Wow, what a great experience. Its always difficult to choose a contractor, theres so many options out there. I chose Joe because hes a one-man operation and all he does is water heaters, so his expertise is unmatched. My water heater was not in the best location, but Joe found a great top-of-the-line heater that fit perfectly. Great guy! Great service! I had a huge leak in an old water heater that the previous owners had left in our house. The steps to our basement are super steep and I was worried we would have to spend a fortune to get it out. After calling Home Depot and Lowe’s and being on hold for ever, I decided to go with a small local business- and I’m glad I did! Joe was super fast and friendly and did an excellent job. He gave very detailed information on what our size house would need, and made the whole process feel pretty seamless. Getting the water heater out of the basement was no problem for him! Joe is an awesome guy! 10/10 recommend!

Water Heater Champion!!!! I can’t say enough good things about the service, speed, and quality of Joe’s water heater replacement. We had our water heater leak and die on Friday night. 15 degrees out and ice on all the roads. Nobody could install for 5+ days…Except Joe!!! Had a 50 gallon heater installed in 2 hours and with no skimping on ensuring that the little bits were updated and everything was up to code. I cannot recommend Joe enough - shoot him a text and get yourself sorted.Thank you Joe.

Joe did an AMAZING job! We had found out today that our water heater had been leaking, possibly for at least a day or two, and no one noticed. We called Joe based on a recommendation from a friend. Joe’s text-based communication was quick, concise, and led us to getting a quote which was fantastic. Even though we had just contacted him, he was able to come out and perform a same-day replacement of our broken water heater. He was personable and friendly which made the experience that much better. Especially since our water heater sits behind PVC pipe that can make installation of a new one more annoying than usual (you can see it blocking part of the bottom of the newly installed water heater in the picture). I highly recommend him as it was quality work for a last minute call.

Joe is awesome! He saved the day and replaced my water heater after it went out in our most recent storm. He was so quick to get out to my house (within 24 hours of initially making contact!) that we still had ice all over the road making parking a difficulty but he persevered through it to get the job done. Hes super reasonable, professional, and was a great communicator throughout the booking and repair process. As someone who doesnt buy water heaters frequently, I didnt know how to compare one option vs. another and Joe patiently explained the differences in brands, warranty, size, value, etc. which was so helpful. Going with Joe a local, small business owner that truly cares about his work vs. a large company who couldnt even give me an estimate without charging me an arm & a leg was an easy decision and the right decision. Purchased a hybrid (heat pump) water heater through an ETO affiliate and contacted Joe to ask about installation. Ended up contracting him to install, it was a smooth process and a very clean installation even with some irregularities he pointed out with the previous water heater (undersized supply lines). Even with that and figuring out the condensate pump solution on the fly, it went great. Highly recommended

Our water heater failed and we were in need of a replacement in a timely fashion. We reached out to three different plumbers for quotes and Joe provided the best combination of professionalism, responsiveness, and price certainty. We sent him a few pictures of our setup, and he provided an all in price in minutes. Others only provided starting at estimates, while informing us that the costs could go up depending on what was found when they arrived.At 3 pm, we informed Joe of our decision to move forward with his services. By 5 pm, he and his colleague (Dallas) were at our door and ready to get started. A little over 2 hours later, Joe and Dallas had removed the old unit, installed the new one, and completed the plumbing upgrades which were required to bring our substandard configuration up to code. Joe and Dallas were both extremely friendly, professional, and top-notch craftsman.If you want an outstanding plumber to replace your water heater at a great price, stop looking...Joes your guy!

Man I was in a pinch....I looked up the other reviews on this company and thought they sound great! I was EXTREMELY happy I did. This job was for a rental property of mine and I definitely didnt want my tenants to be without water for long. Joe was super fast. His service was amazing! Tl:dr - Joe Water Heater is an amazing local, small-business owner that is personable, informative and provides unparalleled service at a fair price.Longer version: Im not big on writing online reviews, but every once in a while a business comes along that just blows everything else out of the water (pun intended). For me, Joe Water Heater LLC was that company. He is smart, personable, punctual and kept me informed throughout the entire process of replacing my water heater (and even gave tips and what to watch out for post-install and how to handle it). Prior to Joe, I called multiple companies to try to get an estimate to replace a 15 year old water heater - most wanted to charge to send a plumber out to do an estimate, then had unreasonable wait times, etc... it was a headache just trying to get a quote. I contacted Joe, he asked me to text him a couple of pictures and within an hour or so I had 3 different quotes. I selected the one I wanted, and Joe came out the next morning and installed it. Though, that almost doesnt give it justice - Id been upfront and told Joe the water heater was in a basement (some companies charge an automatic extra fee for that), Joe said hed done hundreds of installs in older homes with cramped stairwells like mine, and that as long as he could maneuver it in and out, it shouldnt be a problem. And sure enough, he pumped the old water heater empty, hauled it away, and installed the new water heater easy-peasy. On top of that there were some issues with the connection to the existing plumbing, and Joe took care of it at no extra charge (he said he felt bad cause he should have let me know ahead of time that there could be problems with some of the old pipe-work and wouldnt take a dime for it). I honestly cant say enough good things about my experience with Joe Water Heater LLC - It was painless from start to finish, Joe was informative, punctual, very knowledgeable, and not interested in nickel-and-dime-ing me along the way. If I ever need to replace another water heater, Joe will hands down be the ONLY call I make.

He was fast, friendly, communicative about ETA and progress, and did the whole thing himself in a dark, damp basement that is 90% spider webs, down the narrowest death trap stairs. My water heater failed in the middle of the night and with multiple people in the house we wanted it replaced quickly. Joe was the first and only person I contacted because he was so quick to respond and reasonably priced.His message requested I text with photos and has a well detailed set of instructions. Following these allowed him to send me a quote within 10 minutes. He was at the house within 2.5 hours and had the job done in less than 90 minutes. The guy is a pro: well spoken, great to interact with, fast, and very reasonably priced. More people should aim to provide service like this.

Our old gas water heater was on its last legs and we had family coming to town the next day. I contacted Joe and after sending him some photos and a couple text exchanges he gave us price for the water heater and installation. It was very simple and a very fair price. Joe showed up the next morning and installed the water heater. Even though it was more complicated getting the water heater installed and up to code then previously thought he stuck with his original price. Later that day we noticed one of the fitting was dripping a little. He was back the next morning and fixed the dripping fitting. I really appreciate people that back up their work!
