Dispatch was very friendly and compassionate after we called after hours when we discovered a leak in our crawlspace. Chris came out within 30 minutes, investigated and showed us pictures of the Gave us multiple options and and gave us a great deal on financing. Scheduled a repair for next day, and gave us rapid peace of mind in a stressful situation! Highly recommended.

I am so happy with the work that the Pilot plumbers did. And there was a lot of work repiping the house. It took longer than expencted and they didnt complain. They always had a great attitude They were so professional and courteous all the time. They always took off their boots before coming in the house. They always meticulously cleaned up after themselves. To have great water pressure is incredible and I dont have to wait forever for hot water. The new kitchen faucer that they installed is a dream coome true. My old one was horrible. All the guys worked very hard. I expecially want to mention Cory who with all the others did outstanding work. And I dont need to worry about inspection when I choose to sell my home. Thank you plumbers; all of you and the people on the phone.When I called on the Saturday about leaks in my bathroom you sent someone to take care of it right away and said that I was right to call.Thanks again,Annette

Andy was able to solve a problem with a simple fix that a radiant floor heating specialist and a tankless water heater company were unable to give good advice about. Turns out there was no mechanical problem at all, it had to do with how one operates the system. Neither of those experts, who should have known, were able to see the trend through the noise. Hats off, should have called you in the first place

I havent used their service, but if I ever need a plumber, they are who I am going to call. I wasin a plumbing supply store trying to find a part to fix my sink. After finding the part, I had some questions that the employees didnt know how to answer. An employee for pilot plumbing was picking up supplies, too. Not only did he know how to answer it, but then he went on to show how to correctly install it the first time so I dont have to take it apart and turn it around. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. With employees like him, I would trust this company to do good and honest work.

Getting them out here was a struggle due to scheduling conflicts on their end several times. They did offer a discount to make it right. Although we weren’t able to do business due to unforeseen circumstances. I can attest that Joe Rager, the tech that came out - was extremely professional, informative and polite. Alex was also helpful during the process of getting pilot out to the house. Thank you for what you could do.

My water pipe broke during the snow storm and power outages in Portland last January; I tried to call many pluming companies and just promises but no show on the appointment. Only Pilot pluming company came as their appointment was set. They fixed all my pipe in two times visits. The way I like them doing business is, always sending texts to confirm that they are coming. Pilot plumbing is highly recommended!
