to run our water for far too long to get either cold or hot water. I wanted to bring in someone new to review our situation and, after checking reviews, brought in Terry Massey Plumbing. Terry and his son came in and in and, in the process of checking out the water lines, determined that the duct work for our dryer was totally shot and needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment to run a hot water line to the kitchen sink AND replace the duct work. Ill attach photos later showing how bad the duct pipes were- unbelievable and not something that the home inspector had caught when we bought the house just 2 years ago or, for that matter, the company we brought in to clean all the ducts sometime after we moved in. My wife and I are very grateful to Terry Massey Plumbing for finding this and bringing it to our attention. So the duct work has been replaced, a new hot water line to the kitchen sink- everything done on time and per their quote- and were quite happy!

Jamie was so kind and empathetic and David was respectful, very patient, detailed, and knowledgeable. I had a leak coming through my ceiling from an upstairs bathroom and David found the source and fixed the issue. He also patiently answered my moms many questions. My mother was impressed by Davids kindness, patience, and detailed thinking process. On top of everything, the bill was very reasonable. I am happy to refer and will definitely use Terry Massey Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We called and he was able to come out the next day, since he had a cancellation. Requested repositioning of my kitchen sink drain. It was preventing my new dishwasher from seating under the countertop and needed to be moved. Terry and his partner discovered the junction boxes also needed moving since they also interfered. One of them was installed by the guy who delivered the dishwasher, arghh. They installed the dishwasher and it works! The work was all high quality and there were no problems. He was able to give me a ballpark for price after he started that was reasonable. There was a sink basket strainer that he felt needed replacement since the seals were not up to snuff. I recommend him highly.

Had a slow leak detected between shutoff valve and the meter. Not an emergency. Leaking PVC pipe was about 18 underground. Terry showed up on time, outlined the likely process. He and David took care of the problem in a few hours. Met / exceeded all hopes and expectations. On time, honest, good communicators. Highly recommended. Will be our first option for future plumbing needs.

Terrys work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years Ive lived in my house (its almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

His prices are fair, he works hard, and does a great job.Him and his son installed a pressure regulator, some new line, a toilet, an expansion tank, and a relief valve on the water heater. Our system is more complicated than most peoples, because we receive 150psi from the main. Terry explained everything, and has our place dialed in.It is rare to find someone who does things right the first time and doesnt try to rip you off. Thank you Terry and son.

After a harsh winter serge, our kitchen sink, dishwasher and adjoining buildings toilet and sink stopped working all at once. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were busy but theyd do what they could to fit us in, but it would be at most a week away. It turned out it took only two days. Terry and his son came out and fixed it. When we experienced additional problems overnight, he came first thing the next day and fixed it, no charge!I cant sing their praises enough to let all know how good they are!

Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. His work was on time, excellent and has served us well. His demeanor, congeniality and positive attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his plumbing company for your needs.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement.
