If you have an old house like we do, youd be smart to find a plumber who offers guarantees, like Pipeline Plumbing does. We had a mystery clog that got resolved on the first visit, only to come back a week later. Brent S. came back on the second visit re-bored the line, then scoped it and discovered a root encroachment 50+ feet away from the house. He gave me a range of options and I chose to have it hydro-jetted. That got rid of the problem, for now, but they advised me to do a regular schedule of hydro-jetting, sleeve the breech, or replace the bad section of pipe. No nonsense, no hard sell, just facts. Great company.

We were very happy with Pipeline Plumbing. When we had a seriously blocked pipe in a shower, they scheduled a visit a couple of days out but called us immediately when there was a cancellation that day and sent over the nicest plumber who took care of it quickly and answered 1000 questions from us as he worked. Based on a referral from a family member, I engaged Pipeline Plumbing to reinstall two outdoor water faucets that were not to code and pipe in a turn off valve in our garage for shutoff during the winter. Both service technicians did an exceptional job doing this job both under our house (crawl space) and above (internal walls in bedrooms). Although the job took a bit longer than planned, we were not inconvenienced in any way by having work done several days apart. Both Eli & Dominic work ethic shined the entire time of this project and I would not hesitate to have them do other work on my home and highly recommend them to others. Hands down the only plumbing company I will use and have referred Pipeline to numerous friends. We hired them to handle the plumbing portion of a recent bathroom remodel. Every aspect of the job was handled with professionalism, in spite of our first tub having a crack/leak and needing to wait four weeks for a replacement to show up. Ken, Steven/Stephen and Jeff were great to have in our home. Pipeline invests in their people and in training younger people just joining the trade.

From the moment you call and speak to their friendly scheduling staff to the moment their professional and knowledgeable technicians walk through your door, you know there is no doubt you are receiving the very best service! Gene and Cody were my technicians today and they went above and beyond to fix our plumbing issue TODAY! So we wouldn’t be without a working bathroom for my Mom. They were so kind and so fast! They didn’t know what they were walking into with our project. After quickly assessing the situation, they gave me a quote, called to get our parts ordered, left to pick up the parts, came back and installed all of the new parts, tested the system to make sure it was working correctly and they were off to another job! So efficient! I’ve hired other plumbers in the past that never really fixed what was broken, they just put a bandaid on the issues which led me to keep looking elsewhere, but since I have found Pipeline, I am a customer for life! They are excellent!

We have used Pipeline Plumbing for several small jobs on a house we purchased. It has been easy to schedule work, they arrive on time, and the work they have done has been good. We had a leak under the kitchen sink they fixed. I replaced the dishwasher and the installer insisted we change out a pipe under the sink that the dishwasher connected to. Pipeline came back out and made the change at no cost. I like their office staff too.

Drew and Zack were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding and stopping a leak on one of my floors. They were able to come out with in a few hours and finished the job with in one hour. They were also able to identify a broken sink handle which they fixed, and referred us to a solid floor inspector after they stopped the leak. Highly recommend using Pipeline Plumbing if you are in the area and in a tight spot.

Chris visited to install a new toilet and reconnect our garbage disposal after our counters and sink were updated. Pipeline Plumbing was sub-contracted to do the plumbing work for a large home remodel in 2018. They did an excellent job. 6 years later my tub filler started leaking. The cartridge had failed. Pipeline came out the next day, found the replacement cartridge promptly, and took care of the fix. They cleaned up after the work and the fix itself was done well.

TL;DR JUST HIRE THEM. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!Weve been dealing with a mysterious leak for the past two months and have literally spent thousands in utility costs and repairs from another well-known company that still left us with the initial problem and no answers. After doing some research and combing through reviews on Google, I sent in a service request to Pipeline Plumbing to assess the leak and was promptly contacted by Samantha to set up an appointment. The next day, Drew and Zach arrived to our house on time, and were so professional, thorough and friendly. They located the very hard to find leak and resolved the issue quickly. Before leaving, I asked if they could check out another long-standing plumbing issue with our bathroom shower. Both Drew and Zach came back the next day and fixed it in less than hour. Im so impressed and happy with their work, Ill absolutely call on Pipeline Plumbing for any plumbing related issues in the future!

I used Pipeline a year ago for a pretty minor issue. They came out on time and were very helpful and showed me what I could do myself to save some money which I really appreciated. But I am writing this review to give a shout out to Jason, the drain tech, who came by this week to fix two bathtub drains I needed cleared, one of which had been attempted by two previous plumbers from other companies. Jason is thorough and takes pride in his work and did quickly what others were unable to do. Communication with the office was great as well. Left a VM, they called back within the hour and were at my house first thing the next morning. After some bad plumbing experiences, I am happy to recommend Pipeline.

Jeff, his crew, and the office staff did a GREAT job from start to finish with our Navien hot water heater & putting in a new line for our circulating pump-- they solved and corrected a problematic attempt made by a prior handyman which had left us with a mess of tangled pipes and tubes but inconsistent hot water. They were easy to communicate with, made an accurate & thorough assessment of the issue, gave us several reasonable options, answered all our questions, and then coordinated with the demo company needed for the in-wall access. The job was done quickly, tidily, and effectively! Crew was friendly and did an organized & professional job (and cleaned up their work space perfectly). Everything was completed 100% as we hoped, in an efficient time frame, and for a very reasonable cost (exactly in line with their original estimate). We are happy to finally have normal hot water access in our kitchen and bath again! Would hire them again anytime & they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

You will not regret a single moment spent in works with them 💪🏼First off let me say, by the 2 WONDERFUL encounters I had with pipeline workers/techs/plumber specialist- I doubt I will ever even need to call another company. Which leads into the phone reps i should leave out either! Darla or something maybe? Hope that’s it, she was so kind and helpful, there was another woman also who worked with me when scheduling and processing a payment over the phone instead of online and my end I’m not that savvy to figure out and zero hesitation or annoyance about not doing it online she (which I’m sure she didn’t have to) helped me over the phone and got me squared away 🙏🏼💜First person who came out was for a broken sink & toilet, which I needed a scope or idea of how exactly it was in need of fixing- the guy was knowledgeable, in 3 seconds fixed the handle piece for me and didn’t charge (or make me feel stupid for not knowing it was part of the broke. Problem lol) we didn’t scope yet as the next week was the soonest an estimator could come out. So he some what maybe even saved me a cost there of which I wouldn’t have had to pay twice given my situation if I didn’t know any better- so major thanks for that! But again, that’s why I just can’t picture contacting anywhere else in future for any plumbing services. To care about not only the work you do, the service you give, the client or customer themselves (new or existing) and making sure everyone is in the winning and understanding of things, the transparency without ever having to inform or speak the words “transparency” over things is such a breath of fresh air. The estimator the next week was again, just so normal and kind and knowledgeable and really cared about making sure everything that needed to get covered would, I never felt rushed, I never felt pressured, or stupid for my questions of things to be added or how it’s done ( given I’m doing some work that’s new to myself and my partners) to have a company where 4 different people, making up what I found out is 3 separate sections of thing company, all given just easy calm connected consistency of communication, work & servicing, estimates & inspections.. that comes from/showers likely the top mangers/leaders or even owners just truly have cared and shown or trained or know how to hire a fitting type of person for the overall. The estimate was well within reason (it will likely be more once we get in to things but that was stated by the estimator just to insure I knew how it could go even worst case possible which was my biggest fears and worries) and knowing the even unexpected highest worse case cost range which not all would be honest or open to given likely too, felt really reassuring.I wish I had the names of the 2 different workers I had, but I will be posting before & after pictures once I get the job book- because of course I will be using them! 🙏🏼 also bonus was the waitlist they had for cancellation, came in so handy if you need something asap, and again there was nothing but welcoming to get onto it and good communication once on it. Scheduling, processing, communication, servicing, knowledge, care, pricing, people, was all TOP Tier.Doesn’t come close to any of the other 5 companies or workers/ service experience of other industries (general contractor/electrician/construction) I’ve delt with in regards to our current space.Soooo if pipeline could expand and start offering all of the services and work with in the construction industry that’s be great ;) casting in my vote now lolThank you so much! I called Pipeline Plumbing for replacing my garbage disposal and the leaking water in the basement. The company called me twice to confirm my appointment and called 30 minutes before they sent Drew Redmayne and Zack Huttle to my house. Both plumber were very friendly. They explained to me about the leaking and told me how they going to fix it. While Drew was fixing the leaking pipe, Zack came upstairs to replace the garbage disposal. After they finished the work, they checked three times to make sure everything was good. They clean the floor, wipe the counter before they left. The company give me 5% senior discount. I am very satisfied with their quality work and I scheduled a drain cleaning right after this service.LidianA first time customer and will be a second time customer this Friday

After hiring them twice, I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing. Although the work was not complicated the gentleman that did the job was knowledgeable, professional and polite. The initial job was to replace the bathroom toilet. This was done efficiently, the old toilet was taken away and he even asked me if I wanted a soft-close toilet lid! I must be a country bumpkin because I had no idea there was such a thing--and I love it. The second work was a dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink and faucet disconnect and reconnect as part of a kitchen refresh. Again, Pipeline sent the same gentleman the second time which was a pleasant surprise (I like the continuity). To my relief, he helped me work through a couple issues with the sink and the work was done as promised.I would definitely hire Pipeline Plumbing for future work when I do the bathroom remodel. Really great experience working with Ken and Pipeline Plumbing. We needed all our old, haphazardly installed galvanized plumbing replaced, as well as new shut-off valves, fixtures - really everything plumbing related needed some TLC. They were quick about getting back to me to get a quote. When walking through the house to talk about the work that needed done, Ken was super helpful with suggestions for improvements beyond simply replacing what was there.The crew was in the house for three and a half days, slightly less time than they originally estimated. The new pipes and other work looks very clean and neat, and will be so much easier to follow if we ever get work done in the future. Ken was very communicative through the whole work process, providing updates at the end of each day and explaining when some of the original plan needed to be modified or postponed.I never thought I would be so delighted by neat and clean plumbing and working shut-off valves, but it turns out those are really important to have, and Pipeline made it happen.

With that being said Grant gave me several on site quotes, and fixed the pipes same day. Grant replaced about 5 feet of piping and joints. Grant was very professional, honest and up front, willing to help fit the fixes I needed into my budget. Grant then gave me some pointers on how to fix my remaining issues so I could do them myself. I cannot even begin to express how awesome Pipeline Plumbing is. We had hired a different company at the recommendation of our contractor (after our project - he dumped them!) and they charged ridiculous prices and did some shoddy work. When I asked Pipeline to come in and review their work plus finish our kitchen work, they were more than happy to help. We knew it might be the right time to complete a whole house re-pipe as our downstairs ceilings were mostly open - and they agreed. They gave us a fantastic bid and got to work.What I was MOST impressed at is as they opened up the walls there were certain things they found that they felt they did NOT need to replace, therefore - they didnt! They adjusted the bid down and then with the extra funds we now had, they did some other plumbing add-ons for us.Going forward - I will ONLY use Pipeline Plumbing as our go-to as they are reliable, quick, clean workers (you should see the beautiful clean cuts they made in my walls - it made it SO easy for me to re-patch!) and just an overall pleasure to work with!

I would highly recommend. From the moment I called, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule an appointment that worked for me in the time frame I needed. I had to give notice prior to having water turned off. I needed a water value under my kitchen sink replaced and a new faucet put in. I was given a 2 hour window on the appointment day and was very happy when Chris showed up a little early. He was very professional and got the job done. He even cleaned up the area before he left. I was also very pleased when Darla from their office followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was working well. I will use them again.

Very impressed!Pipeline Plumbing came out to do a job at our recently purchased 1937 home. We had discovered that some of the original pipe under the house needed replacement, needed some complex (and originally poorly done by the previous owner) plumbing capped off where a washing machine used to be, our shower water pressure was poor, and we needed help with a 50-60 year old faucet in the kitchen. Chris was able to do all of that in one visit. He was very professional, on time, and took the time to explain things without trying to up sell or talk down to me. I really appreciated his approach. Their service price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I had ever confidence that the job was done right. When we do some renovation in the bathroom, we will definitely call them again.We originally got Pipelines name from our real estate agent, and Im so glad we did!

It was time to replace my water heater, which was located in a small cubby hole under a kitchen counter - very difficult to get into. I had one plumber over who tried to tell me I would need to remodel my bathroom to get the old tank out. Another plumber pretty much laughed in my face and said good luck with that. It was so discouraging.When Pipeline Plumbing took a look, the gentleman was unphased by the location, and said yeah we can do this. They were scheduling about a month out, but they were worth the wait. The cost of the install was very fair.On the day of, the same guy and another guy from Pipeline arrived earlier than scheduled. Brent and Pipeline were great. Was having gutters replaced and on the day of replacement called Pipeline to help unplug underground drains for downspouts. He was courteous and seemed to enjoy helping people solve problems. You dont find that often now. Would highly recommend. Ive used Pipeline Plumbing twice now and Im always very happy with their service. They show up when they say they will and they do a complete job. I like that they are always going above and beyond too. For example, I had a faucet installed in a sink. The garbage disposal in that sink was missing the rubber cover that covers the sink drain. Since the plumber had to remove the disposal to install the faucet, he just grabbed a spare one of those rubber pieces and added it when he reinstalled the disposable. It was very little extra work for him.

Gene did a great job replacing the copper drain pipe from our kitchen sink, as well as a few additional items. In his initial house call, he gave me enough guidance to start opening walls and moving obstacles to clear the path for him. Consequently, when he came out a couple weeks later for the job, the job did not take him as long, and he had some additional time to good naturedly take care of a few smaller jobs that were not part of the initial job scope. These included removing some old service lines for a auxiliary sink and replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet. I would suggest, however, that you get a clear idea of hourly rates and parts overhead loading before proceeding with Pipeline or any contractor. I neglected to do so in my casual conversation with him during the initial house call. While the final bill (about $1490) was very reasonable for all the services provided, I would have appreciated a more detailed reconciliation of the charges.
