2nd project by NW Tub and Shower was as great as the first. Carlos, Eric, Ricardo and Gloria were wonderful to work with. The bath remodel was completed on time and on budget and we could not be happier. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

After we completed a cast iron and tile demo (down to the studs), NW Tub & Shower added a new acrylic shower and glass doors.They were phenomenal, all the way through the process, and I cant recommend them enough.Of the four companies who gave us estimates, they were the only one who sent someone who actually does the work to look at the job, rather than a salesman pushing for unwanted upgrades and added expenses.Communication with Gloria in the office was great and work was scheduled to begin in 4 weeks, rather than the 3 months we were quoted by others.Carlos and Eric did a fantastic job with the install, but also in dealing with the 50 year old plumbing, removing an 8 foot deep clog in the drainpipe and repairing damaged drywall. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The bathroom was immaculate when they completed the work and they practiced Covid safety and made us feel very comfortable with their presence throughout the project.The shower looks even better than wed hoped, the price fit our budget and the overall experience was stellar. I will heartily recommend this company to anyone!

NW Tub & Shower replaced our fiberglass bathtub/shower with a low-threshold acrylic shower. We couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process, and we love our new shower. We got top notch workmanship for a fair price. It’s great to do business with a local company you can trust. I’m already planning to put Carlos to work on another project.

From the initial request for ballpark budgeting information through the price quote, contract and schedule processes, the office staff at NW Tub and Shower were accommodating, courteous, and highly professional. When the time arrived to perform the tub/shower conversion, the field team performed heroically. Despite a serious injury to the installation leader just prior to scheduled start, he and his team played through the injury and got the job done as close to original schedule as possible. And the final outcome is of the highest quality, both functionally and aesthetically. I live out of state and arranged this conversion for my elderly parents. I do work like this myself and can attest to NW Tub & Showers complete excellence in all phases of this project.

NW Tub and Tile did a great job on our 1905 pawfoot tub (yes theyre paws). Ricardo is a friendly and professional craftsman. He carefully masked the varnished paneling, the tile floor, and the whole room. Ground off the bad paint and pitted iron in the tub, and crafted an off-white finish to match existing fixtures. The tub is gleaming now, with no overspray or dust anywhere, and a beautiful job. Would highly recommend this company.

Carlos came and did a complete remove/replace on a shower unit in my crooked little house. It had some surprises that were unanticipated, like reframing that had to be done, and floor leveling. (See above crooked house comment.) Each setback was handled with good humor and professionalism. The job was done in two days! Their work was excellent. I 100% would hire them again.

NW Tub & Shower have done 2 bath/shower resurfacing for us. Both times they have done excellent work! I was impressed with the gentleman who came into my home to do the work. He was respectful, professional, and did a wonderful job. The quality has been excellent and we would recommend this company to anyone who asks for a referral.

NW Tub and shower was amazing! We got our old tub and shower combo replaced and it looks so clean, professional, and higher quality than our old setup! Super quick response time, kept us updated on our product delivery and instalation time, and left the bathroom very clean after they worked. COVID-19 and social distance respectful and so polite!
