Tyrone was so awesome. We have been trying to solve this issue with more than 5 different plumbing companies, and he was able to find the true issue in such a short amount of time. He was incredibly nice and understanding of financial burdens. As long as we are able, he will always be our only plumber. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Absolutely the best.

Nice technician willing to come on the weekend quote 3900 to replace water heater. Stan hot water man quoted 1450 to do it on Monday. Very polite person still cost 430 for them to come out. Our fault I guess for not asking before they came.

What a phenomenal experience during one of the most stressful situations. Chris is an absolute rockstar…. He was fast, so courteous, explained everything, showed me every step of the way what he was doing and why, and was so patient and full of grace. We woke up this morning to a flooded house with water pouring into the kitchen from the ceiling, and as I’m sure any parent can relate… when you have an almost 2 year old and you’re almost 8 pregnant… it’s chaos and such a horrible feeling to see disaster strike.Chris showed up so fast, and worked through all the situations and helped to diagnose that the leak was from Lowe’s installing our washing machine incorrectly. Chris allowed me to take pictures and videos, and explained everything to me so I could help when the water restoration company shows up and also when Lowe’s comes to disconnect the washer and replace it.Overall, I will admit I was feeling chaos and doom until Chris showed up. His professionalism is unmatched, he is friendly and made me feel supported and genuinely cared for as a customer. I cannot recommend him highly enough.If you’re having any plumbing issues or find yourself in a disaster… don’t hesitate and call!! You will be so thankful you did. Proline was great in getting a technician to come out in a timely manner and maintain their cool when I was a little stressed about not being on-site when the technician came early. Adam and his partner came to help troubleshoot my issue, the cause of which wasnt very clearcut - but, he was able to provide a couple of appropriate solutions and pros/cons of each, all while being friendly and approachable. I anticipate needing more related work in the future and will be reaching out to them again once that time comes.

He also carefully walked me through my options and gave me advice on the best path for repairing my water heater and considering replacing it.

He also noticed we had an open pipe from waiting for a sink to be installed, and suggested we put a cloth in the pipe to stop sewer gasses from getting into the house. Nice guy, great service. These folks came out to do an assessment and quote for my home warranty company. Im giving 4 stars despite their astronomical quote which was almost 3x what another company quoted for the exact same job (total re-plumb of my 700 sq ft house) because the person I dealt with, Dustin, was on time, polite, had a positive attitude, and they did what they said they would do with no nudging needed by me. Im not able to afford their services, but if I had the money, I would go with them because they seem competent and like they actually want to do their jobs, which is weirdly hard to find in Portland-area contractors.

Jon is great, very responsive and professional. Proline plumbing has been a great company to work with. I had an emergency water loss and they got Jon out right away. I called proline again and Jon installed my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Very happy with their service.

One of my roofers accidentally broke an exhaust vent pipe from the water heater and couldn’t fix it, it was noticed at the end of a long hot day and we all wanted to go home, after getting put on hold and no call backs from multiple plumbing company’s and expecting to be there until midnight, Tony came within 15 minutes due to location being nearby and had the customer as well as I satisfied within another 15 minutes. Give that guy Tony a raise, it was a pleasure to have him fix my problem.

When we had need of a plumber to come fix a leaking and rotted out pipe underneath our tub Proline Plumbing was the first plumbing company to respond and set up a time to come check it out. Our crawlspace is fairly inaccessible but that didnt stop their amazing technician from suiting up and getting in as far as they could to assess the damage and provide great pictures. They came up with a great plan and when it came time for the service to be done it was done excellently and very professionally. I highly recommend Proline.

I had renters who couldnt use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning.As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise.When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didnt double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

At 7:00 p.m. when the pipe broke under the house on a Saturday nothing is going right. I called Proline and the dispatcher was very professional in taking my info, when Tyrone showed up he was polite and checked out how bad I screwed things up. He told me how much it was going to cost and got right to work. Unfortunately there was no way to get to the break, so he had to open up the floor. He only cut what he needed to. Very happy with the service and I will call Proline again if I need anything else done with the plumbing.
