Rudi the Plumber just replaced the shower fixture/handle in my bathroom. The work was done quickly and for exactly the price of the estimate. In addition, the appointment happened sooner than I was expecting which was very welcome since the old handle was leaking fairly badly. Both Norm and Dave were very helpful and the work is all done. Ive worked with this company before and find them to be reliable and professional.

We had been trying for weeks to have a plumbing issue fixed in our bathroom, and hadnt had any luck finding someone. We called Rudi the Plumber and they were able to fit us in the same week, even though they had a packed schedule. Norm & his team are extremely responsive, reliable and professional. The problem was fixed within an hour & a half. Would highly recommend and well definitely be calling them in the future!

I called several plumbers late Thursday afternoon, Rudi was one of the few to call me back. He had someone come the next morning. They took care of the issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Fast, polite, friendly, professional - I will call Rudi the Plumber next time i need a plumber and recommend them over larger/ more costly companies Ive used in the past.

I called Rudi the Plumber to fix a leaky kitchen sink. They were able to come the same day and take care of it. The fix was quick, the price was reasonable, and I am overall very pleased with their service.

I like working with Norm- he’s a nice, honest guy who doesn’t give me a hard time when one of my DIY projects goes awry. He’s reasonably priced too.In response to the negative reviews, he is very busy, as are all the trades these days. You may need to make a follow up call for non-urgent requests if no one calls back in a few days, but that’s been my experience with any of our local plumbers. They are triaging plumbing emergencies after all.I trust Norm and that’s the most important thing I look for in my plumber.

Rudi the plumber replaced my water heater a couple years ago and were very responsive, professional and left the place just as clean as they arrived. They’ve also been back a couple times to fix a failed water pipe, replaced some water line valves and install a garbage disposal. All done quickly and all plumbers that have come to the house were professional in their manor.
