Bob has helped us out twice now and its been a great experience both times. Last week we called and left a message about leaking water under our sink and he was out the next day to take a look. He took the time to talk to me about what he was seeing, give us options for replacing our faucet as well as his base rate for installation, and also shared some recommendations on who to reach out to for water damage assessment as well likely have to address some issues caused by the leak. It was really nice chatting with Bob and he got everything all fixed up in no time at all! We were/are so grateful.

Bob is a true professional, quick, honest and accessible. We noticed that our water bill tripled out of nowhere , we called Bob to come by and diagnose the issue, he was flexible and made us feel like a top priority. He had our leak fixed quickly and at a phenomenal rate. We live in Oregon City and will only be working with Nichols Plumbing moving forward.

I was referred to Nichols Plumbing to replace a water valve for my refrigerator to be installed. Bob was able to come out the next day and checked it. He also discovered the valve was working and didnt need to be replaced after all, so he only charged me for coming out. He is honest and friendly. I highly recommend hiring Nichols Plumbing!

My house is currently on the market so I was in a bit of a panic when I noticed a sewage smell. My handyman pulled the toilet thinking it was just a simple wax ring swap out but the lead pipe under the toilet had deteriorated significantly. I called Nichols Plumbing and left a message first thing the following morning. Bob called me back and arranged his schedule to be able to come out today and assess the situation. He not only came out, he conquered! He and Josh were able to cut through the sheetrock in the basement to access the pipe, replace it and cover the hole with an access plate! They were tidy, efficient, followed COVID precautions, used quality materials, fairly priced and saved the day! I am so appreciative of such wonderful service. These guys are the best!

Mr. Nichols came out to give a quote on a clogging issue with some extra complications. He conferred with a colleague and decided that he could refer me to a company that could do the job cheaper than he could, as he would likely have to break into my drywall, whereas the other company had equipmentthat could do the job. This kind of honesty and integrity is such a highly valued asset to me, and I will be sure to use Mr. Nichols for future plumbing needs.

We own a duplex, and Bob has helped us over the years with hooking up new faucets, garbage disposals, and replacing old drain pipes with new ones that arent filled with 50 years of sludge and rust. Today he came out with one days notice to replace one of our water heaters which was 16 years old. Lo-and-behold, the other units water heater began to leak while he was here. Unbelievable! It turned out to have been leaking inside for years and filled with rust. So he ended up replacing both for us. Yes, it was an expensive day for us, but, hey, they are good for years now. His work is professional, and he takes a great deal of pride in doing it well. We highly recommend Bob and Nichols Plumbing.

Once again Bob saved the day. A few years ago we had Bob put in new water hoses, a hot water heater and outside hose bibs. He gave us a great bid, did the work professionally and was amazingly punctual. And now after dropping one of our house keys in the drain he fished it out so quickly and without any need to redo all of the drain/pedestal etc that i was in awe! He really is a great plumber. Now we have him looking at our back yard to consult on a french drain system or something like that for water abatement. We will always keep his number handy for the next plumbing need.

Exactly what you want in a plumbing company. Trustworthy, honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. We needed a faucet installed in the basement along with a washer/dryer hookup. Bob provided great advice, did great work, and charged a reasonable price that was significantly lower than bids we received from larger companies.

We moved into our West Linn home just over a year ago and we have had Bob with Nichols Plumbing out 3 times for 3 separate issues. Each time he was very responsive, especially for one plumbing emergency. Bob is very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. On his most recent visit he replaced our hot water tank with a nice 75-gallon tank. It is nice, our family has yet to run out of hot water. Your first call for all plumbing services needs to be Nichols Plumbing.
