I called Paul and Andy to install a 50 gallon water heater to replace my rusting 20-year-old 40 gallon unit.I initially picked them because they gave me the cheapest bid, but they wowed me with their outstanding customer focus. They went above and beyond to make things right for me. My basement is too short to install their standard Rheem unit. Paul called around, and the short-form-factor 50 gallon unit wasnt available by my preferred installation time, but he found a Bradford-White unit that would fit. Normally this would have been quite an expensive upgrade, but Paul stuck to his original quoted price. He and Andy schlepped all the way to Beaverton and back to pick up the new unit, installed on time, and did not charge me one penny extra.Thank you Paul and Andy for your speed, responsiveness, and professionalism, and thank you for going the extra mile to finish my job on-time and on-budget!
